More Meteor Showers Bring Even Stranger Powers. (O/A)

"You know what? A movie actually sounds good now. I'd like to get away from real life for a bit." Deora said.

"I know just the movie too, Madagascar it is!" They make there way to one of the three movie theaters. Kerana quickly found seats. As usual there are commercials, mostly reminders of how things work in Valhalla and all the possibilities that it can provide, education, jobs and training. She turned toward Deora and as asked, "I'm thinking about picking up some pop corn. Do you want anything?"

Deora couldn't help but feel like a little kid again as they walked into the theater. She hadn't been to one in years. It took all her self control to keep from bouncing up and down like a five year old. When Kerana offered to go get popcorn, she nodded happily, having to tear her eyes away from the massive screen. "I'd like some Peanut M&Ms, and a large Mr Pibb. I could go with you, if you want me to help carry it." She said.

Theonis got some new ideas on how to make more money himself but it would most likely take a while. Plus he really needed to know if he could learn as fast as he thought he might. Time to hit the books. At least that was the plan.

As they arrived at his new home, his heart rate increased. As if he only now started to realize what kind of beauty was before him. Long legs, tight skirt, enough cleave to win over any guy, her full lips and those eyes...He shook his head as a few moments of clarity reminded him of Trinity. She was using her power. It had to be.

"Catherine, stop." Theonis said trying to sound angry but he couldn't get angry at her. Most likely because her power. He tried to form some kind of barrier to stop the pheromones from getting close to him but this was messing with his mind to much.

"I've got Trinity now." He softly said as he took a step backwards." Thanks for the tour" Theonis tried to get away. This was too dangerous for him right now. He doesn't like to lose control like that.

Liv kinda stood there as they talked.

"Um...do you still need me here?" She carefully asked.

While Kerana was gone, Deora's attention went back to the screen. Though at the sound of giggling, her eyes were drawn to the couple seated a few rows down. A blond girl with eyes that seemed to shine like ice, and a tall, skinny guy with dark skin and eyes that glowed like fire in the dim lights of the theater. Her first thoughts were of fire and ice, and how funny it was that they were together, but a as the girl giggled at something the boy said in a whisper, a shush from someone sitting next to them interrupted her thoughts. The boy's expression turned angry almost instantly, and he raised a fist at the shusher. The girl put a calm hand on the fist, though, and brought it back down, staring into the boy's eyes. She whispered something, smiling serenely, and the boy nodded. He cast on last angry look at the shusher, and the couple got up to move to the back of the theater.

Deora thought about making a joke like, "You missed the good part," when Kerana got back, but decided to hold her tongue about it. Gossip was never her thing, anyway. Instead she quietly took her candy and drink, almost laughing as Kerana took her drink form her tail. She knew the thing probably helped with balance, but it never occurred to her that it could be prehensile. "Thanks." She said at the offer of pop corn, and couldn't help but take a handful.

It was getting hard for Theonis to keep on resisting. His eyes going from her chest to her lips to her eyes.

"I....said no" His voice became ragged. This is bad...I ..I can't keep saying no He thought to himself as he bit his lip. The pain dragged him back to reality. Even if it was just a little bit.

He had become so much more aware of her now. The touch of her hand, her scent...it was becoming too much for him.

I don't doubt that...maybe...I should? Trinity..she..she wouldn't know

"So...you're okay with a guy...who's power sometimes goes berserk and killed a lot of people? Back then...I wasn't in control...like now." Theonis managed to say between as he struggled to push her away by the shoulders. His last resort...try to scare her away.

Nova Blancke

Liv kinda stood there as they talked.

"Um...do you still need me here?" She carefully asked.

"I don't think we do. I can take you back to where you were earlier, but I do recommend that you train until we contact you again. Hopefully we'll get in one spare before we face Freya." Trinity thought it would be a perfect opportunity to see how Theonis is fitting in and most importantly where he would be staying.

"Hmm? I've mastered my abilities. Training to try any different then what I am used to might make me worse instead of better." Liv said to Trinity.

"But if I really could die....I'd better go hunting before it's too late heart " Liv's mind already went to all of the men and women in Valhalla."Hehehe......" Her....giggle was accompanied by a slight blush.

"So yeah..please take me back" She gave Trinity a hug and was ready to be transported"Ready!"

Trinity held Liv tight she looks toward Teshou and Gidget,"I should be back shortly I need to check on one of the new recruits." with that they dropped through their shadow and stepped out of a dark corner. It was back where Liv was moments ago. "I'll see you later Liv."

Without much delay she disappeared into the shadow then looked up Theonis' profile and found which dorm he was staying.

Catherine merely smiled at Theonis' reply, strolled him toward the bed, "I've heard that one before... I'm surprised you're still resisting... She must mean a lot to you..."

"THE MAN SAID 'NO'!" Trinity's voice rang out and Catherine was thrusted away from Theonis. "Your supervisor will hear about this!" She turned toward Theonis, "You okay?"

Catherine stood up and dusted herself off, "I was trying to at least save him the trouble."

"Hunting...we'll see about that." Gidget thinks to herself as she watches this potential threat wrap her arms around her best friend. She would be watching this one, yes indeed.

Teshoumaru shows little reaction to the young lady's tomfoolery. He simply says, "Hurry back quickly Trinity. I will wait for you in the training facility."

He gives a regarding bow to Liv and Gidget before turning on his heels and stepping out of the R&D doors.

Leaning against the wall, Theonis was so glad that Trinity intervened. He was this close to giving in.

"Yeah....I'll be alright" He said still panting."Thanks" Despite saying that he was fine his legs were weak. This had taken every inch of willpower he had. He never thought resisting someone could be so draining.

Rikki Tikki Travi

Shane can feel Annie's pain. To be shunned by one's child is never easy, and it is radiating to him. Rather then try to convince Christian of the importance of his mother's duty, he looks at Berchant and says, "You're right. This is no place for him. You keep that in mind if you decide to try anything. Because it will happen again and again until they are free. Go."

Shane waits for them to leave before he starts his plan. Once they are clear he asks Annie, "Can you open the door into the facility, or will we have to wait for them to open it?"

Berchant smirked, of course they would keep coming and trying to defeat Daedalus until Christian was free. Annabella was determined and would not rest until her son was free and Shane was wrapped around Annabella's finger. Unless they were captured things would continue to fall apart for Daedalus. Yet, Annabella was only in Daedalus's control the first time because she willingly handed herself over and Shane was near impossible to capture. Who knows, maybe a miracle for the side of Daedalus would occur today? For some reason, Berchant doubted it.

Sighing he pressed the key pad to open the garage door and then got into the truck and drove away.

Annie had turned and watched them go a small frown on her face. Christian wouldn't be free until he was completely out of Berchant's hands. Turning she hid her emotions and forced a smile, "Opening the door won't be that difficult."

She turned to liquid again and slipped under the door. Behind the door she was met with half a dozen guards. "That's all?" She asked smirking.

The guards began to shout in surprise.

"Whoa buddy," Annie said holding up her hands, "Why don't you all just calm down. I can kill all of you with a blink of my eye. You should know about me... I can change any liquid into acid. That means you men could meet a very gooey end if you don't work with me. Okay?"

The guards exchanged looks, they were all lower level Daedalus soldiers, not invested in the organization. "So... you and that other monster killed all those other soldiers?" Asked one of the guards.

"Yep," said Annie nodding.

Some of the soldiers exchanged curses. "Fine, what do you want?" Sighed the first guard that spoke.

"To open the door to the garage, and the next door," she said.

"Okay..." said the guard.

"No! Don't Josh! Don't work with her! What about Daedalus?!" Shouted one of his fellow guards, before screaming in pain as his insides turned to acid.

"Any other objections? If not the rest of you get out of here now if you want to save yourself," Annie ordered her eyes hard.

The other guards nodded and ran and the first guard backing away said, "345278 first code... second code 249869." He turned and ran down the corridor.

She turned around and entered the code and the door opened to the garage and first door into Daedalus HQ. Behind her was a pool of goo where the guard who had argued with her had stood. Annie calmly smiled at Shane and said, "That was easier than I thought. I love cowardly grunts."
