Alex ran in after them. She leaped in the air.
Her legs fused together, and scales grew accross them. Her feet flattened out into sea-green fins. She landed gracefully in the water.
"Well, what are we waiting for?" She asked, swimming ahead of the group.((Goddesses can do anything? And Alena was planning on squaring off against one. LOL. (Personally, I think Alena would've won anyway. She's unique like that.)))
Alex swam alongside Yumi. "Whats so bad about it?" She asked. "Its just another creature on this earth."
But still, she didn't want to lose her current child-like mindset......she wasn't sure why, but it felt like she had a friend who could releat to her in some small way, and she didn't want to lose that.
She swam over to Sumire, growing as she went, till they were the same age. (Her chest was now nothing to be scoffed at.) It helped, but it didn't fix the problem.
"Goddesses can do anything?" She asked, a pleading look in her eye.
She continued observing the ocean. "If you are telling the truth, I could stop time for you. But, there is a time limit, 3 days." |

"You bind people to their paths, I am what allows them to break free. Given time, I should be able to find a way to change myself like that." |

".....what would my grandmother think of me........This would bring dishonor to her..."Sumire looked around the ocean. "Well, not exactly. They have an extent. It just depends who you are fighting. For instance, I am the goddess of time and fate. I can't interfere with love, or death."
"That would be enough time." She smiled.
"You bind people to their paths, I am what allows them to break free. Given time, I should be able to find a way to change myself like that."
"OK."
She hugged her. "Normally, my personality changes several times a day. But perhaps being forced to have just one, will force me to solidify into one personality. You may have just solved my problem."
Alex wanted to thank her. She wrapped her arms around Sumire's neck, then began shrinking. Alex's arms segmented, and became a string of pearls. The rest of her morphed into a seashell, forming a center-piece. This necklace was now around Sumire's neck. Even if only for a little while, Alex would augment Sumire's beauty, as a token of thanks for her new friend. |

Alex giggled, though only Sumire could hear it.
She could see all that Sumire could, feel what she touched......essentially, Sumire was doing the sensing for her. Such was a side effect of being able to communicate with her. A pleasureable one though. |
