I have a rant/ cry.

people always think of this girl who has no emotions besides anger because i have this really short temper and they're always trying to insult me and provoke me to it. Even my friends will get to bad that I feel like I want to cry but because I can't turn that into anger. Today I almost snapped just the way they were treating me was worse than s**t. I've had so many of my friends say things like "you're not a girl or a boy you're an it" and they have no reason to say that because I am neither bisexual and homosexual nor do I act like that in any way. We were playing a game in class of ours and my friend was like "You have to pick a boy if you're a girl and vise versa" and my other friend was like but what about Emily (me) it's not a boy or a girl and all my other friends started laughing. That hurt so much. Then today after school in debate I was put in a group with the guy I kind of like/ hate its complicated but I expected us to work and get it done and then all him and the other guy do is go on on their trails of thoughts and completely ignore me without even the sheet to read and then when they finally do we make our argument we meaning those 2 guys and then the guy in charge of the class asks me for my arugment and I said they said everything I was going to say and then I spend literally 5 min up there looking like an idiot and blushing and a side note but Asians or at least the ones I know don't tend to blush and I'm also arguing w/ that guy and am near tears because we always argue but this time it was so bad. I left the class after it ended storming out fuming and near crying. I've gotten tired of all the insulting comming from my FRIENDS and all my teachers even prefer me so much more over that one guy and it shows. He gets al lthe favoratism while I get the glares.

Well, my mum just signed me up for this 9 week review thing at Sydney University for Chemistry, that plus coaching for UMAT, that's like more than $1000 gone... xp

Oh you're going to sit the UMAT? Good luck trying to get a good score! mrgreen I sat the UMAT in my VCE and did horribly. It's the hardest and complex exam I've ever sat. Unless you are super good at logic puzzles or you do weeks of intensive preparation for it, then there's little chance of doing well. Those who get into med school have to get 580+ out of 600 marks if I'm not mistaken, which frankly I think is insane. Lol I feel sorry for your mum. She must be spending heaps of money on your tuition.

I'm sorry you had to go through that. My friends tease me a lot as well, but I'm sure it's all the same that they don't mean it. If they like hanging out with you then they wouldn't deliberately belittle you. If it helps, I'm normally just recognised as a guy as well as the "village bicycle".
xd I tell them to ******** off and we all laugh.

Darkie - It's okay, darling; the people who say things like that to you are obviously so insecure about their own identity/sexuality that they feel the need to take it out on others. If they're really your friends, it's probably just because they're having a laugh; if so, just tell them that you don't find it funny. If you take the problem face-on and sort it out, you'll earn a lot more respect than if you run away. (: If that fails, get new friends. D<

The other problem with the guy - how does he feel about you? It sounds like this love/hate relationship has gone a little far this time, perhaps you should just talk it out with him? That might put your mind at ease; trust me, the worst thing is not being rejected, it's not knowing the status of your relationship.

Good luck. You'll get through it; just have to be strong. (:

Oh that's simply how UMAT is scored. It's out of 600 (I think). I'm not quite sure, you'll have to check it out. But anyway it's not a percentage system, nor is it scaled from best to worst. Thus there is a shocking discrepancy between those who get top marks and those who suck at it. (Guess which one is greater)

@Darkie: I find the world is much more pleasant when you are oblivious to it all. Teacher that don't like you? meh, I ignore it. They can't fail me just because they don't like me. Friends that poke at my "bad" points? Well if they don't get mad at me for doing it to them then we're all good.

@niph: eh? what relationship are you talking about? o.O

@CBC: at least the UMAT isn't racist and sexist. (The SAT's are geared to toward white upper middle class males and in order to report any discrepancies with your test scores there must be a 125 pt. discrepancy. They actually tell you that in the packet they give you when you sign up for the test. )

My friend was absent from our group and I was left with 2 people that I'm not even friends with! >_____<
Since my teacher told us to get into pairs so she can put us into groups of four. I only have 2 friends in my English class, all the rest are in other ones. Curse those people that separated us >_____>
We didn't do much work in our group, my english teacher noticed and moved me into another group where my other friend was in. It turned out okay and I got a D+ for my speaking exam xDDD
But you can try talking to your teacher about the grouping next time, you can say that you wouldn't be able to do good enough in the current group you're in and you want to move to another. Give the teachers a good explanation! Otherwise they're not very good teachers are they? They should be sacked for doing favouritism! D<

well... sweatdrop I just cussed out my mother for the first time.
I recently found out that my dad abused her on a trip so I don't like him a damn bit anymore. If he ever hits her again im gonna beat the mother bleeping bleep out of him. What's worse is that shes defending him, that's why i cussed her out. Why don't girls that get abused stand up for themselves more often?

Well, berry, it's common for abused wives to stand up for their husbands.. either out of fear or a sense that they can't reveal to the world what is happening.. something like that. You have to be a tad more understanding. But I agree, that is awful.. maybe speak to your dad first? Since your mum is obviously in a fragile state..
