Ok, Never seen any of the Underworld movies, so can't talk about that one but here is a lot of movie news.
First, the first footage of Heath Ledgerin The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus (The movie he was filming when he died) is now online, but hard to find. Screen Rant has it here in a video from the Cannes Film Festival, but it's only 16 seconds long and found at the 21:27 mark of the 28:52 length film. Enjoy the somber moment.
Something Manda and Ookami will enjoy greatly, Taylor Kitsch is excited to give us more Gambit in the Wolverine 2 (even tough no ones contacted him to play in the second one yet. It's not even written yet). Read the interview here.
More Marvel Movie News, they may have cast Thor now. screenrant.com Courtesy of a Nikki Finke exclusive, it seems Marvel has its Thor. Just days after Kenneth Branagh talked about Thor casting delays, the word is Chris Hemsworth will wield the mighty Mjolnir. That’s right, Captain Kirk’s dad in J.J. Abrams’ Star Trek reboot is now Marvel’s God of Thunder. They also say that Marvel should make the announcement sometime tonight or early tomorrow with this and other cast members names.
Click here to see three new posters for Humpty Dumpty and Sorority Row.
Disney has plans to make a movie called "Tomorrowland" that is based off the theme park in Disney Land. It's based off the 1960's vision of the future. The article can be found here.
Milla Jovovich has joined Robert De Niro and Ed Norton in Mimran Schur Pictures' thriller Stone, reports Screen Daily. Jovovich will play the wife of a convicted arsonist (Norton) who is deployed in a psychological game of cat-and-mouse with his parole officer, played by De Niro. The film starts shooting on Monday in Michigan.
Jason Statham will star in the $40 million action thriller The Killer Elite, says Variety.Based on real events, the story follows a group of former British special forces members who are being hunted by assassins. Statham will play a former Navy Seal who is forced out of retirement to save his closest friend. The movie will be directed by commercials helmer Gary McKendry. It's based on Ranulph Fiennes' best-seller "The Feathermen."
Nickelodeon has ordered "Kung Fu Panda: The Series," a new CG-animated comedy based on last year's box office hit, says The Hollywood Reporter. The network has ordered 26 episodes of the series, Nick's second co-production with DreamWorks Animation SKG. The two companies also partnered on "The Penguins of Madagascar," which premiered March 28 on Nick and ranked as the most-watched series premiere in the network's history (6.1 million viewers). Since then, "Penguins" has become the second most-popular program among kids 6-11 on television, behind only "SpongeBob SquarePants."
Well, that's it for now. Just to stay on the legal side of everything, the last three or four stories I just copied and pasted from Comingsoon.net. I'm too tired for anything more.

It's cool that your coming to the states, too bad it's nowhere near where we are. But good luck on the journey.
Lately, there hasn't been much movie news worth reporting, but here some I found that everyone might like.
The Bear and the Bow (originally called Brave) is Pixar's next movie. Writer and director, Brenda Chapman (Cars, Prince of Egypt) is ‘behind the lens’ of Pixar’s first fairy tale, which stars Reese Witherspoon. The Pixar Blog reports the story is of a Scottish princess Merida, who would rather be known as a great (and brave) archer. Against her mother’s wishes, she “make a reckless choice which unleashes unintended peril on her father’s kingdom and her mother’s life…” - source, screenrant.com.
Here's the first pics from The Book Of Eli, a (spiritual?) post-apocalyptic movie starring Denzel Washington and Gary Oldman and directors, Albert and Allen Hughes, better known as The Hughes Brothers (From Hell, Dead Presidents).
It's been announced that there's a (Non Jolie) reboot of Tomb Raider in the works. Well, the plot line has been reviled by producer Dan Lin (who produced Terminator Salvation).
Dan Lin “…It’s a great origin story that we’re going to tell… more character orientated, more realistic than the past Lara Croft movies… It is an origin story, so it is a younger Lara Croft… It’s not full-on action, like Terminator, it’s character-driven action… For me, the Lara Croft movies and games have gone a little too action orientated… I want it to have action but with character.” Here's a video of the interview here. It was rumored that Megan Fox would become the new Lara Croft, but it was publicly denied by her spokesperson earlier this year.
Here's one I'm following with great interest. See if this picture gives you a hint of which movie this will be.
![User Image](https://i303.photobucket.com/albums/nn143/mstringer_13/ghostbusters-32.jpg) Here's an small part of an interview with legendary actor/writer Dan Aykroyd about Ghostbuster 3. This is cut up from a couple of interviews.
Dan Aykroyd “I’d like it to be a passing-of-the-torch movie. Let’s revisit the old characters briefly and happily and have them there as family but let’s pass it on to a new generation.” There’ll be a whole new generation that has to be trained and a leader that you’ll all love when you meet her. There’ll be lots of cadets, boys and girls who’ll be learning how to use the neuron splitter and the inter-planet interceptor - new tools to enable them to slip from dimension to dimension. I wrote a script called Hell Bent, Ghostbusters go to hell basically. The premise is that it’s Manhellton. There’s Manhattan and ManHELLton. And if you can build an inter-dimensional phase system so that you can go from one dimension to another. We’ve succeeded doing that and we go to the hell side. In the second interveiw, he reviels that the new leader will be a woman (there too be two women in this crew), In another interview (last week) he reveiled who he wanted to play the girls in the crew; Alyssa Milano and Eliza Dushku. He also said that all the original crew are to return to "pass the torch" to the new generation.
Here's two new images from Transformers 2. I like the Optimus Prime, now brandishing a large sword.
Here are some more pics from The Last Airbender. This is the third picture from the live action film. The first two can be seen here.
Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakuel now has a teaser out, which can be seen at munkyourself.com. Opening Christmas Day, the Betty Thomas-directed film features Jason Lee, Justin Long, Matthew Gray Gubler, Jesse McCartney and Zachary Levi. The new movie is expected to introduce the Chipmunks' female counterparts, the Chipettes.
Twitter has partnered with Reveille and Brillstein Entertainment to develop an unscripted TV series described as "putting ordinary people on the trail of celebrities in a revolutionary competitive format." (Sounds like America's Funniest Home Videos too me.)
So there's your movie news. Hoped you liked the stories.

Ok, here's a movie news update. (a small one at least)
1st) Hollywood may be out of ideas and doing nothing but remakes, but according to screen rant, the UK's not. And this one looks good.
screenrant.com Black Death is set during medieval England at a time when the black plague was ravishing everyone. Ulric (Sean Bean) heads up a group of knights and journeys into the marshes lead by a young monk, Osmund, to discover why one village doesn’t seem to be affected by the wretched disease. What they find is a beautiful necromancer (one who brings back the dead) called Langvia; but when she reveals her true nature and offers Osmund his heart’s desire, he must choose between the love of his God and the woman he loves. Click here to see images and more info from/about Black Death.
2) Ok, Marvel movie update, on Spiderman 4. It now seems that Kirsten Dunst is officially in it. For a while there, it was said that this Spiderman would not have a Mary Jane as director Sam Raimi said he did not want to replace her in the film. Also, there's been a rumor going around that Raimi wanted Morbius (for those who don't know him, he's a vampire) to be this movies villain, but that rumor was shot down by producer Todd Black. He says that their just getting to who the villain may be and non has been chosen as of yet. Sucks, I wanted to see that fight. Other villains in the running are Venom, Kingpin, and the Lizard.
3) And finally, James Cameron will be co-executive producer the remake (I told you Hollywood is out of ideas) of Heavy Metal.
Comingsoon.net Our buddies over at Film School Rejects may have stumbled onto the scoop of the century (or at least for the next few days) when they sat down with "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" co-creator Kevin Eastman and the subject came around to the big screen remake of Heavy Metal, to which Eastman told them that James Cameron has come on board as a co-executive producer of the project with plans to direct a segment. He also mentioned that Kung Fu Panda co-director Mark Osborne would reunite with Jack Black to do a "comedy segment" for the animated anthology. This is the update Eastman gave the Rejects about the project based on the popular adult comic magazine that was previously turned into an animated movie in 1981: I’ve got breaking news that Fincher and James Cameron are going to be Co-Executive Producers on the film. Fincher will direct one. Cameron will direct one. Zack Snyder is going to direct one and Gore Verbinski is going to. Mark Osborne and Jack Black from Tenacious D are going to do a comedy segment for the film. Three other directors have agreed but we haven’t signed them, but they’re equally as jaw-dropping. So we’re on cloud nine to be working with such an amazing amount of talent.”So that would mean the movie would be made up of a segment directed by David Fincher, another by Zack Snyder, another by Gore Verbinski and then two more by Osborne and Cameron. (Rob Zombie was also in talks to direct a segment.) Now the project just needs a studio to step forward and agree to fund the making of this movie!

Not movie news, but here's something that I love hearing.
EW.com (entertainment weekly) Holy Bender Bending Rodríguez! Six years after getting axed by Fox, Futurama is being resurrected on Comedy Central. A spokesperson for 20th Century Fox Television confirms that the cable net has ordered 26 new episodes of Matt Groening and David X. Cohen's late, great animated series to air beginning in 2010. The studio cites Futurama's "blockbuster" performance on DVD and in reruns on Comedy Central as the reason for its rebirth. Hmmm... sound familiar? "When we brought back Family Guy several years ago, everyone said that it was a once in a lifetime thing -- that canceled series stay canceled and cannot be revived," 20th Century Fox TV Chairmen Gary Newman and Dana Walden said in a joint statement. "But Futurama was another series that fans simply demanded we bring back, and we couldn’t have been happier when Matt and David agreed that there were many more stories yet to tell." Adds Groening: "We’re thrilled Futurama is coming back. We now have only 25,766 episodes to make before we catch up with Bender and Fry in the year 3000." I have a hunch Groening isn't the only one doing a happy dance. (That's your cue to start filling up the comments section.)
