keep... falling... asleep... at work sweatdrop

Way too busy lately for some weird reason... working overtime is like eating really really sweet candy, it tastes great at first then it just becomes... bleh.

Seems like my jap's going nowhere gonk every time someone speaks to me I go like eek あの。。。ぜんぜんわからない　 stare makes me want to /wrist gonk

I was prepared for some good'ol Japanese prejudice against foreigners but damn was I not prepared for foreigner prejudice against foreigners. Seems like this American dude working in my company got some kind of anti-Chinese thing or something, and in contrast every native Japanese worker are extremely friendly... (insert racist remarks here)

Just keep at the Japanese... languages aren't easy. If you keep at it, you'll improve. If you don't, you won't. Don't give up! It's easy to give up, and it's tiring having to keep at something that makes you wanna / your wrists... (don't do that), but you have to stick at life otherwise where would we all be?

And try and ignore your racist co worker. rolleyes It's annoying... it's not nice... but who gives a s**t what he thinks? He'll probably try and make your life hell, but to hell with him. Do your best anyway. =P

@789 - Perhaps the best thing to do is just -- not care. I mean, there are people in my year who are like ultra-annoying, but I just.. take it with a pinch of salt, y'know? If she REALLY gets to you, just stop yourself from reacting, and move away, or something. 3nodding

yeah.. usually Taiwanese doesnt like mainland China..

from the beginning, because of the China policies and such, people flocked to Taiwan... and then they wanted Taiwan to be an independent country away from the mainland..
