Courtyard (North)

[Dreamer-Sara]

"And where so you intend to look? You wouldn't know, would you? Please allow me to continue to show your our childhood." She closed her eyes, and an even fainter image spun around the surface of the crystal.

This time it was a kitchen, there were highchairs. And two small infants sat in them being fed by a woman while a third was held by a man. He was feeding the child spoonfuls of a white power from an unseen container. There was silence and then an audible set of infant screams that could only be heard and their heads. It changed again, The girl older, maybe of seven years or so sat in her room when something was slid under her door, a long black snake that was familiar to them both. Kii-kun. the girl's eyes widened in fright.

Courtney broke the silence, "You know how this turned out already..."

Finally after a long moment another image crossed the crystal, the girl was running, in the darkness there was a glint of a knife. It was lodged in her back.

Courtney's grip on the crystal tightened and a large crack appeared on it's once smooth surface. "I never...understood...why he hated her so much more than us. He was never kind to us but, he seemed to- hate her with a passion. We spent a lot of our youth looking out for one another especially Ayise."  

[Kumizu]

Kumizu just whipped around angrily. He was angry that Ayise had just left, that she rejected him; that Courtney was sitting here showing him images of random times of her past; angry at her father for treating her like that. And the fact that Courtney was right, he had no idea where to look for her sister, didn't help.

"That's great, but use your ball for something useful. Find Ayise."  

[Midnight3476]

Dewei was not impressed, those were family heirlooms it cost him a fortune to get them fixed; dammit...

"You better be paying the bill for that..."

Dewei now weaponless would have to fight in either hand to hand combat or use his Physic abilities...Humm he preferred the idea of the latter, but he would Wait. Raven girl might manipulate metal but the hard strong wire that healed the chain together was left behind leaving him with a material whip at least...and so following suit and ducking to the side he took a clean shoot for her face aiming to cut open her cheek and cause that mouth of hers to stay shut for a while...

Kamaria, sighed the sword thing had been fruitless but know she knew his abilities, a minor advantage; she noted to herself to learn another skill since without Tonfa's her Tonfa wielding was useless..

"Your cute but not that cute..."

Dodging the blasts just as she manged the scram to the side barely avoiding losing the bottom hem of her dress and leg...she began to get annoyed weaponless she realised she had to find her own weapons. Dustbins and other small-ish objects began to float around in the air, all smashing towards the winged kid at a hurtling speed. She did not like being attacked weaponless; even though it was Kamaria who started the fight...

Her logic then suddenly set into place; of course the boy had landed rather abruptly something was wrong with his flight; she began to plan her next move...  

[Dreamer-Sara]

Courtney looked at him amused, "I thought you didn't care." She stuck her tongue out, "Now why would I want to help you? What do I get out of it?" She asked concentrating on the crystal.

"Perhaps I shall have your soul..." She said one luminous green eye peering through her overgrown bangs, she laughed at his expression, "Just kidding, sort-of..." The crystal reflected back a blurry image, it was almost completely unrecognizable. "How odd." She shook the crystal as one would shake a broken appliance. "Either she's hiding or this thing's broken...again."  

[Kumizu]

"I said I didn't care about you. But, if it means that much... then fine. Help me out, and I'll... owe you a favor." He cringed at the thought of what that might entail, with this family. Still, he couldn't help but think that it was better than his.

You can take my soul once I get one... he thought sourly. He sighed impatiently. "If it's broken, then fix it!"  

[Dreamer-Sara]

"Fine, I'll just have to look for her individually." The picture flashed through what seemed to be dozens of picture within seconds, slthough Courtney seemed to see them all. "Somewhere...Got it." She said smiling, "I am so smart." She tilted her head, "That's an odd place for her to be..." She said holding it away from him so he couldn't see.
She was obviously stringing him along.  

[Kumizu]

There was a moment of silence before Kumizu asked, "Well? You're so smart that you found her, so where is she?" He was sick of Courtney's games. He wanted to sit down and talk with Ayise, he didn't want to go hunting for her like she was an Easter egg. He also wanted that moment to be them alone, but he already knew Courtney wouldn't leave once she was there.  

[Dreamer-Sara]

"I'll let you off easy today, with no spying (almost) guaranteed. She's off near Crystal Moon Lake." She walked up to Kumizu and slapped him hard on the back, "Good Luck, Skipper." She said putting her crystal into her backpack and waving to him. "Go, Go, Kumizu." She said flatly, "I totally have no faith in you. Just don't make it worse."  

[Kumizu]

"I'll try," Kumizu responded sarcastically. Well, on the bright side, he knew where Ayise was. On the bad side... he didn't know of one yet. He knew it would show itself eventually, though. Maybe Courtney would 'drop' in on them. Maybe Ayise would see him and throw herself into the water. Maybe it's a trick and some fat, balding child-molester was there instead. Only one way to find out. Kumizu set off to the lake.  

[[Roxxan-Tasukimaru]]

Lori opened up christy's bag and pulled out a lolli pop from the bottom. "Can I have it, sis?" she asked, looking up at her sister with big sparkling eyes. "Please sis, can I please have it?" she asked again, making her eyes alittle bigger.


Christy could help but laugh. "You know You dont have to put on a show, and you know that you dont need to ask! But I do think you've had alittle to much sugger, but sure, you cn have it." Christy answered her little sister, still giggling a bit from the show she put on.

 

[Nymph of the Night]

Rhianwyn rolled her eyes in good-humour, smiling.
"God only knows how well I know that," she commented as Airah turned her staff back into a pendant.
Rhia turned and found herself between her two friends; one as old as the other was new. Then, again, she felt magic radiating from beside her. She looked at Txaik and was shocked to see a blue-ish cat where Txaik had just been.
Oh my...
Unconsciously, Rhia lost control of her powers and shock came off her in waves, affecting people closest to her. Some heads turned her way and others clutched their heads at this 'invasion', which made her aware of her loss of control. But Rhia could not draw her feelings back into her. She shut her eyes for a second and immersed herself in the blackness around her. She re-opened her eyes, much calmer and more in control. She gave an apologetic look to those who had pinpointed the source of their external feelings, but most had already turned away, not caring.
It was then that Rhia realised how different this school was to any other that she'd ever been to. She had seen more magic and 'supernatural' powers in her few hours of being here than she had seen in most of her 15 years. She was amazed at about how easily the people shrugged off her powers.

Airah was surprised when Txaik turned into the cat form, and was going to squeal in adoration but thought it was inappropriate. After all, Txaik had gotten up on her shoulder now, and she didn't want to make any sudden movements to upset her balance.
"Oh, I don't mind at all. Welcome to my shoulder."

Rhia's waves did not go unnoticed by her. Her soul power was visible in the form of fire, ice, and other elements, but Rhia's was invisible, a force that she didn't know how to confront. She felt intimidated, apprehensive of what further powers Rhia might have. In order to protect herself against others like Rhia she would need to strengthen her own mind.
Airah sighed, anticipating further intrusions, and realising that Rhia would have to practise her control too.
"So, let's head off then. Rhia?"

Erika rolled her eyes. What, did he think she was new to this? She had been fighting for the majority of her life. Ever since she was born and left to be raised by Kel. So, fighting was 2nd nature to her. Raisng her hand, she switched powers again, but this time she merely deflected the whip away from her face, but it rickashayed ((sp)) and snapped back to lash her in the shoulder.

Hissing low she narrowed her eyes then looked abruptly into the sky. This was it, no Miss nice lass any more. Shifting her shoulders. Large black ravens wings started to grow from her shoulder blades. LImbs tearing and repairing themselves and tiny bones started to snap and crack as they were put into new places. It was painful , growing wings was never fun. Especialy when she wasn't going into a full raven. Rolling her shoulders she grinned.

"Hmph. As if i'd pay for your weapon. Please!"

Taking off the ground with a hard shove she flew high into the air. A lot higher than her own telekenisis would normaly allow and drifted in the sky as she focused on the metal in the earths core.
The earth is a natural source of metal...he wont know what hit him!

She focused hard on the metak beneath her. Lingering in the ground. She could feel it gathering, becoming liquid beneath his feet..and everywhere else for that matter.

He grinned as he swung his sword around him, slicing through the dustbins and whatever else came crashing towards him. This girl had no weapons of her own. She could only rely upon her powers. But he wasn't going to underestimate her.

Casting a quick glance over to Dewei he noted that the other girl had wings as well. Only she could pick and choose when she had hers...lucky!
Sighing he knew there was no way he could use his own. They were begging to seize and the pain was increasing. Next stop after this; hospital wing!  

[[Roxxan-Tasukimaru]]

"Sis! I wanna go look for some friends! Can we go to the south coutyard? It looks more fun!" Lori complained licking her lolli pop a few tims. "Please?!" she asked, stuffing the loli pop in her mouth to suck on.



"Sure, but both the couryards look alike so dont expect anything new..." Christy said grabbing loris hand again and pulling her toward the other side of th coutyard.



"Thanks sis!" lori said with a smile, skipping over to the other side with her sister

Humph, Kamaria scowled this boy was getting annoying. She began to manipulate the air below his feet silently and unnoticeable whilst distracting him with more flying objects...

"Tell me are those wings for display only?..."

She smirked knowing he would catch her drift; as she smirked the flying items dropped and she began to use the air below her to make her self effectively 'fly' slowly at first; hover was a better choice of words though. in the same manor she began to make the winged boy fly but at a much faster speed so he hurtled higher into the air lowering his ability to 'bail ship'...

Dewei smirked at the sight of blood but he was not happy about his chains being damaged he would have to repair them himself; but it was something he was used to...

"Gees you remind me of my sister; stubborn and irritating..."

He watched her fly and a sudden thought occurred; but he hadn't even bothered to think about the metal in the earth. It seemed Dewie was having a dense day. He closed his eyes and began to send his mind out trying to connect with the raven girls, but it seemed she was too far away; eh would have to wait until he was closer. However in the meanwhile he intended to try and do a bit of damage. Opening his eyes he ran to the nearest tree and began climbing into its branches aiming to leap at the now flying girl...
