hay every one! i am sorry i have been gone for so long but i am having a hard time right now with my sister and my best friend and on top of all of that a good friend of mine just died last week and i am trying to help out her family with everything that they are going through! man i am under alot of stress! any one know a good way to relive stress i could uses it!! anyway my good deed of the week is support to any of the said before people and a good shoulder to cry on. i hope that that counts upi!

u shouldnt take care so many things at once, try to get a friend to help u. Wen ur rlly stress, try to breath in n breath out air. at least take a break or a nap once in awhile. Ummmm.... wat else..... stress is a no no cuz u'll get white hair eek
