Rikki Tikki Travi Shane had consumed enough pilots over the years. He doesn't need this one. He lifts the man by his neck and raises him up to the rotors. Blood, bone, flesh, brains, and hair spray out like a grotesque mister. He throws the pilot's remains down to the streets below and forces himself through the hole in the glass. He takes his seat and recalls the necessary memories to pilot this particular model of assault copter.
He lands the chopper down on the roof and turns down the lift, allowing for safe passage to bird. He hopes the lack of aggressive sounds will be enough of a clue for Annie.
Annie winced at the noise of bullets and then the following noises. What mess was Shane causing now? Upon hearing the silence she let her hands slide off Gidget's ears and stuck out her head from around the corner. Seeing the splattered blood she winced feeling a bit weak from the idea that one of the first memories of this Gidget was going to be this carnage. Her eyes grew misty from the thought of the whole situation. Wiping her eyes she turned to Gidget and took her hand. "Come on, this is our que."
Pulling Gidget she ran towards the helicopter praying that no surprises were in store for them. This was the most dangerous part of the whole situation most likely. Annie's power was mostly sapped and Gidget was completely defenseless. If bullets came, even if Annie could save herself, she wouldn't be able to save Gidget.
Shaking her head she ran faster, Shane wouldn't let anything happen to his sister or Annie for that matter. She had to have faith. Without faith what else was there?
Reaching the helicopter, she began to help Gidget inside, still looking over her shoulder. Things were too easy, it would be so easy for things to fail now when they were so close...

Deora_Alvarez She nodded to Kerana's challenge and got into a fighting stance, feet shoulder width apart, knees bent, focused intently on the pool behind her friend. She did what she'd done before, and tried to feel the water, even though it was a few feet away. As she moved her hands, she could almost feel a bit of resistance, and the water being Kerana stared to move as though invisible hands were running through it. When she thought she had it, Deora attempted to make a wave, moving the water back a bit before pulling her hand towards herself. It felt as though the water would break over the side of the pool and soak her friend, but in reality barely a splash made it onto the concrete, only wetting the girl's feet. Richard closed the door and returned to the front desk.
Before getting into position Kerana placed the towel in a side shelf and closed the water resistent door. She took her position and taunted Deora and watched as she moved. By the looks of it, Kerana thought for certain that it was going to be a huge wave. When the moment came, she wrapped her tail around her waist covered her head, closed her eyes tight and held her breath, waiting to be totally soaked. Only to feel a little splashing at her feet, there was a moment of silence as she observed with one of her eyes that there was just a small puddle.
The first thing that came to mind was That's it?! careful not to share her thought and dicourage her friend she relaxed a bit. "Perhaps we should focus on making it tall". Kerana said with a spring in her step for emphasis.
(ooc:Sorry for the delay, forgot to mention that I was in GA for the past week)

(Aw, you should have stopped by, my city is just a few miles north of GA.))
Deora sighed and hung her head, disappointed that she hadn't been able to do much at all. She forced herself to look on the bright side, though. She'd been practicing on glasses and bowls, and now she was trying to move an entire pool. Of course there was going to be some difficulty. She listened to Kerana's input, and thought about it. She had a good point; while it was easy to move water around a vessel, making it actually rise up and act like no water should was the hard part. "How am I supposed to do that?" She asked, half to Kerana, half to herself. Almost as soon as the words left her mouth, she had an idea.
With determination set in her eyes again, she got back into her stance. She focused intently on the water, again feeling it's weight against her hands. Slowly she started to move the water, not towards Kerana, but to the sides, as though she were trying to part it. Waves started to form behind Kerana, moving away from each other, then flowing back. Each time the waves met, the water was forced up a little more. Finally Deora decided to try to actually make the water rise, and sent the waves crashing together again. As they met, she raised her hands, managing to make a wavering column of water rise up, almost as tall as the fox girl. It only lasted a few seconds, though, before crashing back into the pool. Deora sighed again, dropping her hands to her sides. "This is a lot harder than I thought it would be."
