Also, for my human-slash-pokemon sex stuff ideas whatever, I posted it somewhere in the guild before. I think it was the science of Pokemon. And it included Machamp's package.
I think Machamp/Mr. Mime should follow Wobbufet's female sprite example. And there should be mega eyeshadow.
And then they'd look just like those girls that Jynx was based off of. [I wonder how many Pokemon trainers went "O-O BOOBIES! ;-;" when they first saw Jynx at a tender, unsexual young age? XD]

Hey guys, what are some cool beans expensive items that everyone wants? I'm buying some prizes for my art contest and I'm not really sure what items will draw the most people in.

Some items I'm considering/stalking:

» August 09 Letter(s)
» Fremere's Guard
» Death Whisper
» Hermes' Moon
» Starbabies Bought. Can't beat 109k when the average is 103k and the LBP is 112k. :|
» Alruna's Rose
» Twister the Phoenix*

* = I actually plan on buying this, it's just a matter of waiting for it to go back down to the 150k range instead of damn 200k+)


I only need about two maybe four more items (depends on if I want to keep the categories I'm buying for right now in 250k price range, or boost them up a little bit more, since their sister categories are 410k ~ 530k in range).

And I have a history of sucking when it comes to picking/predicting popular items ("Emo Bag is TOTALLY gonna be bigger than the Chain Wallet!" or "Seal and Penguin Slippers? Those things are a** ugly. They'll be worthless"). So am I chasing the right items?

;-; I'm really not sure. The second set sounds like a kickass lineup, but that's because they're all items I can recognize the poses to without having to search for them. XD

Fallen Wish and Anima are pretty popular, too. And the halos/really old items. And Gogh's Reed. *looking up the poses to GR* ...DAMNIT. ;_; So many awesome poses, I should've bought a cash card....... Awesome hair.... *drools*


Oh, I finally understand what you meant about Plat's ugly grey battle status bars. I preferred the speech bubbles. [But hell, I'm already past half of my e4 completion time in Diamond and I just barely got to Eterna with lv. 17 Pokemon. @_@]

Let's find a place away from these hellholes.

I'd prefer to keep single item prices between 50k and 200k. So no items worth more than that; I figure people would rather have a bunch of less expensive items that add up to X Price, than one really expensive item that costs X Price.

And you know, I've read mixed reviews on Anima and the other EI that's similar; People seem to either really love or think it's absolute crap, so I'd rather not take a gamble on them.

But then we usually know who's just wanting something to say that they have it than someone who likes the poses and doesn't care about wealth.

It's actually not hard to guess what might be popular, especially since I hang out in the GCD most of the time, and there's always a billion and one threads on items people think are cool. Usually things with lots of poses, as well as items with wigs, pretty eyes, back/head wings, um... And I think a few other trends I can't remember.

I've been poking around in the Art Contest forum for a while now to get some sort of idea, but it varies so much it's almost a waste of time. All you can really discern is the bigger the price tag and the more categories, the more submissions you get. confused

And man, if you think just that list is awesome, you should see the rest of the categories. Holy ********. As of two or so days ago, minus two categories (still buying prizes for them, so I didn't count them), the total price tag for my contest is 7.2mil. And it's not one of those bait-and-switches, where yeah it's in the millions, but there's only, like, five prizes consisting of really high-priced items. :T

I'mma try and experiment with digital work with your contest. x_x; I mainly use traditional mediums, but I know a majority of GOOD pokemon art is in digital. x_X;
