Commercials that are much louder than the show and/or other commercials. It gets annoying having to keep adjusting my volume because of them.

Oh my goodness! I just passed Level 7 in Switchem. Come on, let me get beyond Level 8 too and keep going up so I can get the remaining items I still need to get of the set.
