Nova Blancke "I think it would be fair for me to use it slightly. I mean your body can endure 120 times gravity if I am not mistaken. Which means that your muscles and bones are a lot harder then mine. I'll just use mine to reduce impact of your punches at first since I will most likely be a punching bag the first couple of minutes." Theonis confessed.
"I am kind of afraid to actually use my power against you. Because I know the kind of devastation it can cause at full power. I am also not sure how much force is being each attack. Think I need to practice on that."
It did bother him. If he were to spar with powers he felt like he could over power anyone. Well most people. He only lost because Annie and Shane caught him off-guard with their teamwork. That was what he believed anyway.
Soon they arrived at the training facility.
"But enough about my fear of my own power. Let's see how fast I can catch your rhythm". Trinity listened to him as he explained why and when he put it that way she would advice him to use his power enough to protect himself. She looked down at one of her hands as he mentioned muscle and bones... bones she reflected I didn't think of it that way... my bones being this strong... she made a fist and continued to look at it and thought was that part of my mutation... or was I able to strengthen them through training....?Her eyes lower as he mention he's aware of the devastation his power could cause. She snapped out of it when they arrived, "oh,... right." she responded as they entered the training facility. She had full access to the facility and knew the where the sparing rooms were. They entered the room, "So, do you want me to teach you the basics, or do you just want to learn as we go?"

Theonis hopped back to create some distance between them and cracked his knuckles. "Let's just go with the flow."
Raising his fists to his chest and held them in front of them. One fist in front of the other. He had some form but it mostly looked like something a street fighter would use. Which made sense since Theonis did not have any training what so ever. He did watch a lot of TV so he knew a couple of things. But no need to give that away in the first second.
"Ladies first." He said with a grin.

Trinity took a moment to clear her mind then smirked and said, "If you insist" she thought it best to start off so that he saw it coming enough so he'd know when to block. Once she felt he had the hang of it she took it up a notch and started to go all out move wise, not strength wise. She throws a right hook toward his stomach then followed it up with her elbow then did a left cross over upper cut then followed that up with a low round house kick and an elbow to his shoulder for reassurance.

He wanted to cheat so badly. Just blast her away with his power but he wouldn't. His heightened reflexes seemed to be unfair but he knew he should not depend on it. Not against someone of her level.
Theonis stepped back to avoid the strikes and simply shifted his upper body to avoid the uppercut. That's where he made the mistake of getting cocky. He did not see the follow up attack because of that. Taking the full brunt of the attack he wobbled to the side not sure if he should rub his shoulder or side. But he was not just going to stand there. He knew he had to observe her more but he was not be the only one taking the hits.
Charging at her, he knew she would most likely avoid or block any punch he could throw at her. Perhaps a grapple move or something similar. A feint! He threw his left fist at her chest. But before impact he retracted his fist and and launched his right. However this was his own little move he had come up with. If Trinity would shift her gaze from his left towards his right, he would then throw his left once more. He hoped something like that would work against her. If not he would most likely receive a nasty counter.

Theonis' strategy was a good strategy for a beginner, unfortunately Trinity wasn't going the direction he was expecting she back off from his left punch caught his right punch with her right hand using the momentum from it to lowered herself as she half turn her left hand to chop at his side. Then followed that with a kick at his knees which got her behind him letting go of his fist in the process then moved down and did an upper cut at his chin from the other side, his right.
From a distance it looked like she spin around and went around him at the same time. Almost like in a dance when the guy would spin the girl around him.

mc2 Annie frowned, the plan was smart. Gidget's power was best suited for the task, but using Gidget as Shane proposed bothered her. She knew that put in the same situation, if it was Christian she would never propose to take advantage of his powers. Sighing she glanced out the window, unhappy some with the prospect but knowing it was the intelligent move, "Fine. It's smart. Let's do that then."

The metallic Gidget sat down at a park bench in the center of the city. She could hardly be recognized, however, because she had taken the guise of an eighteen year old version of herself with pink hair.
This body was equipped with varying countermeasures. Hidden blades, sonic disrupters, and hacking devices just to name a few. But the one truly high tech thing she had in her was an EMP cancellation/countermeasure protocol.
Confident that she had enough to defend herself, she set out for the park wearing sandals,a pair of denim capris, and a pink hello kitty baby doll t-shirt.
She used her internal phone to dial Dr. Acula. She waited patiently while the phone rang.

The new day at Valhalla brought with it new tenants. In the facility's transport bay, a bus unloaded a few dozen refugees from the Matron safe house. Behind it, though, appeared to be a large armored vehicle.
It's massive ramp dropped and out stomped what the welcoming committee could only assume is "Big" Larry. Casually perched on his shoulder was his reptilian sister, who seemed to be licking one of her eyeballs every few seconds.
Larry grumbled, "Hungry."
Heather sighed and nodded, her dewlap almost flush to her neck. "I feel you. And that stupid truck was so hot. I've never had to resort to doing this before."
Once more she reached her tongue out of her mouth and licked her right eye.
The young men and women were promptly led to the dining facility. Larry's slow, deliberate, and careful foot falls quickly caught the attention of the other citizens of Valhalla. Larry couldn't care less if he tried, but Heather could feel the eyes on her. She hunched down as low as she could and wrapped her tail around Larry's chest while she wrapped her left arm around his neck. She let her blonde hair fall and hide her eyes.

"Haha...." Theonis managed to mutter out as Trinity caught his attack and countered it. Again he took all of it. But this time the impact was lessened. He did not attack straight away when she was done.
Despite getting his a** handed to him on a silver platter, he still felt confident. He took a deep breath, forcing himself to calm down. When he opened his eyes there was a certain calmness in them. One more deep breath.
Without warning he lashed out. His form slightly similar to Trinity's. But what he had improved most was his footwork. If he could not hit her then he should certainly not let her hit him. Or give her a opening for it. He felt great.
Raining down a series of punches that he knew would not hit her. But whilst doing so he would retract them fast enough not to give her an opening. Theonis then twisted around his center using the the centrifugal force to swing his arm at her head. In his mind she would have to block it or dodge.

Trinity noticed the improvement of his form as his onslaught ensued. She tried to find an opening but with the adjustment of his footwork and the way he was retracting his fists it was difficult to find one if any. She saw what he was doing with his arm a smile crept up, with both hands got a hold of his arm, used the same force to swing her up for air somersaulted and had a kick aimed for his chest. This would be block able to anyone who has had some intermediate level of fighting experience.

Leonard picked up his phone right after it rang. He had been expecting this call. The bags were still underneath his eyes. In fact it seemed like they were larger. The floor of his lab was well lit. To prevent a certain shadow travelers from breaking in.
"Good morning." Leonard said as he answered."I take it you did not have any trouble going out? Last thing we need is a curious shadow traveler following you." He said.

This time around he was glad his heightened reflexes kicked in. But for Trinity to do this without them....Needless to say he was impressed. Rotating again to avoid the kick he grabbed hold of her foot using the rotation to gain force he threw her. He cheated a bit by using his powers to throw her farther away Initially he wanted to slam her to the ground but he just couldn't.
He was really getting into it. Quickly he reached out for his phone and put in his earplugs. Time for some music to go along with it. Pendulum always has good beats. As he focused memories flooding into his mind. All those hours of watching Human Weapon seemed to have payed off with his new mind. Stances, Grapples, throws, kicks popped into his mind randomly
Raising his left leg to see how high he could kick surprised even him. He wasn't able to do this before. But he was thankful he could. He motioned Trinity to charge in.((OOC: The song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wHBe6wC2NYs ))

Nova Blancke Leonard picked up his phone right after it rang. He had been expecting this call. The bags were still underneath his eyes. In fact it seemed like they were larger. The floor of his lab was well lit. To prevent a certain shadow travelers from breaking in.
"Good morning." Leonard said as he answered."I take it you did not have any trouble going out? Last thing we need is a curious shadow traveler following you." He said.
"Oh you don't have to worry about Trinity. She's currently pre-occupied by more...pressing matters."
"Anyway, I guess it's time we got this show on the road. I'm in the center of the city park. I'll be sitting on a bench, looking very much like an eighteen year old girl with pink hair. I should be hard to miss."

He had made the arrangements beforehand. A cliché story but he made it work. His mind had been too tired back then to think of something else. Still...it would be fun to mess with her head a bit.
Within 10 minutes a small company of men in black suits approached the pink haired Agatha Morris. Their guns were clearly visible as if they were flaunting authority. The first man spoke up. A bald man in his mid-thirties with a surprisingly low voice.
"Miss Denise Acula? Your Uncle sent us to collect you. Follow us." The man said as he stepped side to escort her towards the black limousine.

The first man spoke up. A bald man in his mid-thirties with a surprisingly low voice. "Miss Denise Acula? Your Uncle sent us to collect you. Follow us." The man said as he stepped side to escort her towards the black limousine.
"Oh my. It must be very important for him to send such big men to come and get me. Please, lead the way." She allowed herself to be escorted into the limo.
