Courtyard (North)

[Krazy Kaori]

Kaori nodded, obviously relieved. Honestly, she was a little nervous about heading off to a whole different planet. But then again, wouldn't that be expected? Her eyes roamed over the two sitting on the ground, pausing for a moment to stare at the glows surrounding them. Then she tore her gaze away after a moment and looked towards the hospital in the distance. That was the last place she'd seen Kai, though she wasn't sure why he'd still be there. But she shrugged off the thought and instead returned to absently petting Kei again, the purple stone locked tightly within in her grasp. Just a little sooner, ok Sai? she thought quietly. She sighed, bowing her head and staring absently at the grass. She really felt awkward just standing there while the two were supposedly charging up, but she didn't know what else to do.

"Yeah we are getting pretty popular I guess... But i'm still wondering about what you were thinking about... Is it to important to tell? " Roxxan asked, still leaned toward him looking in his eyes still curiouse about it. She swung her arms behind her back and folded her hands together tightly. She was asking him alot of questions today, but she didn't notice how much of an annoyince she might be for Shadow. "My brother's half wolf demon, if I didnt say so already..."

"Don't talk about me...... You know how much I hate that Rox... " terry mumbled toward roxxan and streched his arms high up above his head. He looked at Yuina and nodded. Sure we can go now, but what place first? Gates, south courtyard, or the raven tree outside the school grounds? he asked.

Airah had calmed down now, and was walking purposefully on a course to the centre of the courtyard. The pendant at her neck - Benimaru - showed a grey stone that seemed to be full of swirling gas - an indication of the thousands of thoughts chasing each other in her mind.
Firstly, she missed her brother - Taki was three years younger than her, and although he was rude, obnoxious and downright selfish, she had always loved him despite the extreme frustration he caused her. Because of her parents' divorce, Airah and her brother had both been sent to boarding school - away from each other, though, to her great disappointment and confusion. It seemed incredibly unpractical to separate the siblings at a troubled time like this. But there was nothing she could do about it now, so -
"Oh my God."
Suddenly Benimaru's stone became completely transparent. The shock Airah just received had temporarily cleared her mind of every thought and stopped her in her tracks.
"Rhia? Rhianwyn De Leon, is that you?"
Rhianwyn, a childhood friend who had disappeared from Airah's life ages ago - was that really her, sitting on that cold stone bench? Probably was; it looked like her. Who was that sitting beside her though?
Benimaru's heart shone a sunny hue of yellow, and bubbles seemed to form inside. Airah ran as quickly as she could to Rhia, dragging along her suitcase with the school map tightly clenched in the other hand. Boy, did they have a lot to catch up on.

"It's best if we don't ask at all, since it might be something he doesn't like to talk about."

Kiyosi then turned to Terry.

"Don't worry, we're not going to tell anyone, right?"

She eyed the group, oblivious to who was about to suprise her...

"Boo!"

Kiyosi had almost jumped and stopped herself from screaming when her sister, Rianna, totally surprised her. Gasping for breath, she was able to say a couple of words.

"Sorry about that. This is my sister, Rianna. And next time, don't do that again!"

Kai frowned, gazing steadily at the two seated upon the ground. He glanced at Skylar as she asked her stammering question and shook his head. "I have no idea," he mumbled, turning his stare back towards Shepard and Gordon. They were just sitting there, glowing! What the hell were they doing? He was growing a little irritated, finding so many things in a row that he couldn't figure out, even though there were really only two. He tried pushing the thoughts away though, as he turned towards Kaori. "What's going on?"

Kaori blinked at him, a bit taken aback by the harshness of his tone. But then she glanced at the two male's seated upon the ground and spoke. "They're charging up..." she said simply and then fell silent, just petting Kei once more. She clutched the purple stone even tighter in her free hand as her eyes watched the two unblinkingly.

Skylar seemed fairly curious now; there were, after all, lots of things they could just be charging up for. "May I ask what they're charging up for?" she smiled, inching towards Kaori, away from Kai; she still had that iffy feeling that he was mad at her. From his tone, though, she could tell it wasn't only her. She glanced down at the purple stone, though, blinking a few times as she thought she saw something within it. She shook off the thought, though, turning her gaze back to the two boys.

" Everyone get in the glowing circle around us and hang on." said Gordon as he and Shepard stood up. The ground around them started to shake and small pieces of it started rising up. Infact it seemed the ground iside the circle was lifting up to become a small platform.


Gordon and Shepard lifted there hands to the sky and apart of it seemed to start to rip! They where opening the gateway to the uni-stream and to there home. It started to slowly open. " Everyone hold on and closde your eyes if your a bit queasy. This might feel funny. 2 minutes left!" Gordon yelled out smiling.

Kaori blinked at Skylar now, eyes following as she inched away from Kai. She frowned slightly, not understanding why she was doing that. But then again, Kai did seem to be in a bad mood... She sighed and then waved her hand at the two on the ground. "We're taking a trip!" she said, unable to keep the excitement from her voice. Though, she was obviously very nervous as well. She bit her lip as Gordon instructed them to move and he and Shepard both stood. Her eyes widened and she froze as the ground started shaking. She took in everything in an almost stunned silence, and then slowly inched towards the two, pausing just inside the mentioned circle. Her hold tightened upon the stone and she slipped Kei back into the hidden pocket of her jacket so he'd be safe.

Kai watched everything with a stoney expression and then stepped forward, pausing beside Kaori, who promply clung to his arm. He started to shove her away, but paused as he saw how afraid she appeared. So, he just stood still as his eyes shifted to Skylar. He was a bit confused why she'd moved away from him, as he didn't realize how cold he was acting. But now he held a hand out towards her, wondering if she'd accept it.

Skylar watched the two leaving her side, the ground starting to shake; why did that remind her of something. She shook her head slightly, slowly seeing that Kai had held out a hand for her. She didn't know why, but everything seemed to slow down for her; she couldn't quite explain it. She hesitated for a moment, looking at his extended hand, before she nodded to herself, assuring it'd be all right. She reached out and took his hand, before stepping into the circle, smiling at him; she still wasn't going to tell him, though.

The platform of ground started rise as the sky above opened. Inside was a flurry of random colors. Several sparks of lightning flashed acrossed the sky. Shepard and Gordon went on. They started going higher and higher till one was able to almost see the whole courtyard. Gordon looked back and smiled. " Everyone hang on! 10....9...8...7..6..5..4..3..2..1!" he said the platform they wherte on shook and started to head torwards the rip at an amazing speed.

Kai felt a wave of silent relief as she took his hand and he smiled back at her. He'd been afraid she was mad at him or something. He still wasn't good at being social, since for most of his life he'd been alone. Now that he was experiencing things, he didn't want to mess up and ruin it, though he was pretty sure he'd end up doing so without realizing it. He frowned inwardly as he looked back at Shepard and Gordon, eyes flicking to the sky every now and then.

Kaori was still clinging to Kai's arm, absolutely confused about what was going on. She was primarily watching the two males, but her eyes did dart towards Kai and Skylar on occassion. She was a bit surprised by how warmly Kai was treating her, since they'd only just met. She bit her lip anxiously, bowing her head. Had he already forgotten about Meghan? She closed her eyes as she thought silently to herself. She was suddenly jolted from them as she realized they were rising. Her eyes opened wide again as she stared around, still clinging to Kai and the stone that contained Sai. There was no way she'd allow herself to drop it. Her eyes flicked to Gordon as he suddenly started counting down and she bit her lip again, not sure what to expect. She almost fell over when they started shaking again, But Kai held her up and kept her standing as they started moving quickly forward.

Kai refused to let himself show any sign of fear, though he was completely lost as to what was happening. He had to stabilize Kaori several times and his hold on Skylar's hand tightened protectively as well.

Skylar shut her eyes tight as they suddenly shook again, but opened as a sudden force hit her; they seemed to be flying away. She blinked a few times, just looking around; why did it still seem like she was moving at a slower time rate than the rest? Whatever she felt, though, it wasn't anything more than excitment, and anyone could tell. She smiled, just watching as they continued to go foward at an imense rate towards the rip that had fully opened. J'ai foul, a voice said to her as she just looked up at the rip, the emotion that had been on her face suddenly disappearing for absolutely no reason.

Yuina looked at Terry and thought for a second. It only seemed normal to check outside the school grounds first and go from there to her. We should check the Raven Tree first. She told Terry telepathically. Her eyes wandered around as she stood still, saying nothing. An apathetic look had crossed her faced, but only because she was bored.  

[Sexy Suki]

Suki listened to them telepathically and spoke through it. Well waht are we waiting for? She look to them and smiled nudging her head towards it. She scratched her head as she looked over to her sister and shadow. "How old are you shadow?" She cracked her arms and neck of boredom. She looked over to Yunia . "Yeah you are a cute cat Yui"

Sakii sighed being bored already and went over to her sister leaning her head on her shoulder. "This is boring" She sighed again slumping on her sister waving her hand to the group to leave the courtyard so that they can all go somewhere besides the courtayrd together. She played a little with Suki's tail and poked in onto her sisters stomach.

Yuri was really bored as he walked around the courtyard...he dragged his scythe behind him and whistled an unfamiliar tune and only barely resisted the urge to start Tossing the Scythe into the air and catching it. If he were anyone else the thought probably would have been an easy come easy go suggestion....it would probably have been obvious that they would not do it. Yuri dragged it along and finally gave in spinning it virtically into the air about seventeen meters and as it spirlalled bck down he caught it, spun it, and threw it back up into the air again. It was not so hard to do that he thought he might screw up...it was probable that he might hurt someone else by accident anyway though.
