[Stephen Pact]

Graymalk knew Rachel was incredibly brave when it came to pain, but he could feel her wince as she forced her arms to caress him. The pain this was causing her had to be unbearable, but that willingness and trust was her contribution to the pact. As for his, that would be coming momentarily.

Graymalk felt the power leave his body. It was a curiously intense sensation, his vital essence carefully matching hers and then releasing his carefully husbanded power into her body. He barely noticed the flash from the circle, caught up as he was in this draining of his power.

When it was finally over, Graymalk felt tired and drained. He could see why some mages found this sensation so intoxicating and even addictive, just as he had felt when it was he himself receiving Jill's magic, with all the energy and euphoria that had come with the experience. The two sensations were so diametrically opposed, and yet... but that was for another time.

Graymalk looked up at Rachel's arms, as whole and captivating as they had ever been. The truth was he hadn't been sure his own magic would be enough to cure her wounds; severe hand burns were among the most dangerous, second only to facial burns. The twin cards also seemed to have been completed, though Graymalk's vision was too blurred to discern the picture; it looked like Rachel had half a dozen arms holding various items, almost like a latter-day Kah-li, but what could that mean? Surely Rachel was no goddess of destruction! His brain must be addled. In any case, the spell was complete. Graymalk looked, exhausted, up at Rachel and did his best to smile.

Rachel blinked a few times, shaking her head as she recovered from the sensation of so much power flowing into her all at once. That was a feeling she'd never really experienced before, and she wasn't quite sure how to respond to it at the moment. Looking down at Graymalk and noticing the cards, her face went pale for just a moment as she noticed the stylized depiction of herself on the card.

Great... she thought to herself. One more thing I'll have to explain later. Shaking the thought from her head for the moment, she picked up both of the cards, carefully pocketing them. As she removed her hand from her pocket, she finally seemed to notice that the healing effect had worked. She smiled as she turned her hands over - it was barely possible to tell that she'd burned them at all.

"Looks like whatever you did worked," she said, leaning down and smiling at Graymalk. "C'mon, let's go get you some milk. You can tell me all about this stuff later."

Graymalk felt his euphoria reluctantly recede. When you got down to it the pact-making spell was a lot of buildup for a very brief effect initially, but he knew that he and Rachel would share a special bond from that moment forward.

He came out of his reverie rather suddenly at her offer of milk, his stomach gurgling audibly at the thought.

"Better make it cream, I think, if you've got it. That took a lot more out of me than I expected, what with the healing and all." There was a slight hint of laughter in Graymalk's voice; he wasn't above milking - or rather, creaming - the situation for whatever treats he could get.

Graymalk felt a bit dizzy upon first getting up, but was pleased to note that his legs would still support him. "Lead on, oh warrior mine! My body crave's food, and we have a lot to talk about for the future!" Then, as an afterthought, "And don't think I'm letting you off that easy on explaining those burns, either! If that Nobara girl's responsible... well, I'm sure we'll think of something." he finished, rather grimly and half to himself.

Graymalk prepared to set out.

Naomi and Cheyenned rolled their eyes to each other and nodded. In love perhaps no? they thought as they smiled and looked back.

Naomi spoke. "Our sisters are 17 as well" she nodded and flipped her long hair wandering when a hot boy would show up. She was getting bored witht his girl who didn't speak.

"Yeah thats cool i guess...so what have you two been up to?" cheyenne asked a bit curious as she heerself was getting bored but at least she made new friends.

 

[Armohny]

"Nothing, really. At least I haven't been up to anything recently. We've been doing a lot of catching up since it's been a while since we've seen each other," Minami explained. She noticed the girls were looking bored with conversation. She couldn't blame them; she was pretty bored herself. "I think we're done playing catch up by now though." She turned to Livvy. "Why don't we do something fun?" she asked her. Livvy just shrugged in response. Minami looked back at the two girls in front of her. "Well, what have you two been up to? Anything interesting?"

Faye walked into the Court yard and sat down under tree.She then pulled out her bag and her spell book.She held it in her hand and then held her hand out above the Grass."Sinoth.Emaga.Sonoth."She chanted as the shadows came craling down her hand when they got the the Grass they turned into fire.She quickly touched it and it disapered.

Eri awoke to the gretting of the bright sun.She shielded her eyes and rolled over.however she had forgotten she was in a tree and she quickly fell to the ground."Owwwww......OK I'm up!" she said irritably. Eri sat up and tried to stretch out her arms. Again she had forgotten something but was quickly reminded by the intense pain in her shoulder. "Ahhhh!" she cried out as a surge of agonizing pain coursed through her body.She fell back and winced. "Right....Damaged arm." she said to herself.Eri looked up through the tree's branches.Between the leaves she saw little flickers of sunlight.She felt their warmth on her face.She sat back up and looked around.The courtyard seemed pretty dead today.A few students here and there.Chatting and going on with their little lives.She stood up and stretched out her legs.Her tail stretched itself out aswell. she shook her head and smiled."Another day. Another adventure." And with that she started to walk.

Faye sighted and played some more with her magic.She hatted it that no one would even try to talk to her.She sighted again...Damn this is Boring..she sighted once more...it seems all I can do is sight.  

[Alpha_Myr]

North finds, a nice tree to sleep inder in the North Courtyard. he tows his back pack down, for use as a pilow. and tries to get to sleep, but can not. still haunted by the images in this head he pulls out his necklace and hold it close to his heart. this helps a little. He starts to cry, and feels like he can't stop.

He getts up and goes for a walk. he wlks tword the fountain hearn the middel. Some other students, walk by and then dis apper into the night. The sound of the fountain sooths Stall. he finds confourt in hearing the sound of the water fall from the upper basins. He stops crying. thenheads. over to his back pack and lies down

"Mabey tomarow will be better". He closes his eys and then falls asleep soon afterwards.

Melanie's soft eyes scanned her surroundings. It looked nice. She dropped on the ground, her skirt spreading around her. The girl's messenger bag made a 'plunk'ing noise as it landed on her lap. She continued to listen to her iPod and stared at the sky.

Asuka's footsteps were loud and obnoxious as she stomped into the courtyard. Anywhere was better than there. The image of Kisa being strangled by her sister was sickening so she left right after Mei. The cat girl collapsed on the ground, gasping for air. "Damn... and I couldn't do anything." She muttered.  

[The Razz]

Andi could be found running along the stone rim of the fountain, humming and singing a little melody. For a six year old, she had a pretty nice voice. She had her arms outstretched as she hopped on one foot to the other gracefully, not even wobbling. Her tail swished behind her as she did so, her fox ears twitching. She stopped when she reached Rayna, who was staring into the water, looking as if she were either in shock or deep thought. Andi smiled, bending down to hug her. "Isn't it great, Mommy?" she asked. Rayna blinked, not moving. "I guess..." she said, sounding as if she were in a daze.

Asuka's ear twitched as she jumped up. Rayna and Andi! She thought frantically, rushing over to the two. She plunked down. "Rayna! Andi!" She exclaimed. A bright smile appeared on her face. Her long hair was down from being in the hotsprings, so a lot of her very pale brown hair sweeped her beeming face.  

[The Razz]

Rayna looked up to Asuka with somewhat blank eyes, blinking. "Hello, Asuka." she said calmly. Andi, on the other hand, looked thrilled. "Asu!" she said, liking the nickname she had given her. She jumped down from the rim and walked around, giving Asuka a hug. "Good news, good news!" she said. "I know who my Daddy is!" she said. "See, Future Mommy never told me who my Daddy was, and now I'm here, and we had a DNA test with someone, and I FOUND MY DADDY!" she yelled, raising her hands in the air. Rayna, bit her lip, smiling a little. Future Mommy? It didn't make sense. Who was Andi talking about?

Melanie glanced over at the three people close to her, with the especially noisy girl. She ignored it.

Asuka twitched. "Oh... REALLY?!" She looked about ready to shake the hell out of Rayna again. But she put her hands down and grinned at Andi. "Oh really? WHO, WHO, WHOO?" She said, opening one eye.  

[The Razz]

"I know what you're thinking." Rayna said quietly before Andi could say anything. She didn't look up to her- she just kept her gaze on the water. "But Andi's not actually my child...yet. I've never had sex, or been close. See...Andi's my daughter. From the future." she explained. "I'll go into details later. Or Andi, if she prefers." she added. Andi just nodded, beaming. "And now we know who my Daddy is!" she repeated. "It's Charlie!" she cried, dancing around in circles. Rayna turned a very bright pink just then nodding.
