Courtyard (South)

Suka stood there for a few more moments and then took his hands out of his pockets and crossed his arms thinking about what else there was to do. "Well...if you're not too tired...then I need to figure out a way to get into the Restricted area of the library for that book." he raised his brow a bit at her though before he even finished the rest of what he was going to say. "I have another question...how well can you see out of your right eye? it's always covered up-well almost always-but Im just curious..." he asked, ignoring that he still had more to say on the other subject ofr the moment.

Karin blinked as he brought up the library again and thought thought of transforming and slipping inside once more came to her. But she kept silent for now, seeing he had something else to say. At his question she paused, just staring at him for a moment. Then she turned away, laughing uneasily. "Well, um..." she began slowly, bringing a hand to her eye. "Actually, it's... mostly blind..." She fell silent for a second and then looked back at him, smile returning already. "But it's fine. I'm entirely used to it!" She gave a playful victory sign as she pulled her hand away and shoved it into her sweatshirt pocket. Her gaze dropped to the cross and she slowly stuffed it into her pocket as well, both hands now inside the sweatshirt, as she glanced back up at Suka, waiting for him to continue.

Suka blinked "Oh...well that's no good" he said but then finished what he was saying earlier. "I think that we need to figure out a good reason first....a reason that isn't suspicious at all. I don't want them to know I'm looking for that book...so I need to know a diferent book that might be in the restricted section." he said and then began to think back to when they were in the library "The different mirrors...we ned her not t o be able to see the Restricted section when we go in there whether we have a pass or not." he closed his eyes and pointed, as if they were in the library. "Her desk...from her desk there are quite a few mirrors she can look at to see the restricted area...we need to get her into the science fiction area....there aren't quite as many and if we...if we find a way to take out one of the mirrors before we look then we'll be able to find the book without getting caught." He thought over what he'd said for a moment and then opened his eyes. "We can either try and sneak by doing that...or get a pass and do it anyway" he said and shrugged "either way I don't know how to take out the mirrors....I'm gonna let you decide. Whtehr we even take out a mirror at all or not"

Karin paused, hearing his first comment about her eye. She almost let out a bitter laugh, but managed to keep it back. Then she fell silent, listening to his plan. She closed her eyes to try and focus, and also to try picturing the building's layout as he spoke about it. Her eyes opened again suddenly as he said it was up to her. She blinked a couple times and then frowned, trying to think.

"Well... if one of us leads her away while the other breaks a mirror or something, wouldn't we be the first suspects once she finds out? And all it'd take would be a glance for her to realize the mirror was broken in the first place..." Karin paused again, then laughed faintly. "Maybe I could knock over a shelf or something in the science fiction area accidentally and that would bring her over." She paused for a second, thinking something over. "Though... what books are in that section, exactly? If I could honestly find one for her to help me understand or something, then that would make it seem like I truthfully needed her help. Oh, and I can turn into a cat if that's of any help."

Suka listened to what she said and frowned a bit henshe pointed out that breaking the mirror would be obvious, though after she said it he realised that she was mostly right. He thought about her knocking over the shelf and then shook his head letting her finish. "You shouldn't be the one to knock it over...if we don't get a pass I mean." he said and then thought for another moment before continuing. "You being able to do that...if you could make you're scent different when you changed to a cat then it would be perfect for what that could help with...but...I don't see how any of these plans are fool-proof." he thought for a mometn and uncrossed his arms. "Maybe....maybe you could go in as a cat and find a book then come out and wwe...or you could ask the librarian where you could find that book and she might give you a pass...y'think that might work?"

Karin shifted slightly, frowning now as well. "I don't... know if my scent changes," she murmured. "I mean, I've never paid attention to that before. Do you think it would?" She paused again, bowing her head in thought. This was all... really confusing. She'd never planned to try breaking in somewhere before. Was there every a fool proof plan when doing something like this? Maybe if one of them could turn invisible, or walk through walls... She sighed quietly, then looked back at Suka. "Well..." she began hesitantly. "You mean me ask for the book that you're looking for? Why would she trust me and not you?" She chewed her lip in thought for a moment, then shook her head. "I don't even know what it is. Or what it looks like! Maybe I could slip in as a cat. If we could make it dark or something, I could blend with the shadows... But I'd still need to know what the book is."

Kaz shuffeld nervously into the Courtyard and then heuudels to himself by a tree to rest up a little bit, he had been walking for weeks in heavy armor and was about to collapse from fatiuge. He looked around, the camups was beautiful, and all of the people looked so nice, but they would probilby just hate him like everyone else in the universe. Sometimes he wondered why he even kept going... he could never find the awnser and simply ended up crying himself to sleep earlyer than usual.

Suka shook his head "Not that book...i don't even know how to explain about that book. What we need is to be allowed in there...just decide on a book and while your in there maybe try and hide it a bit so that she would not be able to find it on her wown...she might then give ou a pass to look for it in there." He said and then started to pace back and forth "If you ask for a book that she cannot find then she should give you a pass...but she might also go in there with you. Even if she did give you a pass you wouldn't be able to find the book would you?" he'd just thought about that last part "Then we should probably both try and get a pass into the restricted Section at the same time buy asking for whatever random book you decide to move...then we could both be in there and you could find that book while I looked for the one I'm wanting to find......?"

Karin looked up sharply, hearing the sounds of someone else nearby. Her eyes fell upon another male in a suit of armor and her ears tilted towards him as she watched curiously, frowning as she saw him collapse. She started to move towards him, but quickly reminded herself she was talking about something important. She couldn't just walk away.

Karin sighed and glanced back at Suka, focusing upon his words again. Her hands played absently with the X in her pocket as she listened, then tilted her head as she thought about it for a moment. "Ok..." she began awkwardly, a bit confused. "Pick a... different book that would be in the restricted section? And say that I need that one? And... I'm supposed to have already hidden that one before we go in their together? Does that mean... I'm going to have to transform and slip inside anyway?"  

[Bakuto-kun]

Bakuto enters the courtyard once more, wearing a disappointed look on his face. He had hoped that the training area would have a room to accomodate metal work, but it was apparently a vocation that hasn't been given much thought lately. He knew that he would have to contact some sort of administrator before a makeshift forge could be made, but he didn't feel like going through any red tape at the moment. He simply wanted to relax, and this was the best place on campus for him to do so.

Not wanting to socialize just yet, he finds an open patch of grass away from any crowds and removes his hammer and sword from his belt, setting them beside each other on the ground. He lies down and smiles as he relaxes, going through the process of closing his eyes, folding his hands behind his head, and crossing one leg over the other to make himself completely comfortable. Subtly, he had done something strange: his spine was exactly parallel with his sword, almost as if a deeper connection aligned them. However, his demeanor was one of relaxed innocence, and nothing but tranquility surrounded him.

Suka nodded slowly "Yes...that would be the best way I can think of to get in there. But if you can think of a better way then we can use that one instead" he said assuringly and then noticed where her ears had been pointed seeing the man collapsed on the ground...e blinked a couple of times but did not let it bother him too much as he looked back at her and waited to see if shewanted to do it this way or if she wanted to find a better way  

[The Night Owl]

Lunacross was walking around the school. She soon found herself lost. Despite that the walls were so beautifully decorated that she didn't know that she was lost untill she ran into a door. She fell to the ground landing on her but and rubbed her nose. "Ow...." She said then stood back up. She opened it and saw Suka and Karin doing something. She backed up and walked outside into the courtyard and saw Bakotu.
Do you think it is safe to talk to him? Lunacross asked Saphira who walked by her feet.
we won't know untill we try She replied.
what about those other two girls we saw.... Lunacross asked unsure about anyone at this school.
I don't think that they are a threat she said calmly.
Lunacross walked up to Bakotu dispite nervousness.
"Hi." She said in a quiet and shy tone. She looked at him then at the ground.
I don't think he wants to talk Lunacross told Saphira.
You may be right but if their are enemies here you need allies She said in he wise tone.
You're right Lunacross replied hating when she was wrong.

Karin blinked once more towards the man in armor, then let her eyes follow another male as he laid himself down on the grass, next darting to a girl as she wondered around, before finally turning back to Suka. She nodded her head in agreement. "Yes, I... don't see any other way, honestly... I'm not sure how well this one will work either, but I will give it a try." She still had no idea what the book was that he was seeking, so she really didn't feel any obligation to help. At least, that's how it normally would have been. But they'd been through a lot in the one day they'd known each other, and she kept the thought alive that maybe she'd get to see the book and what it was about once they retrieved it. Her curious nature wasn't about to let an opportunity like that pass by. "Should I wait until we're inside to transform? Or you could smuggle me in somehow so I wouldn't be noticed?"  

[Bakuto-kun]

He opens his eyes and looks up at the girl who addressed him so shyly. He was still relaxed, so he didn't mind talking. "..Hello there." He sits up with surprising quickness, then turns his face back to look at her. His smile was very warm and friendly, inexplicably comforting in its own way. Somehow, his demeanor made him seem like the friend that a person has known for their whole life. "The name's Bakuto. What's yours?" He offers his hand to shake. He wore leather fingerless guantlets with metal plates overlapping on their backs. The plates bore scars and scratches, but whether from battle or otherwise, it would be nearly impossible to discern.

Lunacross looked up at him shyly. She looked down at Saphira then Bakuto. "I'm Lunacross Mikage. Luna for short." She said and shook his hand.
well, he's a friend Saphira said.
He's nice Lunacross replied.
How so Saphira asked
He is being friendly unlike some guys idiot Lunacross replied.
Lunacross stopped shaking his hand and picked Saphira up. "This is my pet dragon, Saphira." She said and smiled warmly. She felt happy and safe around him. She was now begining to like this place.
put me down An annoyed saphira said to lunacross.
oh sorry Lunacross said and put her down.
Lunacross looked up at Bakuto again. "So how long have you been here?" She asked shyly.
ooooooh why am I always so shy She wondered.
because you're not used to being around people after that incident Saphira told her.
