More Meteor Showers Bring Even Stranger Powers. (O/A)

"Well I can just lift it. Decreasing the downward pressure of gravity to cancel it out and just guide it towards the bag but...." Theonis started to form pressure bubbles in the sand. Slow they rose up. Soccer ball sized bubbles of sand.

"Sand bubbles! " He said cheerfully as he moved them into the bag and released the pressure as soon as they were in it.

Trinity smiled at his cheerfulness. She had to admit that Theonis seems to be creative, she didn't think of Sand Spheres. Theonis was ready for anything and if not, he tended to adjust quickly. Trinity would admit, that among the new metas they tend to run into Theonis is one she wasn't so worried about. He seemed to gain a real understanding of his power in such a short amount of time and perhaps that too was because of his power. In the battle to come, she knew he'd be ready for anything in the field or off the field.

"Theonis... I'm not sure if you heard me before. Do you want to grab some lunch with me?"

Before lowering the last bubble into the bag he created another layer from within. It pushed the sand to the edge of the bubble as the bubble itself grew in size. All of the sand was now concentrated on the edge of the bubble. It did't do anything but it was fun to try expanding something like that. He shrunk it and let it pop in the bag.

He looked up as Trinity asking him something." Hmm? Yeah I didn't hear you the first time. But alright."

As they head out Trinity placed the bag over by the admin's desk. Richard must have stepped away for a moment. When she was close enough to Theonis she slid her hand in his, she smiled to her self for a moment, taking a moment to enjoy being connected to him.
Well, I suppose now's a good a time as any....

"Theonis...about moving in tonight. I don't think it's a good idea, right now. Just the timing of the initial suggestion and Gidget getting her body back and possibly loosing her brother soon after. She'll probably won't admit it, she probably would say it's okay that I move in with you today... I ... just can't on a clear conscience right now."

"Ah..right." Theonis just replied. It made sense and he understood why, it's just that, he had his mind set on it and accepted it already. For it to be canceled now was a bit disappointing. Letting out a small sigh he replied.

"I can't even say no, not that it would matter, because I can understand. Hell I would have suggested it myself had there been more time. It's not the end of the world or something. Hell it wouldn't even be an issue if we weren't going so fast in this." Theonis frowned." I say hell a lot don't I?"

"Hell, I don't mind that at all." she said with a hint of a laugh. "Thanks for understanding." she looked down a little, " I was looking forward to it until all of this."

She has been trying to keep her mind off the upcoming fight but she ran out of things to speak of currently. "This calm before the attack, it just drives me nuts. It makes me wish it had already begun so I don't have to worry about it. Y'know what I mean?"

Well..I know something...

Theonis gained his playful grin again as he leaned in close against her, softly pressing her to the wall.

"I know exactly what you mean and need."He moved closer to her" You need to be relaxed for this fight. And I know the perfect way of distracting you from it." Theonis pressed his lips against hers. Luckily for him, it was also a good distraction for him.

Theonis knew exactly what she needed. Well I'm on my lunch break after all... she sinks with Theonis into her shadow and they emerged from under the blankets of his bed. Her leg pressing against his waist while her hands rubbed his shoulders as she returned a deep kiss.

Theonis hardly felt the same strange sensation he usually got from Shadow Traveling. Perhaps he had gotten used to it. Before he knew it they were at his place. In bed. Underneath the sheets. Damn that power is useful.

Theonis returned the kiss and placed a hand on her thigh.."You don't waste any time do you?" He said as he stared into those bright green eyes of hers

She smiled at his observation, "When it comes to quality time with you no I don't." She breathed in his scent as she neared his neck placing a trail of small kisses toward his chin. She paused in front of his lips to tease.

Such a tease...

Theonis gave in to her little tease, hand still firmly on her hip. He kissed her shortly before backing up.

"It's kinda hot in here." With that he took of his shirt."Much better don't ya say?" If it were up to him he would rip off all of their clothes. But that's not something he should do. There would be a limit to how many clothes Valhalla has and how many he could rip.

Heather was about to reply when the door opened on the boy's side. She turned around to see her brother making a big lumbering run toward the pool in an almost comically slow manner. Liv may had been kidding earlier, but now she may eat those words.

Heather threw her arms out and shouted, "Lawrence, don't you dare-"

"CAAAA-NOOOON-BAAAAAAALL!"

Heather's spines went limp as her brother got some mad hangtime. His shadow nearly engulfed the girls before his gargantuan body made impact with the water. The resulting tidal wave threw Heather out of the pool to a sliding stop a few feet away from the girl's side. She pushed herself up and threw her head back laughing. She had to admit it.

"That was fun!"

The Count of Monte Carlo

Ako shrugged and pulled out the smart phone he'd been given upon arrival at Valhalla. He opened the GPS function, but it took him a minute to figure out how to use it properly. He couldn't help but smirk a bit as he managed to bring up the interior map; he didn't think he'd be able to find it. He may have been good with electricity, but finer electronics still befuddled him sometimes.

He handed the phone down to Christian, letting him lead the way. "Being lost or not knowing something is nothing to be down about. It's just one more thing you can learn."

Christian rolled his eyes and replied, "Yeah, well... when you are good at most things you don't like it when you aren't good at something. Of course considering the fact I am only three, as most people like to point out, it isn't that big of deal for now." He took the phone and began his pace again heading to the medical ward. He paused outside as he heard something inside clatter, maybe a table being pushed down, he had a feeling it was Annie. After she offered to cooperate and then being completely ignored, he had a feeling his Mom was not in a good mood. In fact he could sense the dark mood from the room, the boiling anger, and a sense of worry and guilt.

Christian glanced up at Ako and raised a brow, "Mom's mad. If you want I can go in alone, not that she really probably wants to see me any more than anyone else at the moment..."

Rikki Tikki Travi

Gidget called up her wall of suits and picked the one that she felt would be the most advantageous in the coming battle. It also helped that it had the simplest design which made it easier to tinker with. Again forgetting that she was made of flesh and bone now, she attempted to pick the suit up. She groaned, slapped her forehead, and then walked to the other side of the lab to retrieve a dolly.

"All I have to offer you at the moment memories granted to me by my brother. Once I can build something to transcribe those memories into a visible form, I will be able to give you something to work with. I know it is technically here-say, but it's the foundation needed to bring Daedalus' true intentions and activities to light. What you choose to do with this information is up to you. Do you have something you could use to take notes or record what I am about to say?"

Daisy smiled slightly and said, "When I do take notes, I use a recorder, but I have almost perfect recall. One of the reasons I could never land a long term relationship. Men don't like it when you can tell them verbatim something they said earlier and use it against them." She forced a laugh, "Anyhow, all my recording devices were taken by Trinity, so you'll have to make do with my memory. I don't like to take written notes: they can be altered too easily."

She shrugged, "I can work with here-say to a point. I have a rough idea of the situation already. I have proof Daedalus is covering something up, which is suspicious enough. With here-say I can spin it as a conspiracy theory report. With something more substantial- even someone proving they have meta-powers would be enough to get a fairly galling report against Daedalus. More I have the more I can do. I already have some things to put Daedalus in hot water with the general public, but if you want them taken down completely in their public image I'm going to need more to work with."

Frowning some she added, "Of course, there is the possibility that the news about metas and Daedalus and the fact of their experimentation on American citizens, even if they are meta, could cause some panic. Besides saving my own hide, it is one of the reasons I haven't released what truth I do know. I don't want people to get in a panic over pure speculation."

Ako shrugged at Christian's response. He'd meant to give the kid the idea that his concerns weren't something to worry about, but he was never the best with words. Anyway, the kid was three, and had on heck of a head start as far as maturity went. He'd figure it out sooner or later.

As they approached the room, one didn't need Annie's sense of auras to feel the bad vibes coming through the door. Ako was sure that even normal human ears could hear the clatter from within. He looked down at the kid as he pointed out that his mother was mad, but decided not to say anything about the obviousness of the statement. "I think I'll go in, too. Maybe seeing another friendly face will calm her down."

Deora had just enough time to register the cannonball call as the shadow fell over her. She tried to duck under the water to avoid the wave, but there was no avoiding this one. The wall of water picked her up and carried her as she did her best to remain somewhat upright. Her feet touched concrete at the edge of the pool, and and she felt it slide under her. She thought she was safe for a moment, but the momentum of the water kept pushing her and she soon found herself on her bum next to Heather.

Sher coughed out the bit of water she'd gasped in as she sat up, and cheered as soon as she was able. The shout brought another cough, but a quick one. "That was awesome!"
