More Meteor Showers Bring Even Stranger Powers. (O/A)

"Yay! Pool! C'mon follow me!". Kerana began to lead the way.



Now handing out keys and room numbers she was going through her list of ,metas. With a smart phone in her hand she was able to identify each meta and give them the right room number and key. Then Larry and his sister Heather were on her list. Amanda she approaches Larry who wasn't hard to find and ran into Liv and Kerana. "Hi Larry welcome to Vallhalla you and your sister will be staying at M115". She hands him his keys with room number attached.

Larry began to lumber off behind Kerana when he was stopped by a little fast lady. He took the comparatively diminutive key in his hand and put it in his pocket with his bear. He looked back down at the lady and said, "Thanks."

Deciding instead she pulled the sheet off the bed and wrapped herself in a toga, picked up Shane's clothes tossed them at him and said, "You need to get dressed we have company."

Shane hadn't even heard Trinity knock at the door. He didn't start to wake up until Annie had thrown his clothes at him. He got a read on the bio energy signatures outside in the hall. He recognized Trinity and Theonis right away, but was surprised to see Ako with them. It then occurred to him what could possibly happen if his entire band of misfits went back with them to Valhalla.

He waited for Annie to leave before trying to get their attention. "You three, come here. I need to tell you something urgent." he said in a hushed tone.

Annie knocked on the door to the room next door. Pausing she said, "It's Annie. We're going to be getting a transport to Valhalla."

Christian glanced up and hissed to Alexavier, "My deal is still available if you want to take it." He raised his voice, "Valhalla?!"

"Yeah, it's the good version of Daedalus," Annie replied, "Anyhow, get Alexavier or Cassandra to open the door. It's Shane's final destination, does it really matter how we get there?"

Christian frowned and glanced at Alexavier, "Can you get the door for Mommy? I'm not tall enough to easily reach the door. Of course, she could just come in through the crack in the door, but Mommy doesn't like to shift when she doesn't have to."

After her knock she hears Annie, tossing talking to Shane and tossing some clothes. As Annie mentioned that she seemed glad that Theonis was healed. It was just like she had told him earlier when looking over his injuries, the woman could have killed him with a thought. She was relieved at the time it was only burns they were looking at, then one thing lead to another. It seemed so long ago but it was only yesterday.

As Annie mentioned she was heading next door she stepped back and said, "Don't mind at all."

She then heard Shane's voice, she looks to Theonis and Ako. It seemed they were as ready as they could be. She lead them into the room. "What is it?" she asked in a similar hushed tone.

"Glad you were able to put yourself together as well." Theonis replied. He heard her talk about a three year old and figured she had gotten her son back."I'm glad you got your son back Annie." He meant it.

After that he followed Trinity in. Theonis was on guard but that was to be expected. After all it was only yesterday that Shane was trying kill him. So he kept an close eye on him.



When Liv spotted Amanda she almost tackled her. She almost knocked her over with her surprise hug.

"Hey girl, how have you been?" It was then that she spotted the necklace."My my, got yourself a present huh? So how was it? Your...date. Oh don't be so surprised. People saw you leave all pretty and dressed up. Come on spill the beans! Who's the lucky guy and more importantly...how hot was he?" Liv asked not skipping a beat.



"We've got visitors....." Alexavier softly said as Cassandra's eyes opened at the same time.. His face almost contorted by pure malice for a minute but as soon as it came it faded. Without saying anything he walked towards the door and opened it.

"Can I play with them?" He asked, that same malice dripped from his words. However it made no sense why he would ask for permission for that. In the background Cassandra slowly rose from her bed and just watched the two. Head slightly cocked. There wasn't any emotion at all in her eyes. Softly she stroked Gidgets hair fully aware that she could crush it with a slight nudge.

Annie smiled at Alexavier's question as he opened the door. She paused, considering the best answer and said, "If you want to, I'm not going to stop you. However, I wouldn't advise it. It would only make things more complicated for yourself."

Smiling she kissed Alexavier on the cheek, "Of course, considering everything, I might even enjoy seeing that. But like I said, it would only make things more complicated for yourself, so I would advise just to simmer down. Again, that is only my opinion: I'm not going to pretend to advise you on anything."

Christian narrowed his eyes on his mother and said in accusing tone, "You changed your hair color. I don't like it."

Annie turned, smiled, and picked up her son ruffling his hair, "It was for practical reasons. Red stands out too much. Besides my hair color isn't that important, right, Christian?"

Hush hush huh? I don't like it.

"Ahaha, money is always important! But um..Aman?" Liv had her doubts but she felt she had to say it. For the sake of her friend." It's great that things went well but...I think you should be..a bit more careful around people who for work in places they can't talk about. Especially labs. Whole Daedelus and all ya know? You might not be a Meta but still...I'm just..concerned."

Liv was simply speechless. This was the same Amanda who cried herself to sleep when she heard about North. Jealous? Her? Please, she would never get jealous of anyone. She could get anyone she wanted!

"Yeah she's...human but that speed isn't. And she never reacted like this before. She cried herself to sleep 2 days ago. And I am pretty sure I am not crazy for saying what I just did. Dating someone with a suspicious background like that?" Liv began to rant as she tried to understand. Then looked up at Larry.

"Sorry bout that Larry. She's a friend and I am worried so....why don't you and kitty over here go play and I will join you when I take care of some things. Okay?" She said with a reassuring smile. Then turned to Kerana."I'll be there soon."

Despite the fact that she was already suspicious of her, Liv had to. Because if her hunch was correct...Liv wouldn't be the only mole. It didn't take her long to find her. Traveling as a being of light had it's benefits. If light can go through even the slightest crack, she could too. The light began to form her body before Gidget.

"Sorry about this entrance but I've learned that if you want results you go to the one in charge." Liv spoke up.

"The two metas next door, no doubt the one's you saw in the surveillance video, are incredibly dangerous. The male can control and read minds. The female is ridiculously strong. I mean crazy strong. She's also completely invulnerable. Their mental stability is worse than mine, and they want me very dead. They want it so bad that they may try something in Valhalla. The mentalist was strong enough to control an entire supermarket without breaking a sweat."

"If we want what we're after we need to do something about them, or at least keep a close eye on them."

"You're not concerned you're just jealous. I try to move on from greeving over North and this is what I get. If I didn't know better you probably want me to sit around sulk." She turned away and said in a more serious tone, "I got to go I've got a lot of work to do...". At that moment she dashed off, everyone could sense the air that she left behind from going inhumanly fast.

Kerana looks to Liv and asks "She's not a meta? Are you sure?"

Larry looked down at Kerana and pointed to his chest where Amanda's necklace was. If there was one thing that had stayed the same with Larry after the change, it was his memory.

"Moon. Rock."

"Sorry about this entrance but I've learned that if you want results you go to the one in charge." Liv spoke up.

Gidget's built in spectrometer could feel the change in the light before Liv could speak. Just as the girl appeared before her the rooms defenses armed themselves and trained their robotic eyes on the intruder that wasn't Trinity.

Gidget raised her hands and ordered to them to stand down without saying a word. Her face had the same flat seriousness that she displayed the night before when she confronted Liv with her thoughts. She stood up and approached the intruder.

"You're either gutsy or just plain stupid. A lot of people from Daedalus want to see me dead. If I hadn't been here to tell the defenses to stand down they would have scrambled your atoms before you had the chance to tickle the light around you. You would have been traversing the light spectrum in trillions of pieces."

"If you want to approach me without the possibility of death then I would suggest you use the door like everyone else that can't pop in and out through shadows."

"Now what is so important?"

Shane got dressed under the covers as he spoke.

"If we want what we're after we need to do something about them, or at least keep a close eye on them."

Trinity nodded at his warning "I know what will work against her, based on the surveillance video would be to either get her off the ground. Theonis could assist with that. The mind controller may be a little harder to handle..." she paused for a moment and looked to Ako. "Ako, do you think you could shock him enough to render him unconcious?"

Gidget was right. She didn't think it through all the way. Then again she can regenerate rather fast. Which is also why she isn't as serious about getting hurt as normal people do.

"It's Amanda. She's been...acting strange. She just snapped at me about something ridiculous, has this weird necklace with a piece of rock that looks a little too familiar to some Meta's AND she is moving way too fast for a human. On top of that she is dating someone with a rather shady background. Lab assistant in a place where he can't talk about? To me that sounds like Daedelus" Liv explained, hardly taking pauses to breathe.
