Gidget nods and follows Trinity back to the bar area. She responds to Justine's question with genuine confusion and curiosity. "Ummm...I've been told the chicken Parmesan is good? I honestly don't know, I haven't been able to taste food in thirteen years." She laughs nervously and playfully nibbles on her tongue.

Justine laughed softly and smiled. "I'm sorry..." She looked towards the others. "I know I shouldn't, but sometimes I forget." She turned back and sighed softly. "It's hard going to new places. I'm just kind of used to my same old same old, you know?" She rested her elbow on the bar, then set her chin in her palm and looked out at nothing.

Taking off into the sky, she grasped a little tighter onto his hand as she lead them back towards the town. Her wings moving without any thought really. She'd been flying for so long, it was just like breathing now. A smile crossed her lips as she thought back to the first few times she had tried to fly. And the first time she had had real success. Ako had been so proud of her..... her mind stopped and went blank. She hadn't thought of Ako in years... she tried not to. Her smile shifted into something unknown, her face askew. He probably didn't care anymore anyways. She sighed softly. It didn't matter anyways. He was gone, and she doubted that he would ever come back.

He never really knew flying could feel so liberating. He felt free soaring through the skies with her. He noticed her tightening her hand. Perhaps she was trying to reconfirm that he was actually there. His sight shifted from the horizon to her face. It didn't take him long to see that her face changed from a smile into something else.

"You okay?" He asked carefully.

"Yeah." She sighed softly and she looked at him. "Being an Angel isn't all it's cracked up to be." She chuckled softly as she looked forwards once more. "What should we get/ Meat is always good and useful, but canned food lasts longer." She thought about it for a few seconds. Really, they needed both, but she wasn't sure how much Theonis had, or really, how much he was really willing to spend. Whatever the amount, it was helpful. She tugged on his arm and she started to make her decent.

"So uhh I haven't asked yet but how many people are talking about here. I got a few thousand from the Casino but like I said....I don't know how many people there are to feed." Theonis said as he matched her decent.

"Maybe it's time I head back." The man muttered to himself. He'd pulled off the road after a long drive, taking a break at an empty scenic overlook. The view gave him reason to pause, offering a look from the side of a mountain to the valley below. In the dimming light he could see lights coming on in the town below, and the streets were soon illuminated by lines of traffic. The town was small, the kind of place he'd grown up. It made him feel homesick, but not for this sort of place. He wanted to go back to the city, back to the friends he'd run from. It had been so long, he's forgotten why he'd even left.

The wind picked up and chilled him even through his jacket. This wasn't his home any longer. Not here, not where he grew up, not even the open road as he once thought. He readjusted his jacket and turned back to his motorcycle, the engine ticking as it cooled down. He got back on, turned the key, kicked the starter, and the Harley roared to life. The man pushed his glasses back up to the bridge of his nose and shifted the bike into gear.
He twisted the throttle, and the night filled with thunder as Ako headed for home.

"There are about 40 people who depend on me bringing them something. Some of them had made small families, others prefer to be by themselves." She shrugged somewhat as her feet softly laded on the pavement. "Some of the other try to find food, or well... hunt in a sense. But they come find me if they really need something. It's odd... but... I can't turn anyone down. It goes against my ways." She looked to him. "So... you won all the money?"

"Yeah I did. That's actually one of the first things I did with it my power. Back then I could only do small time stuff like giving those dice or ball a nudge so it would fall on my number." Theonis explained."So yeah I did win it and according to the rules of the casino I did not cheat."

"But about those families. I take it that also search for their own food instead of solely relying on you?"

"As I said, some of them do." She sighed softly. "The younger ones have no idea what to do, or how to live with themselves, or their new powers. I do what I can. I can't stand to think what they would be like without someone to help them. To guide them. I've been doing this for years now. Even before the second meteor hit earth." She glanced off into the distance. "You'll have to go into town by yourself." She spoke softly before she turned back to him."My wings are hard to hide. Besides, it's too dangerous." She tilted her head to the side and smiled at him."Just get what you can. Remember... Anything you can get helps." She squeezed his hand once more before she let it slip out of his grip. "Thank you Theonis."

As the new woman talked to Deora and Gidget. Kerana couldn't help but be completely silent. Her ears were turned down and her tail wrapped around her waist and her hands fiddled with it. She was nervous about saying something absolutely wrong but she couldn't help but feel completely weirded out about a blind woman being able to talk to them as if she wasn't blind. She stays behind Deora and continues to watch. Kerana didn't have any problem with blind people, it just seem that this one seem to be very convincing about seeing. She was able to face who she was talking to and track people and that's something that not all blind people could do. She decided to straighten her ears and and tail and made an attempt to overcome her nerves.

"Uh... Hi.... I'm... Kerana" shyly said, holding out her hand. She suspected that her power was that she could see even though she was blind.

"Actually usually in here it's just drinks and snacks.... kinda a permanent happy hour. The real food is in the Dinning Hall. It's where breakfast lunch and dinner is served. Are you guys up for dinner?"

Trinity swirled the last of her wine and drinks it. She let out a deep breath trying to get herself to let go of what happened earlier. She was tempted to excuse herself and check the progress of the scans of the facility.

Justine looked towards the new voice and tilted her head to the side."Hello there." She reached out slowly, unsure of where the girl's hand was at for sure. She bumped into it before she grasped it and shook the girl's hand gently before she placed her hand back on the table. "Justine." She said softly with a smile before she turned towards Trinity. "Oh." She blushed somewhat as she looked forwards once more. "I can wait if everyone else has already had something."

Theonis felt her soft hand slip out of his."You're welcome." He said as he took a few steps forward. Theonis looked back and asked" Will you be here when I get back or should we meet up somewhere?"

"I'll be here." She said softly and she nodded to him. She knew it would take him a few hours, and there were things she herself needed to check up on, but besides that, she would be back in time. There was no point waiting around. She sighed softly as she looked around the area and began to wander as she so often did.

Exhaling, the warm air made a light cloud before disappearing into the cold sky. A thin left arm held a small child behind his back, the right arm quickly making swift movements in the cold air. The right eye looked at a group of wolves, who slowly began to circle around them, "Tch..!" The teen snapped it was too cold to be out and about in the woods, his mind was hazey on why they even went there.. But he knew it would have been his idea, it wasn't a smart move going out with the small boy in tow.. Especially when he has no sight in his left eye. Pulling the child into his sight his thoughts raced as he saw a climbable tree. But his gut told him to keep the child with him, pulling a knife from his belt he kept the small child in his left arm close to his chest. Hesitantly he scooted backwards, eventually ordering the child calmly to hide within his large trenchcoat; blocking the smaller child from the wolves vision.

"..." I'm sorry Apollo. The twenty year old with blood red hair kept his visible eye on the small pack of wolves as he slowly moved backwards, guarding the sibling with his life if necessary. With a gesture and a eyebrow twitch a wooden stump tore from the ground, slamming into three of the four wolves. But a sudden attack and a late reaction caused the fourth wolf to catch his blind spot. With sharp teeth the wolf gripped the left arm, causing the visible eye to widen drastically. Teeth gritting at the pain the teen found himself slashing the nose of the wolf with the knife in his right hand as the sharp teeth pierced through the jacket and then slowly his skin.

With enough slashes the whimpering wolf cowered back, bleeding slightly but the wounds not enough to kill the young wolf. "Tch..let's go." He didn't dare look at the puncture wounds, but the younger boy was already aware he had sustained slight injuries.

"....I'll just stop the bleeding...Orion." A small voice squeeked out from under the trench coat, but didn't dare come out, the cold making him chatter lightly. Keeping close to his elder he stayed hidden and unnoticed by people who's footsteps seemed to be heard through the coat, the long coat reaching the ground hiding the boys feet.

"We're here." The blood red haired boy opened the trench coat and allowed the smaller one to see their destination, grabbing the small hand the older boy led him out of the safe zone. The two had been wandering for a distance, and needed a break from the cold weather. The door seemed to slam open with force, the warm air rushing to his pale face and slightly pink nose. Looking at the unfamiliar faces he led his sibling through the small warm room, finding their way to an isolated little area. "You want anything..? Or need to use the restroom?" The older boy spoke softly, quietly, as if not wanting others to hear their conversation.

"...Yes, I'll be back in a minute." The small eyes studied the others face for a moment, but seeing no reaction to make the small boy worry he hesitantly left the table. It was clear he was moving quickly to get back to the older boy in swift time. As if he was rushing just to get back to the others side, but not for his benefit. And once he had left the room, it was clear why.

The blood red hair of the twenty year old, seemed to lower. His fingers seemed to start tapping one another, and he began to shift in his seat quite often. Something about his brother being distant seemed to unsettle the older teen more than it bothered the young child. It was clear he was antsy and uncomfortable. He'll be back, he wont leave you. Taking off the trenchcoat and placing it on the chair next to him it was clear he was wearing more clothes than this weather necessarily needed, all the way to gloves covering his entire hands. His whole body except his face seemed covered, his hair shadowing most of the unsettled face.
