Karin's eyes shifted back to Suka as he replied again. She took in his words, but was left feeling a little confused. Though, she guessed that it made sense for him to watch him, that is, if he meant he'd be watching over him. That's what she was doing for Kana. She glanced up at the girl again after this though, her eyse widening as she saw her floating in mid air. She shook her head and turned back to Suka again, seeing his hair once more in his eyes. But she refrained from moving it again, noting that his smile had faded. Her ears twitched as she heard his neck crack as well, but otherwise she didn't react to it.

She glanced back over towards the male as he repeated his words. "Hello," she said again, head tilted uncertainly. She was about to introduce herself when she saw him moving away, so instead she shrugged and turned back to face Suka again. After all, why should she make an effort to speak to someone who approached first, and then left before introductions could be made?

Zuno stoppped circling her and fumbled with his bag. He took out his book and opened it to the bookmark. He read, "Temporary Flight Incantation. User can cast a spell oneself or on another. If cast on another the person must stay at least within 10 feet of the caster. I just learned it...I didnt know if it would work...but it worked like a charm. Go Ahead. You can soar...just stay close or you will fall." he said as he placed the book back in his bag and flew close to Kana.

"You missed a bit while you slept...." Suka stated matter of factly. He was referring to the man who had just left their presence. He still held his dagger in his hand and he started to spin it again, this time starting slowly but then making it go even faster then itt had when he began to peak with Karin. He closed his eyes again too, it was relaxing to do something and not have to watch it...he only hoped that it would last. Suka listened for a reply from Karin though as it looked like he was still looking at her through his hair it wwas also slightly obvious that he wasn't by his posture. The next time that Suka ended up being around karin and Kana both, which could very probably be soon, he hoped that maybe he'd be able to get over with another 'wolf meets cat' introduction safely...

Kana blinked, watching him as he read out from the book he'd had earlier. "Temporary?" she echoed uncertainly. "So... how long does it last?" But she quickly forgot her worry as his next words, telling her to try soaring. She blinked again, wondering how she could move without any wings or something to propel herself forward with. She ended up moving her arms slightly, as if she were swimming, and soon after her face flushed red in embarassment at how dumb she probably looked.

"It lasts as long as you dont get far from me or until I disarm the spell or run out of energy." He said. He eyed her as she stuggled to fly. He couldnt help but giggle. "Its okay. Just think on where you want to fly. Think of the direction in your head, and say it to yourself in your head." Zuno said flying close just in case she went too far too fast. He hovered a few feet away from her and more higher than they were. "Try flying towards me." Zuno said as he slowly flapped his wings to stay afloat.

Karin frowned, watching as Suka began spinning the dagger once more. After a moment she decided to speak up. "So what exactly happened?" she asked, glancing back at the retreating male and then to Suka again. "And what was the favor you went off to do?" She'd decided now would be as good a time as any to ask, and she really was very curious about it. It was a wonder she hadn't asked before then. Her ears perked as she listened for an answer, her tail flicking behind her and her eyes focused back upon the spinning dagger. She was hoping he was listening to her, but wasn't really sure...

Kana bit her lip as she heard him laugh, glancing away in embarassment. But she nodded slowly at his suggestion and closed her eyes again. "Just think it?" she repeated quietly, then fell silent to try focusing. For a moment nothing happened. She just floated there, hands clasped nervously together and tail flicking impatiently. But then she suddenly shot diagonally towards him, missing slamming into him by inches. "St-stop!" she shouted frantically, reaching out for his sleeve to try slowling herself. "Kyaaa!"

"Whoa!" Zuno said as Kana zoomed past him. Zuno turned to her as she went past. He muttered something and opened his hands in front of him in her direction. Kana began to slow down until she came to a complete stop. Zuno looked at Kana and flew to her. "Try...thinking gentle thoughts." Zuno said. If she would have gone any further the magic would have faded. I had to slow her down. Otherwise she would have been hurt badly.

Suka continued spinning the dagger and then slowly opened his eyes moments after she'd asked the to questions of him. "There were three or four people over by you while you slept...three not including me I think. They all talked and werefriendly like and it bugged me...but that's all that happened. That guy was the one person I ecided not to like because they were all so friendly like...bad luck for him I guess..." or good luck... Suka thought to himself after he'd answered one of her questions. He resisted shaking his head and continued on to answer her second question. "The favor...well Kit challenged me to fight after I'd said something about having to lose at least one before you can call yourself a strong fighter...that was the favor. We left to the Arena to do it, I think because he said something about not wanting to harm anyone as we fought..." he said this and did not give any details about it, knowing that he did not look like he'd been in a fight since he'd healed himself so carefully before coming back.

Kana bit her lip, feeling herself coming to a slow halt. Her eyes had clamped themselves shut again but now slowly eased themselves open once more and glanced around uncertainly. "I-I'm sorry..." she stammered, still very shaken from it. "U-um, gentle thoughts... Yes..." She hesitantly closed her eyes once more, tail now curled anxiously around her waist as she focused. Left, she thought faintly and slowly felt herself drifting. Her eyes opened again in surprise. Stop. She felt herself stop. She turned excitedly towards Zuno. "I-I did it!" she cried.

Keilantra fumbled into the courtyard, tripping abit over a small vine that overgrew the cement.She had a map in her hands and a bag thrown over her shoulder."This isn't right...."She had just come through the gates to Ria High and she was trying to get to her first class.I can't make heads or tails of this thing..She leaned against a tree and slid down it still holding the map, turning it every which way.

Karin blinked at him, a bit confused by the idea of picking out someone to just automatically dislike before getting to know them. She was being friendly too... Did that mean she was bugging him? She bit her lip at the thought, but didn't say it aloud. Instead she focused again as he continued, her eyes moving back to the spinning dagger. Her eyes widened slightly as he mentioned the fight. She resisted her first impulse,which was to shout 'what?!' really loudly, and instead continued biting her lip to quiet herself. He didn't seem injured, though that would explain why he'd appeared so tired and had been brushing himself off when she first saw him. "Oh," she finally said. "Well... I'm glad you're ok."

She began wondering why so many people had moved over once she fell asleep, and she absently wondered if they'd been male, since the cat man was. She shivered slightly as sudden thoughts of why a bunch of males would rush to a sleeping girl popped into her head. But then she pushed them away and recovered herself, her hands back in her pockets and fiddling with the X there.

"That's good." He said as he started to fly sideways. He watched her fly better and better.

Because he was focusing his attention on her he didnt notice he was backing into a tree. With his speed, although slow, he had crashed into the tree. He fell to the ground breaking branches on the way down.

He landed at the base of the tree with minor scratches, but his left wing's feathers were covered in blood from the cut that was there. He had healed the cut once before but it appeared that the impact opened it more.

"Ow...damn." Zuno said sitting at the base of the tree. His eyes turned up to Kana. "Im sorry. But I need to use some energy to heal myself. Can you come down here...." He said as he could feel that he was getting week from the loss of blood.

As she'd finished her sentence, "You're biting your lip again..." he bluntly stated this and decided to explain more as she shivvered. He'd thought about the same thing and until he was sure that the two boys still there when he left were too preoccupied with each other for something like that he did not let himself even converse with them. "Nobody had any bad intentions toward you while you slept...nothing happened." He thought that compared to his statement moments before it soundd a bit alienated, yet her expression as she'd shivered had led him to believe she was thinking about that He would not care if the suggestion was foreign to her thoughts...he wanted to make sure that he made it clear anyway.
