Courtyard (North)

[Kumizu]

Kumizu had been walking through the courtyards, looking a bit tired. Classes on Saturdays. What was I thinking? He noticed two other girls sitting by the fountain. He hadn't really seen too many people around here, so he figured why not stop to talk? He couldn't exactly sneak up and surprise them, considering the cane.

He walked up to them, the tapping slowing as he got near them. He sat down next to the girls and introduced himself. "Hello. My name is Kumizu."

Hearing one girl ask about water control made him smile. "Well, I do. What do you need help with?"

Keilantra was still facing the girl when she heard someone introduce themself.She turned to face the boy."Oh...Im Keilantra and this is...accually I dont know her name."She felt kinda weird that she hadn't asked her yet but hoped she would introduce herself.Still waiting for her answer she heard you say something about it."I er, have been trying to freeze things but Im not having any luck...."She brushed heer hair behind her ears and half hoped you could help her.

"I'm Eden," said Eden, holding out her hand and smiling. "It's nice to meet you! About the water control.. Sorry... I can't help you with that..." she said, giving a sheepish smile. "But... Didn't you say you had some expierience? Umm... Kumizu, right?" she asked, turning and looking at the boy. He seemed nice... maybe he could help Keilantra...

Kumizu shook Eden's hand and smiled at the two of them. "The pleasure is all mine. Now then, freezing water." He dipped his hand into the fountain and when he lifted it up, and sphere of the water floated above his hand. "First off, can you manipulate water like this?"

Keilantra's eyes widened.She never even tried that before.she knew telekinesis so maybe she could do that."Uh...I dont know..I've never..."While she said this she stuck her hand in the fountain trying to concentrate on it.Hopefully the telekinesis power would help.As she brought her hand up a sphere of water was there.Yes it was small but still it was something.She chuckled abit and urned her hand alittle looking at the sphere."Hah...cool.."

Kumizu smiled again. "So, you have good control over Water itself." He didn't think about whether or not it was telekinesis. "Okay, now try some tricks with it." He twisted his wrist around and the sphere circled around his body. He shook his head. "Sorry, today's been rather boring for me. Forget about that.

"Okay, let's go into a bit of science. Water molecules are one part oxygen, two parts hydrogen. Water, as a liquid, can be manipulated very easily, its molecules are loosely connected. As ice, the molecules are very tightly connected, and as water vapour, they don't connect at all, they just spread to fill up as much space as possible.

"Anyway, the point is, you have to try looking at the water at a molecular level. Don't worry about temperature right away; instead, try and push the molecules together as much as you can."

She rested peacefully against the tree she had claimed for herself.Her eyes wandered over the sites before her.'So many people' she thought, ' none of them would ever like me.....'Eri looked down at her backpack which rested near her side.All that she had packed were a few outfits, she never was one to be extravagent.Her gaze left her belongs and made its way to a rock in front of her. As Eri stared at it she began to look dazed yet focused. Slowly the rock began to move.

Curious, Eden used her own telekenesis to lift a small sphere from the water. It would be interesting to have another talent! Besides, it's not like she had any classes on this... she listened to Kumizu explain about pushing the molocules together and focused on that. After about a minute, she had a very small, dense sphere of semi-solid water.

Still lost in her consentration,Eri had forgotten about everyone else around her. Slowly the rock had begun to lift off the ground, only an inch at first but soon it was floating higher and higher.

Keilantra tilted her head abit and and had a confused look on her face.'Great science...my worst subject.'All of her powers she had been able to just do since she was little.Except telekinesis that was her thing..she taught herself.She noticed that Eden had done it too.She kinda half pointed half showed Eden her sphere too.She kinda spaced out of Kumizu's lesson and started to play with the sphere.

She started tossing it up in the air and rolling it on her finger.She smiled as she did this.It was so entertaining.'So much more fun than fire...'As she thought this, she threw the sphere up in the air and when she went to catch it a mist of steam appeared.She coughed abit and cleared the steam with her hands.She awkwardly smilled like she had distrupted a class during a lesson."Eheh...i must of accidently used fire while I was er, catching the sphere...."

Eden grinned and showed Keilantra her own sphere. She had gotten it a little more solid, but lost focus when Keilantra melted her sphere. The small bit of ice dropped into Eden's hands and she juggled it frantically. "Cold, cold, cold!" she yelled, tossing it into the fountain. "Um..." she said sheepishly, blushing a little and grinning at Kumizu and Keilantra. "Oops?"

Suddenly Eri's sensitive ears caught the sounds of some kind of comotion.She lost focus and sent the rock flying to an unknown destination. She shook her head and looked around " Huh? What just happened? Oh no! I did it again! Oh, I just hope I didn't hurt anyone."she said franticly as she grabbed her bag and rushed in the direction the rock had flown.

Keilantra had been distracted and she suddenly saw the rock.Her eyes widen and she moved her hand moving the rock out of the way.Shee did this as a reflex and in the process had become unbalanced.She gave a slight scream and tryed to stop herself but flopped into thee fountain.she sat in the fountain soaking wet she spit out some water and sighed.She stood up in the fountain and shook some water from her soaking clothes."Ugh....."

"Oh my god, are you okay?" asked Eden, looking at a soaking wet Keilantra. She bit her lip, smiling a little. "Sorry... it's just... heheheh... sorry..." she said, giggling a little in spite of herself. She reached out a hand to help her out of the fountain and looked over a girl running their way. "Hi... um... was that your rock?"

"Yea...Im fine..."Keilantra grabbed yourr hand and crawled out of the fountain.She coughed abit still trying to get the water out of her mouth.Standing up she closed her eyes and a fire surrounded her.The only bad part was one, she could never reach her hair so it ws still soaking wet and two her clothes always got recked when she did that.Her clothes were now burnt slightly and dirty but atleast she was dry.
