They had a store, I think that's all though.

A few days ago I found out I am allergic to all kinds of ingredients, such as wheat, soya, peanuts and the list goes on. Untill today I wasn't aware of the horrible shortcomings it would bring. First I thought, I will just avoid all those ingredients and everything will be okay. It isn't that simple at all. I can't eat the things I normally would just eat without appreciating those and get itchy skin all over. Now I can't eat anything it seems...
No bread, something that I ate every day. (wheat)
No chocolate, candy bars (soya)
No pizza (wheat)
No Cornflakes (wheat)
No Pancakes (wheat)
No Peanut butter, this is actually something I can live with. (peanuts)
No cookies (wheat)
No almost everything.

Luckily there are food stores which sell products that are for the people who are allergic to everything. So I have to visit those stores sometime.

Holy s**t, you're allergic to wheat, soya and nuts? eek Those make up 50% of all daily nutritional intake. Not eating bread or cereal is especially a downer, as it means you can't eat breakfast in the normal sense, can you?

I take it you suffer an Anaphylaxis reaction whenever you try to eat one of the things you listed right? I kinda feel sorry for you. Not being to eat foods you might have loved before because you might experience a sudden fatal seizure is really harsh.

Fawa dear, is it that you can't eat them at ALL or that it's only okay in small amounts? Because, I mean, you've been eating them your whole life, surely..

@Minielf: Tell me about it, every time I see my friends and family eating something I can't, I die a bit inside. gonk I could indeed have a Anaphylaxis reaction, though I am not sure. confused My GP is on a holiday and since it is not really serious, I should wait for her another 2 weeks to find out what kind of disorder I have.

@Niphz: Luckily I can eat those ingredients in a minimum amount and my skin will not get itchy. Today I ate tofu, because I couldn't resist it, and now I don't feel weird, so that is good. n-n Though it is very annoying to know there is a chance of that itch to come back and to read what every product I ate is made of. And I am afraid of the worst. My dad is samelike allergic to wheat, but his body doesn't tolerate wheat at all. If he eats the smallest traces of wheat, he gets heavy stomache aches and needs to go to the hospital.

I suppose a less inconvenient way to deal with your allergies is to carry around an Epipen. This device gives you a shot of adrenalin that kick starts your body in case you ever go into a seizure from having a bad reaction to food. It's practically your life line just in case you end up eating the wrong foods.

@ Fawa: You're allergic to all those things and you only just found out? I feel sorry for you... I've never been allergic to anything. And if by any chance i am allergic to anything, i haven't found out about it yet.

Apparently poison ivy is an allergic thing. Some people can roll all around in it and nothing will happen, but I get it bad. A good while ago I couldn't do anything for two weeks because I could hardly move. We should make poison ivy instinct. Sorry to hear about the wheat, I couldn't stand not eating my frosted flakes.

talking about allergies, i once saw a documentary in Australia that this girl was born allergic to water...

it was so damn sad.. i really felt sorry for her...

Allergic to water?! I haven't heard that one before. How does she live...?

Apparently my friend's sister is allergic to bananas... when i heard i was just like WTF?!
