Suka pulled his dagger up out of the ground after he let himself stop thinking about the Gauntlet and the New moon and such. He grabbed it and began to try something new with it. He started to spin it around one finger by messing with the balance of the blade and then moving it to the next finger until it reached the third finger and then going back, he tried this slowly and did it succesfullyy bt slowly. His attention was on his hand as he did so and then he slipped and cut the finger he was spinning it on. He ignored the blood though and picked it up again starting once more to try again and it slipped after the same amount of successful movements except for this time it cut a different finger. If he didn't keep it so sharp then maybe he wouldn't have to worry about cutting himself...he ignored the blood again and started to spin it again.

Kana trailed after him to the bench, sitting down once agan with her legs pulled to her chest and held in place by her arms. She was watching him, but at the question suddenly turned away, setting her chin on her knees. "Umm..." she began. "I don't really... want to say." She froze suddenly, glancing back at him. "Oh, but it's not because of you or anything! It's all me! I just don't like revealing because I always end up..." She paused, letting her voice trail off as she dropped her gaze to the ground.

Karin sat on the ground, continuing to pick through the grass absently. Her face was almost blank, but her ears were perked and alert as she listened. She was about to start mindlessly humming under her breath when the scent of blood suddenly reached her nose. Her head shot up, eyes widening as she stared straight ahead at Suka. She saw him twirling the blade around his fingers, often ending up cutting himself. She growled softly, glaring at him. "What the hell are you doing?" she hissed. "Stop that!"

Suka continued to do it ignoring her protest and he did it another time going back and forth three times before cutting himself on both his ring finger and his pinky finger, the pinky finger being a large cut and bleeding more than the others. He once again ignored it and started again. "I'm practicing I suppose...why should I stop?" He said this and looked at her through a small gap in his hair that was unevident on the other side of his bangs. He raised a brow out of habit even if he could not be seen. He dropped it not cutting himself this time but continuing again as a puddle of blood started to form below where he spun the dagger.

"Look, whatever it is its fine by me. I was just asking because the way you were flying before I crashed impressed me. It was as if you could manipulate the wind." Zuno said. He didnt want to be snooping in her business so Zuno thought it best to change the subject.

"So, do you have any siblings here? I'm an only child...i was an orphan." Zuno said as he looked down and picked up a fallen feather.

Karin's eyes narrowed further as he ingored her and just continued doing it. Her hands clenched as well as her teeth as she watched, ears flattening back angrily. "Because I said so," she growled. "And you're hurting yourself, so stop it!" Her hand darted out, intending to catch the dagger and snatch it away. She didn't care wether she grabbed the blade or the handle, just as long as she got it away from him. Why would he just sit there, continuing to injure himself? Even if it wasn't too bad an injury, he was still bleeding. She could see it right there!

Kana froze, her eyes widening as he mentioned her flying. She tried to shake it off, but couldn't help it. "Um, I-I wouldn't say I was any good," she protested uneasily. "I mean... I couldn't do anything at first!" She paused again, raising her head slightly. He'd guessed it exactly. How did he do that? She began biting her lip again, a nervous habit she'd picked up from Karin but couldn't seem to rid herself of. She shook her head at the subject change and then placed her chin back on her knees. "N-no..." she said softly. "And... I'm an orphan... too..." She fell silent, ears drooping again.

But then she froze once more and her head snapped back up. "But let's not talk about this!" she cried suddenly. "We should cheer up and be happy! Because if we get down, we let others down!" She knew she was just rambling, and it was more of an attempt to get her own spirits up, but she didn't care. Her smile returned as she looked around for someone else she knew. But all she saw was Karin back with that wolf boy. She suddenly realized he was bleeding as she was able to smell it in the air, but she quickly looked away. That was not the thing she needed right now. She continued looking around, trying to find anything to distract herself with, a carefree smile planted across her lips.

Suka blinked as she reached out for the blade and he moved his hand just enough so that it spun so that the handle was what she caught, for he had no time to try and grab it himself, though he did grab the blade when she'd grabbed the handle. "Why does it matter? If it does not hurt it should not matter..." He said this in protest thugh still quietly. He looked at her through his hair and did not see her very well through it but that was not a bad thing for now.

Karin shook her head rapidly. "Just because it doesn't hurt doesn't mean you should do it! You shouldn't ever hurt yourself in any way!" She growled in frustration as she saw he'd grabbed the blade. She carefully pulled his hand away and drew the dagger towards herself, holding it tightly in her grasp. Damn it, I only hurt him more! Even though he'd claimed it didn't hurt, and she knew she was probably overreacting, she couldn't help it. She'd come to depise violence, for the most part, and this needless act was only irritating her further. Why would someone just sit there cutting themself over and over again? Her tail wrapped around her waist as she calmed down, ears drooping now. "I-I'm sorry," she murmured, head bowed towards the grass. Her hair fell in the way so he wouldn't be able to see her face and that she was biting her lip yet again.

"Well...maybe we can meet tomorow or another day. Its getting late...I am going to go find my dorm room so I can hit the hay." Zuno got up and slung his bag over his shoulder. He was about to open his wings when he noticed a small cut on Kana's cheek. "Oh. Let me fix that." Zuno said. He snapped his fingers and his right hand started to glow. He held it close to her face and the cut almost instantly vanished along with the little blood that was there. "Probably a bug hit you when you were flying. Well, I am gonna go. Nice to meet you. Hope to see you soon." Zuno said as he spread his wings and flapped slowly until he was high enough not to hit Kana. He flew in the direction of the dorms.

Ismaire viewed the events in complete silence from her place under the giant tree. Humans....I'll never understand them she thought quietly to herself, she had seen Kanako out walking along the edge of the building, flirting with some guy. That was another habit of humans she couldnn't understand; what made the oppisite sex so appealing?

Keilantra sat against a tree and angerly stared at a map.She had been trying to figure out how to get to her dorm room but had been wandering around the school for hours.Everytime she had asked for help she either was ignored or yelled at.Its not my fault I have horrable sense of direction....if any of these HUMANS! in this whole school just told me which way is which on this stupid map I'd be there by now!.....Ok calm down...you know what happens when your angry.She gaves a a groan of grief and slide down the tree placing the map over her head.By the time I get there it will be morning....maybe i can just sleep here...I can't do that its freazing!Oh...what am I gonna do?....

She gave a huff and sat up.Sticking her hands out the map raised up and stood still in the air.Keilantra carefully moved her finger causing the map to turn.She squinted her eyes in the dark aand tryed to figure out which way the map was suppose to be turned.

Kana turned her attention back towards Zuno as he announced he was leaving, her head tilted slightly. She blinked as he mentioned fixing something, but she hadn't realized she was injured. She jumped slightly when he snapped his fingers again and his hand glowed so close to her face. But she didnt' flinch away, and simply sat there blinking in surprise. As he finished, she ran a hand over her cheek, letting it rest there as she watched him take off. "Um, y-yes..." she stammered, still a little shocked. "Take care!" She watched until he was out of sight and then bowed her head. He'd managed to bring up her two most hated subjects in the short time they'd spoken. Yet, they were kind of common questions, weren't they? There'd be no avoiding them so she'd better get used to it.

She sighed as she hopped back to her feet, freezing as she saw another butterfly, blue and black this time. She crouched low to the ground and stalked after it, suddenly springing forward. Her clawed fingers made another cage fort the butterfly and she bound over towards Karin without thinking, tail flicking excitedly behind her. She held her hand out happily, the insect now perched on her palm. "Look, a butterfl-" She stopped abruptly as she recalled sensing the blood before, and now she saw it was from the wolf's hand and Karin was now holding the dagger. She blinked several times and plopped down where she was crouching. "U-Um, I'm s-sorry!" she stammered, ears drooping slightly.

Ismaire turned too look at the girl, who was fumbling around with a school map, she hadn't even bothered picking one of those up; as she enjoyed sleeping outside rather than enclosed spaces.

"So....you...hate humans as well?" she said a little nervously, she hadn't talked to anyone else besides Kanako since she had arrived and was a little apprehensive.

Suka blinked as she pulled his hand away and raised a brow at the way she did it. He was only trying to figure out how to do something...figuring things like that out with the dagger always resulted in this kind of stuff so why was she overreacting so much? When she apologized he sighed. "There's nothing to be sory for...unless you're apologizing for stopping me in the first place...but it doesn't sound like you are." He said bluntly as usual and now he just sat there waiting, his hand resting with it's palm on the grass feeling the cold of the puddle of blood that was there and making him shiver a bit as it stained the rest of his hand red wherever it touched him. HE noticed Kana had come back over and he raised a brow at that too, his hair still in his eyes. What is she apologizing for now?
