Or these family members that called yesterday saying "Oh, we'll be over there at about 3 or 4 tomorrow." Then they arrive several hours before said time. And the one is like "So, I'm at the phone store now. I need [resident] to bring her phone down, so I can switch the SIM cards. I'll be there in about 10 minutes."
Like geez... you need to give more heads up than that. Especially when our call bell system is down, so I'm having to rely on my fellow co-workers to deliver messages to said residents. So, don't give me attitude when you arrive and said resident is still not down with the item you are needing.

Two more hours and then I can finally be done with all of this.
At least for this weekend.

Good morning everyone.
After yesterday's busy day, it's nice to have today be more relaxing and chill. I was feeling like I was being pulled multiple directions at once at times yesterday with everyone wanting me to help them with stuff or opening the door to let people back in.

That is one thing I'm looking forward to once we can come out of our lockdown set-up. Not having to get up every 5 minutes or so to let a resident back in from their walk.
