Mmn, I'm not sure how I feel about moving, since I haven't moved for a few years now.. (around 7) but when I was smaller I moved around a lot and I must say I quite liked it, although I found it difficult to stay in touch with old acquaintances [this was before the days of the internet of course].

I've moved around a lot of times since I arrived in Australia. I don't think there's been a place I've stayed in longer than 5 years. My family pretty moves home whenever there's a change in our business, as we tend to live in the premises we work in. I think in another 3 years I'll buy a house of my own, rent out several rooms and then live in it as my own landlord. xd

I'd personally hate the idea of that. Think of it, you could have messy tenents and even if you do kick them out, you still have to clean their mess!

Anyhow, I have a assessment test to take on Monday so I can be placed in [hopefully] the math class I want. Wish me luck!
And gosh, I'm finding odd things in my mailbox again. First a condom, next lubricant. What will I find next!

base on my strict upbringing from parents and the asian environment i was surrounded... i think 17 is still too young...

and i dun mind cos some how i feel that i agree with my parents upbringing.

Hmm.. I think my parents would like me to be like that but they sort of never really talked about any of that stuff and so I sort of.. took my own initiative and did some independent thinking about it.. but they're fairly liberal - for Chinese parents that is - anyway, so yeah. 's all good.

If I find another thing like that in my mailbox, I'm DEFINATELY giving it all to my neighbor! Leave a huge pile of naughty stuff there for his parents to see before he does. >:DD

It's not like I don't listen to my parents, but sometimes you just gotta take your own stand. I'd like to think that I'm not much of a drinker. P: There is a pack of cigs somewhere in the house used only to "enhance" photos that a friend of my mom's likes to take. I never actually see what's so great about smoking though. Lmao, my teacher told me that the part of smoking that feels good is the breathing. The rest of the junk in there just adds bad effects to what would've been perfectly fine. x:

@Mihiko - I'm quite missing someone right now as well, my best friend just left for HK and is never coming back. So we're all in the same boat, really. (:

@Crow - Yeah, I agree with that attitude ^__^;; I've never tried smoking, and I never will. Px it sounds disgusting, and I can't stand the smell. Alcohol is okay, in moderate quantities.. (:

As you know, I have weird experiences with everything. XD;;

When I was wayyy young, back when I was around in preschool or something, there was a guest that came to visit. While he was outside, he just left his cig on the bench (tsk tsk.. fire risk) and I was just curious what it was. I remember seeing some people smoke, so I wanted to try doing that thing where you blow the smoke out of your mouth. I tried once, failed, and hosed the cig down. After that I just went to my room to play while that guest was incredibly angry his cig was put out, since it was the last one he had with him. >_>;;

The smell is gross, I absolutely HATE being around someone with that scent or being in a room like that. D: The only alcohol that I'm fine with is one of those chocolate liqeur candies and drinks that don't even look like they have alcohol in 'em until someone tells you. rofl

I detest smoking too and I would never try to smoke a cigarette. I used to chronic asthma until I was ten and everytime I was near a smoker I would end up getting short breath and cough non-stop. I no longer suffer from asthma but my fear of smoking sitll remains.
But alcohol is alright. In moderate quantities its actually good for you. Plus its almost a prerequisite for any large scale dinner party. I especially like red and white wine. They don't taste as bitter as ordinary beer does.

You should, especially if you're at a dinner party. Even if its a sip it's worth it. The taste is so much richer than beer. I could get drunk on wine easily-in fact I have once. I drank a glass of wine and a glass of champagne and ended up collasping on the floor. xd But I agree with you about beer. It tastes like soda.

Soda, you serious? Maybe my taste buds are just sensitive, but I feel like I can just TASTE that alcohol in there. Even if beer DOES have less alcohol than wine, I still get that feeling. And despite what people say about alcohol being tasteless or something, I still believe that's what that yucky taste/smell is in the drink. Someone once offered me a wine cooler that apparently tastes like punch, but when I tasted it I got that alcoholy sensation again. XD;;

Wine seems way classer and elegant too. I loveee those chocolates with wine inside them. >w<
