More Meteor Showers Bring Even Stranger Powers. (O/A)

Leaning against the wall, Theonis was so glad that Trinity intervened. He was this close to giving in.

"Yeah....I'll be alright" He said still panting."Thanks" Despite saying that he was fine his legs were weak. This had taken every inch of willpower he had. He never thought resisting someone could be so draining.

Trinity was relieved to hear Theonis was alright. She looked over her shoulder and said to Catherine, "You're not doing anyone favors. Do yourself a favor, leave."

"Very well. But I've seen it all before and will pick up the pieces when it all falls apart." and on that note they hear her sultry foot steps walking away from them.

She looked to Theonis he looked tired, he must have resisted her for a long time, "Gee, looks like you could use a nap. I've heard Catherine gets assigned the single metas, they must have mistook you for one."

"Haha...I'm just smoking hot....and." Theonis said jokingly but then he really took a look at Trinity. His mind was working again at a certain level. Enough to realize that he was still under the effects of Catherine's pheromones. But since she wasn't around he reacted to the closest woman near her. Which in this case was Trinity. Awww..crap...now I don't want to resist

"So are you" He said walking towards her. He almost looked like he was in trance. He wanted her. One hand slided around her waist, the other was placed on the back of her head. Gently but with passion he pressed his lips against hers.

Now Trinity was finding it hard to resist she returns his passionat kiss. It continued as she placed her hand holding the back of his head, she brought up her left thigh and pressed it to his right side while her other hand moved down his back. There was something in the back of her head which kept nagging her to not continue, she set a snooze on it for now.

She turned around and entered the code and the door opened to the garage and first door into Daedalus HQ. Behind her was a pool of goo where the guard who had argued with her had stood. Annie calmly smiled at Shane and said, "That was easier than I thought. I love cowardly grunts."

Shane steps out of the garage and glances as the steaming puddle that used to be a man. He looks down the corridor grimly and mutters, "If only it could stay that easy."

He strides down the corridor up to the second door. He turns his head to Annie and asks, "I don't suppose they were helpful enough to give you the second door code?"

Seeing as Trinity was making sure he wasn't going anyway, he let go of her head and moved his hand down towards her thigh. His other hand did the same. Taking a step forward he forced her against the wall and lifted her up a bit whilst pinning her against the wall. The bed seemed so far away.

Upon impact Trinity remembered what was nagging her at the back of her head. Teshou was going to kill her for keeping him waiting, her eyes were wide opened at the realization, followed by the thought Damn! Why'd I have to remember when things were getting good!?. As soon as she had the chance she said, "Theonis stop. I have to go."

Theonis didn't stop right away. But when he did he simply asked "Why?" and moved down to her neck, kissing it and just taking in her scent. Despite the fact that the pheromones were wearing off he really didn't want to stop now that it was getting good. Because somehow they always get interrupted by something

"Because..." she felt the sensations it made it hard to say what she needed to. "I...need to train... with Teshou, my other sensai... some moves to go up against Freya with..Theonis please stop..." if he wasn't going to stop she was going to have to take action.

Theonis was reluctant but stopped. He didn't back away but was catching his breath in the same position.

"Aaahh...just..." He let out a sigh and moved back a bit allowing her to stand again."Let's...finish this some other time. When we can't get interrupted" He gave her one last kiss.

"Go get em tiger...I'll just....take a really cold shower." He let out another sigh. He really needed that shower now.

"I'm sorry Theonis, I told you that this is how it would be and... To be honest I'm not sure if there will ever be truly a time where we can't be interrupted. So I try to make the most of what time we do have together. Just think about that in your shower..." she sighed to herself, "...and think about if you are willing to continue this relationship, based on that fact.". She rubbed the side of her arm almost wondering why she had to bring that up, it was obvious she didn't want it to end, "I musn't delay... Teshou will literally kill me if I keep him waiting." she walked into a dark corner, "I'll see you later."

"That you will. Good luck Trin" He said as she stepped into the shadows. When she was gone he did a quick search for the bathroom.

"Why the hell would I end it? We only just started." He muttered as he took of his clothes and got into the shower.

"My charming introduction had them tripping over their feet to help me," Annie said, innocently. She was having fun with this- actually beginning to take Daedalus down. It nagged her slightly that killing the man didn't even bother her- it was an after thought. Killing the guards for her escape bothered her emotionally- why not now? She pushed some hair behind her ear solidifying, "Anyhow it is 249869."

"That you will. Good luck Trin" He said as she stepped into the shadows. When she was gone he did a quick search for the bathroom.

Trinity smiled to herself at his support. She emerged from Teshoumaru's shadow wearing her green trench cloak,"I'm ready sensai." her tone was calm and collected.

The shower was cold just like he said it would be. Just standing there in the cold shower to get his mind off of Trinity and the moment they just had before it was interrupted. It has been a while since he actually had a good shower. Before Valhalla he was just wandering from place to place. Having finally found some stability in his life made him feel more appreciative to all that has happened. Now he got a place to stay, a potential job AND beautiful woman.

"Heh" He grinned to himself underneath the hair that was covering his face. He ended up thinking about Trinity again.

When he was done showering a question arose in his mind. Where the hell was he going to get some new clothes? He had been wearing the old and sweaty clothes for a few days and didn't want to put them on again after this shower.

Although Liv said she would go and 'hunt' for guys, she didn't feel like it anymore. Instead she was slightly troubled about Gidget. Thankful to her that she was honest enough to bluntly state that she suspected Liv despite it being 15%. Normally you wouldn't suspect someone who would bring a problem to light would you? Perhaps conventional techniques wouldn't work on her. Maybe she needed to go against it. Instead of laying low, she could intentionally cause some trouble. Or she could simply drain another Meta to throw Gidget off of her balance. Why would anyone who is already a suspect of draining cause another one right after? Oh the choices...

She pushed some hair behind her ear solidifying, "Anyhow it is 249869."

Normally Shane would be enamored by Annie's upbeat attitude in spite of the situation. But he is so close, after so long, to fulfilling his goal. Without saying a word he walks over to the panel and presses the keys in the order Annie described.

The door cracks open, allowing Shane to sense the multitude of force waiting on the other side for him and Annie. Shane's eyes widen as he grabs her arm and swings her behind one of the doors with him just as the bullets start flying.

Shane slams his fist into the number pad, causing the doors to stop opening. He sighs with relief and says, "That's a lot more than sixty. Can you get around them, to the holding cells?"
