Nova Blancke "Heh....yeah that they did. Which is too bad because I liked it." He said with his playful grin. With that he went to get another shirt."Don't think you mind me wearing this though"
"Ya know, I'll make something tomorrow night. I don't really feel like cooking now so....yeah" Theonis said as he was changing into his new shirt. Trinity nodded and then replied to his comment about the shirt, "No I didn't mind it at all." Then admired him for a brief moment as he switched shirts. Then she heard him suggest he'd cook something for tomorrow night, "Wow you cook? I must really have hit the jackpot."

"Well yeah, I had 3 roommates and they couldn't cook even if their lives depended on it. So guess who had to cook all the time. Well...plenty of times we had pizza and chicken wings though"

Trinity nodded and said, "Lets..." as they head out she wrapped her arm around his waist and lean her head on his shoulder. Now she didn't care who knew, she wanted everyone to know that there's someone in her life. She could hear what some people were saying around her and which probably what most people are thinking when they saw her with someone. 'This won't end well.' 'How long do you think this one will last?' 'Not long that's for sure.' She came to a conclusion, that it wouldn't matter how long it will last, although it would be nice if it lasted longer than a day, she decided she is going to enjoy the time she has with him, however long it may be.
They arrive at the cafeteria, the lighting changed a little to bring out a sort of romantic lighting. This kinda help emphasize that it was night and the rest of Valhalla (aside from the offices, labs and other working facilities) had similar lighting since there weren't many windows especially in the underground areas, it was hard to tell what time of day it was. Trinity made this suggestion and Gidget got things set up that way. It all seem a bit romantic when the lighting was like this.
Meanwhile in a meeting room with a projector, a meeting was being held, by a group of guys who go by "The Valhalla Babe Watchers Club". The first they talked about was the new girl named Liv, there were photos on display with her wearing cowboy hat. They talked about Gidget and had the usual on going debate of whether she should count or not because she wasn't of flesh and blood. Then they brought out the photos of Trinity with her new boyfriend, there was concern about how this looked serious and that there may be a need to sabotage it but they remembered all the other relationships she was in and cooled their jets.

Like Trinity Theonis was also aware of the soft chatter around them...about them. Just let em talk and prove em wrong dude. He thought. Glancing over to Trinity on his shoulder he smiled to himself. It was good for him to finally have some stability in his life. No more running or hiding who he was. It was nice. The current atmosphere in Valhalla also contributed to his calm mood.
His arm also wrapped around her waist as they walked. As they sat down his attention returned to Trinity." I like the lighting around here. Didn't think they had that."

Trinity nodded, "It was my idea, to provide some sense of time of day. Since there aren't any windows down here it was hard to tell what time of day it was. So I made my suggestion to Gidget and she implemented it and here we are."

"So I take it you were wondering what that pile of math and stuff was huh? I kind of confirmed a hunch of mine. Bout a passive ability of mine. I like to call it an Exponential Learning Curve." Theonis said and felt more energetic just by talking about it; Seems he really does like talking about abilities
"I used to suck at Math and now I have a Bachelor degree in it. Well...not officially but the sheer amount of knowledge I have of it is pretty much similar to it. I am also decent with Physics now and with the stockmarket. But the last one is not as easy as the rest. But I'm sure that after I have done my research it will be a lot easier."

She smiled at the very mention of his new ability,"My my Theonis Richards you are just full of surprises aren't ya? So is that what you wanted to test when you asked about sparing earlier? I'm willing to bet you could make quite the opponent in a short amout of time". She liked talking about powers in general.

He smiled at the compliment. Getting compliments was still his weakness. "Yeah that is what I wanted to test. I mean if I can learn complex math as if it were nothing then I should be able to remember martial arts as well. Combining that with my pressure control I will be hard to take down. Well...maybe not for someone like Annie but that's not fair fighting her."

"Yeah... Annie's not a fair fight to just about anyone. Especially since she could convert one's blood into acid and heaven help you if you confront her on a humid day... Just makes me wonder how much it can take out of someone to have such a power, to have such a heavy burden of responsibility... It makes me wonder... What was it like when she first got her power?"

"Well not to be boasting here neither your power nor mine are lightweights.I'm still a newbie, a very gifted one but still a newbie. You on the other hand have been doing this for quite some times now. How much does it take out of you? Despite how...easy it might look..I think it takes quite the toll on her. I mean she rearranges elements to make acids." Theonis was ranting again but fell quiet. His mind was already thinking of ways to defeat Annie. But as soon as he realized this he forced himself to stop."
"Sorry...first the ranting and then my mind starting forming ideas on how to beat her. Sorry. Anyway, I think she'd when her glass started melting from the acid inside of it. If it went like that anyway. Would be even worse if it was under the shower"

Trinity thought about it, and it was rather unsettling to find out about your ability to shift molecules into acid in the shower. "That's rather unsettling...I guess that conversation took a wrong turn huh...
Thing is if I had to face her. I'm not sure how... her ability to turn her body into liquid wouldn't give me a solid thing to hit and if I fight with my shadow she could null that out by using that same technique. On top of that she could look at me a certain way and I could be a goner... so... you mentioned you thought of ways to defend yourself against her what do you have in mind?"

"Well...when she turned liquid I blasted her away and it took her a few minutes to gather herself and she didn't turn me into jelly so that meant she couldn't do that right away. So I could keep on blasting her to make sure she doesn't get herself together."
He paused for a bit." Second thing is that I think she needs to visually see whatever she wants...to melt. If you could..wrap yourself in shadow completely I am not sure if she can harm you then. But that's all I can think off now."

Trinity nodded at Theonis' theory. "I suppose that could work. Perhaps if I do it right I could become a walking hole or void." Her stomach grumbled,"Heh, speaking of voids...I'm in the mood for chicken and salad. How about you?"

"I think I'll go with some sashimi if they have that here. Brainfood is good for me at the moment since it won't stop thinking." Theonis admitted.

Gidget had been spending all of the time since Trinity had left to dig up as much dirt as she could on Liv. Everything turned up a dead end, and now she is nearly convinced that she may have been wrong. She could use her omni system to track her, but she was nearly caught by Homeland Security the last time she did that.
She decides to screw around and look into Trinity's new guy. She pulls up a visual from her memory and runs it through her massive database. A few short seconds and his life is displayed in front of her. Everything seems to be going well until she comes across a picture of his father.
Gidget scowls and sends Trinity a text.
Could U plz send ur bf my way. I'd like 2 meet him. ^_^
