Deora smiled a bit as Kerana's ears twitched. They looked so much like a cat's, or maybe a fox's, she wanted to scratch behind them to see what kind of reaction she would get. Then again, scratching your new roommate's ears might not be the most socially acceptable thing to do.

The mention of a gym pulled her away from that idea fairly easily, though. She really wanted to play soccer again, but the idea of a lounge sounded just as good. "A drink sounds good. maybe it'll give me a chance to let all this," She waved her hand to show that she was talking about Valhalla, "Sink in. I mean, just this morning I woke up in a boarded up apartment building."

Gidget smiles confidently, "None of my inventions have ever failed. If my mind comes up with it, then it will work."

North takes a drink of his martini as he catches sight of Trinity on the other end of the bar. He allows himself to grin a bit as she orders her drink and has her attention on the tender.

He knows what needs to be done in order to free the creator. The problem is that he needs powers that he doesn't have right now. Consuming will only serve to give him two powers at a time. He will have to try and talk someone, or a couple someones, into helping him.

"Then Lounge it is!" at that she hoped back up and heads to the door. "Follow me." she leads Deora down the hall and to the elevator that would take them down to Valhalla. the door open and revealed a vast interior if one looks up there would be different levels of people going from one room to another, it was like looking up at a hotel. Kerana took a left turn which led to another hall which opened up revealing a lounge and and an arcade. They head into the lounge and Kerana's tail began to wag like an excited pup. She runs quickly and calls out "TRINITY!" and glomps her.

Deora followed Kerana through the halls, slowing for a moment when they came out of the elevator. She couldn't help but stare for a moment before hurrying to follow the fox-girl into the lounge. She chuckled as Kerana pounced Trinity, and walked over to them. "Hello again, Trinity."

Trinity hears Kerana, she puts her glass down and braces for the girl. She felt the impact of the fox girl. "Hello Kerana long time no see. Hello again Deora. How are you doing getting adjusted to Valhalla? Is Kerana your roomate?"

Angel bit onto her bottom lip as she took her time before closing her eyes and letting out the breath she had been holding in. She landed gently on her feet and laid her wings against her back. She smiled to herself before she nodded and began to walk through the subdistrict once more.

Theonis saw the white feathered angel swoop down into the streets. Upon closer inspection she looked rather beautiful. Anyway she looked like she knew her way around here. Might as well ask her if there are good places to hid in this place.

With that he decided to approach her.
"You come here often Angel?" He asked her. That's the best he could say right now since he knew nothing of her or this place.

"Well, you could say that." Angel laughed softly. "Are you looking for something, or someone." She turned towards the man and smiled at him. It was dd that he seemed... maybe... She shrugged somewhat to herself and continued to smile at him.

Deora took a seat next to Trinity and said; "It's felt a little hectic, and it's a lt to take in, but I think I'm handling it okay. And yes, I'm going to be staying with Kerana. I'm guessing you two know each other?"

Damn she has a nice smile
"Well, actually I have been wondering if there is like...a place for people like us where we could live without fearing The Daedalus Project. I've managed to escape a few times but I am not sure how long I can keep that up." Theonis confessed."You seem knowledgeable about this area so I thought I'd ask you"

"Well, anywhere in the subdistrict tends to be safer then being in the city. She laughed softly at him. "but if you'd like, I can help you find a nice place to settle down and help you get a few things together. After all, that's what I'm here for. To help people."

"Trust me, kid; you don't want this fight." The man said as he hefted his downed Harley back onto it's wheels. He checked the Nightster for scratches, but fortunately the grass had been gentle on the old paint. The bike had more than it's fair share of scratches and dings from previous crashes and scuffles, but there were no new ones to be seen this time.

"Oh, no, old man. You're wrong; I want this fight bad." The younger man said as he stepped away from his Blazer. "I am so sick and tired of you cocky bikers screwing up our town. You ignore the law, you bring drugs to our children, and you ruin our businesses! Well, I've had enough! The police may not do anything about it, but I'm going to!"

The older man looked at his aggressor, sizing him up and trying to figure out his deal. He'd been simply riding through town, not even planning on stopping, when this guy in the SUV came out of nowhere and ran him off the road. And now the SUV driver was calling him the bad guy? The older man shook his head and sat down on his bike, kicking it to life. It sputtered a bit to clear it's flooded cylinders before calming down. The rider was about to leave before a fight really started, but the SUV driver wasn't about to let that happen.

As the rider opened the throttle, he felt hands hit his shoulder. He was pushed off balance, the bike fell from under him and they both hit the pavement at the same time. The distinct sound of metal scraping on pavement sent the rider's sanity out the window. He rolled out of the way as the SUV driver tried to kick him, and got back to his feet quickly.

"Oh, finally going to fight back? Good, I'd hate for this to be one-sided." the younger man said with a grin. He threw a punch at the older man, but was surprised when his fist was caught.

"The name's Ako, not old man. And you really. Do not. Want to fight me." The older man said. He gripped the younger man's fist a little tighter and gave him a shock. It was only about as powerful as a static shock, but it was enough to hint at his true power.

The younger man's face filled with horror as his arm continued to tingle until Ako released his hand. "What- What the hell are you?" He stuttered, as he stumbled back, clutching his tingling arm with his other.

Ako again went to his bike and picked it up on it's wheels. There were definitely some new scratches now. Again he started the engine, and it sputtered a little longer before smoothing out.

"H-hey! I'm talking to you!" The younger man said. He was still holding his arm, flexing his fingers to try and rid them of the unpleasant feeling. "Are you even human?"

"Not entirely." Ako said before opened the throttle and roaring off.

"I'm glad you're getting adjusted. As for Kerana, I had rescued her from the The Daedalus Project. However in the process her parents were taken. I've been trying to track them down but I haven't had any luck." she swirled her wine a little and took a sip.

"You really are like an angel huh?" He said as he smiled back."But yeah that'd be really helpful. Already ran away from home and college since I didn't want to involve them. Also because I destroyed the dorm I lived in by accident" Theonis confessed with a bit of a laugh.

"If it's easier to reach by sky you can fly and I
ll be right behind you. I learned how to keep myself in the air with my power"

Deora's smile faltered a bit at Trinity's answer. Why did every question she ask end up bumming her out? She had more to ask, but she would need a drink first. Nothing alcoholic, just something to keep her occupied. When the bartender came around again she got his attention and ordered a Coke.

"So, Kerana, other than your new ears and tail, what are your powers? If that's okay to ask." She said, trying to cheer up the situation.

"Really? What kind of powers do you have?" In this, she seemed thoroughly interested. Her eyes were bright. She hadn't met to many other people who could fly, and those who did, none of them had had wings. Which had made her feel that she was special. Which of course she was, but that was a different story.
