*makes self a tall cup of coffee* Well considering I rent out this space it's not all that unexpected. Its interesting how much unused spaced can just easily be rented out in mountains. Although if you have the right market in mind all you need to do is string up a few lights, set up some standard traps and bam easy sell.

Oh and we can not have a guest starve here catch *tosses an apple through the bars*
