Theonis laid on his back, sweating, breathing heavily. "Yeah....it was." He exhaled and inhaled deeply in an attempt to calm his breathing. Turning his head he saw Trinity laying next to him on his arm. Pulling her close he gave her a kiss and cuddled a bit.

After a while he asked. "Say.....we still on for dinner tonight?"

Trinity snuggled with him as he cuddled her then returned his kiss. She heard his question about dinner "You bet..." she said with a smile. "We still got to cover lunch first huh?"

He didn't want to get out of bed so soon. Laying like this with her was all he needed at the moment. His brain wouldn't stop nagging about it though. He knew he had to get up eventually.

"True but that's not what I meant. Since you'll still be with Gidget, I figured you'd want to eat with her since it would most likely be her first meal in 13 years. Or you could invite her if you'd like." Theonis replied." I do make killer pasta."

He doesn't cease to surprise her. She smiled at his thoughtful comment about Gidget, "Y'know you're right. I guess my mind was elsewhere" she gave a look that said 'you know what I'm talking about'. She exhaled deeply,"Perhaps we should make it a group thing... I'm sure her friends would rejoice in her return to her body. Then again... By then we may have killed her bother, Shane... I guess we better play by ear on how little or big we should make this.".

She had to get on her feet again there was the battle to prepare for. She wrapped herself with a sheet and noticed how moistened her skin was and looked back to him and noticed he was covered in sweat as well. "Perhaps we should take a shower." Her fingers strolled up to his chest, "I wouldn't mind sharing one." she winked at him.

"A lot of things," Daisy replied with a sigh. "I'd like to say that all this surprises me- and it might or should considering I didn't know all this- but it doesn't surprise me. I'm betting Annie is blaming a lot of this on herself, and since she's your friend I would bet you have your hands full with her at the moment, since from what I've seen of her she is remarkably talented at pulling off stupid ideas... And the whole idea of humanity becoming some mega-hive doesn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling, but that probably would be a given."

She pinched the bridge of her nose, her headache was forming again, "Out of curiosity, where has Annie been all this time? If she was the first test subject shouldn't she be kind of important for Daedalus? Unless they did have her and she just recently got away and that is one of the reasons she attacked them with Shane, for revenge?"

She shook her head, her blonde hair following the movement, "If you could somehow visualize memories- change what someone sees into video, that would change this story from hear-say to something I could work with more. Of course, that could be me getting my hopes up, just hoping that that was what you meant by committing the memories into something visible."

Gidget's pupils dilated as she began to solder together new tech to put in the machine as well as other places. She had forgotten the rush that came with this. It was almost intoxicating.

"That's exactly what I have in mind. I don't have the time to do it now, but I will give you something that you can hold in your hand. To answer your earlier question, yes they did have Annie captive. She was experimented on, forced to conceive a child, and orchestrated her escape. They attacked Daedalus yesterday. They freed her son and recovered my body. In the process they also released the chimera twins."

"Daedalus is attacking the mass now. It wont be long before they try to convince the president that a nuclear strike may be needed before the biomass reaches the city. What they don't know is that I have an ace up my sleeve that will eradicated the biomass completely. A nuclear strike wont work, it will just bury itself underground when it feels a threat. Annie's idea of acid attack also wont work. There is too much of it and it will sever any part of itself that is being eaten away at. No, the only way to do it is a direct attack at the nucleus. Destroy the core and the rest of it will follow."

"Yeah, we'll see how things work out. She might need you more than I do. Who am I to get between you two? Besides a handsome stud." At first he sounded sincere but that swiftly changed into his usual playful tone.

He didn't bother covering himself. What's the point? They just had steamy sex so why bother? As Trinity's finger strolled up his chest he suppressed the urge for round two. Then again....

"Sure, can't guaranty that I can keep my hands to myself though. Not with you around." He sounded very suggestive.

As much as she liked what he was hinting at, she needed to start to focus more on preparing for the battle to come and a little less on Theonis for now. Her fingers stroke his chin a little,"I know what you're getting at but for now let's not let it go beyond fondling if you get my drift.". She emerged from the sheets leaving behind a trail. Her bare skin glistened a little as she head toward the bathroom. Her body as a whole was well toned and firm due to years of training and fighting. She looked over her shoulder and tilted beconing him to follow.

"I know, I know" Theonis sighed."Some other time." He followed his glistening goddess. Right now he was glad she was walking up front and naked. If Theonis was honest with himself he preferred a bit more voluptuous and soft body but that was just his shallow mind thinking. Right now,Trinity was his vision of perfect.

Trinity turned on the hot water then closed the door with her power. She room filled with steam as she stepped in her hair quickly plastered to her neck and shoulders. She looks to Theonis awaiting him to enter.

Daisy raised a brow surprised that Gidget was so confident she could provide something she had only considered a pipe dream, but then again Gidget was a genius at electronics, why should it surprise her. The news about Annie having a son struck her as odd, but it wasn't like the girl had chose it from what Gidget was saying. She thought briefly about the child who had reminded her of someone, could that have been Annie's son? It didn't matter.

Daisy finally said, "Must have been a lot of fun to try and capture someone who can create acid out of water for Daedalus... Anyways, you were saying that the traditional approaches and current ideas won't work? You have to destroy the core. So, it is like gardening, you don't want to weed to cut the weed off at the base, you've got to pull it up by the roots. I assume you have a plan to kill this thing that once was your brother at the core, then. How do I come in? There isn't much I can do. I'm not some scientific mind and if I was a meta, like Daedalus thinks I am, I don't have a power that can help. And, I don't buy having headaches and a talent for finding trouble counts as being a meta-human."

Theonis followed her into the steam filled room. A quick glance at the mirror that wasn't completely covered yet with fog showed that he in fact had more blonde hairs than he could remember. Not like he could do something about it though. As he looked at Trinity he felt that he was ready for round two. He couldn't help but despite knowing it wouldn't happen.

Trinity very much wanted to do another round with him but she had to keep in mind, the reality of the situation. This was difficult to suppress even more so then when the feeling was placed on her by Alexavier. That wasn't to say that it wasn't hard to focus. But now the more natural feeling, the urge was much more difficult to suppress they were both there ready. She had to focus on something else before she just let it all go again.

She rubbed soap all over him, his back, his arms, his chest. Her eyes focused a little more on his chest. His hair... it seemed more blonde. Perhaps she didn't notice it as much before when it was dried. "You seem to be a little more blonde now. I'm not sure, but it seems the more we make love the quicker your hair changes..."

No round two huh? He understood but still! This little rubdown of soap didn't help either.
" I certainly hope not. It would cause some serious mixed feelings." He said with a bit of a joke as he let her spread the soap.

" Seems my mutation is still going strong. Or perhaps it's tied with my progress of it's mastery. Or maybe it really is because of our ...sparring. Guess we'll need to find out huh?" Theonis teased a bit. It was counter productive because it was also affecting him but he didn't seem to mind.

They switched sides as she felt the soap all over her her back, her chest her abs. She started to get a little annoyed at that last tease, he could tell that she was having difficulty resisting him. She thought showering together was practical but... it really wasn't... it just made things worse.

"Please Theonis, not now..." she hissed as she turned her head a little. She rinsed off and stepped out of the shower. She walked to the sink, Wiped the mirror enough to see her face and found herself slowly breathing to steady herself.

It was getting too much for her... she needed to calm her nerves. She didn't want to mess up this good thing between her and Theonis. They may have only known each other for a short time but he really meant so much to her.

" Heh sorry, next time we should take turns in taking a shower when something like this presents itself. We both find it hard to hold back." He said as he rinsed his hair. Glancing over to Trinity he used his power to draw a little apologetic smiley face on the mirror. At least that was his intend. Still it came out well enough without cracking the mirror.

" Man I suck at making smiley faces."

Getting out of the shower he put his hands on Trinity's shoulders as he stood behind her.

" Maybe it's the nerves that i'm like this at the moment. It's just that...things could go wrong...and I...just don't want to think of what could go wrong I suppose." He said softly as he looked at her through the mirror.
