He smiled as he ran into the southern part of the courtyard, he had just gotten his ID to Ria, he looked around and spun before falling to the ground, sitting, he sighed, mabye finally he'd belong, he wouldnt be looked at like a stranger here, or at least, thats what he had hoped. Thats what anyone ever hoped, was to be one of the people who everyone accepted, after all, thats what anyone wanted in their life right?

Zephel got up and thought for a moment, since it was still night time and the sky didn't have a single cloud today he thought...."Hey kiri, since ieno and shino are asleep want to go back to serine cliffs again, theres nothing else better to do and i'm not sleepy at all."He wondered when the two brothers would wake up again and if they did he would just meet them in the north courtyard tomorrow morouing."Come on, we can see them in them in the morning"He waited for kiri to answer.

He sat up and smiled, petting a few of the creatures that had made a circle around him. He stood and walked back off to the gates. He had a large smile on his face as he usually did, he hadnt met anyone new, but at least he hadnt been yelled at! Right?.........Right...? His smile soon faded as he sighed, he was having doubts about ever fitting in...

The dark man finally opened his eyes, seeing the woman for the first time his piercing green eyes glowing vibrantly, he smiles slightly...
"for some reason i doubt that anyone would truly mind if you were to join them out there....as a matter of fact i am sure they would encourage it...." with that he jumps out of the tree ever so calmly as if nothing had ever happened, he sits down on the soft lush grass and leans his back against the hard bark of the tree.

The silver haired, winged young girl wandered into the courtyard, looking uncharacteristically unsure of herself; Ariel had only arrived on campus earlier that day, and hadn't really learned her way around. As she walked, she hummed a simple, happy tune, and her wings glowed softly in response. She noticed Erika sitting all alone, and, inferring that she was not the only lonely new student, decided to make a new friend.

She sat down in front of the other girl, smiling. "What are you drawing?" Her curiosity is genuine; she is almost as interested in visual art as she is in music.

 

[Veone Ceravelli]

Veone glanced around as he stepped toward the courtyard, it seemed to be the only place that was alive at the current moment so he decided that he would check it out. He noticed the who'd wandered in just before he had, he glanced at her then to the person that she was talking to but he kept his distance from the two of them, not being the most social of being. "Hmm..." he said to himself thoughtfully as he considered the things that he could do; he could introduce himself, he could stay where he was and wait to see if they'd talk to him or he could just leave and wander off to another place...Choices choices...

Ariel noticed the dark young man looking at her, and wondered if he would join them, or continue on his way. It really would be a shame to let him wander around alone... she thought, and that idea was what pushed her over the edge. She called to him, "You there! in the leather! Care to join us?" She would not bother him any more after that; he could do as he pleased, though she would be disappointed if he were to ignore her.

Veone raised a curious brow as the girl called to him, it wasn't often that people were so blunt or straight forward...It was kind of an admirable trait save for when it was taken to far but right now it intrigued him. Veone walked over toward the girl, tilting his head slightly before he spoke to her. "Hello..." He said in an almost inaudible voice before he extended his free hand, his other holding his small bag of belongings over his shoulder.

Totro walks into the Courtyard, humming to himself. He sways from side to side, and puts his cane on the ground infront of him with each step. He seems fairly content. With his right hand, he takes the cigarette out of his mouth, and blows smoke from his mouth, before placing it back inbetween his lips. Totro continues to walk along, before stopping. Throughout all of this, he has not stoppped humming. He looks around to see if anyone is near.

She stood to meet him, taking his rough (?) hand in her own delicate one, and greeted him with the smile she always gave to strangers she wished to befriend. "My name is Ariel. What's yours?" As she says this, she tosses some stray hair back behind her shoulders with her free hand, looking him in the eyes, as she always does, the entire time.

 

[Veone Ceravelli]

Veone noticed how soft her hand seemed to be compared to his own but he disreguarded it for now. "Names Veone..." he answered her, he looked into her eyes quickly for a moment curiously before he spoke again. "How long have you been here?" He asked curiously before his eyes drifted to the guy who'd just entered the courtyard, Veone dully noted where he was out of habit. 'Better safe than sorry... he thought to himself as he noted his own over-cautiousness.

Totro let out an uncomfortable cough, and turned away from the scene walking in the opposite direction. The awkwardness he felt, however, did not ruin his mood. He sighed, and smiled. Mighty nice weather, today. He thought. Finally he sat down, in a grassy area.

She sits again, inviting Veone to do the same. "I just arrived this morning; after I settled in to the dorms, I decided to explore a little. I ended up here in the courtyard, and met Erika here, then you, and that's just about a full summary of my time here at Ria. You?"

Veone slowly took a seat next to her, quietly listening before he replied to her question. "I arrived a couple days ago, haven't really settled into a dorm, just been wandering around looking for something to do..." He told her as he set his bag on the ground in front of him before pulling his sword from its sheath and boredly playing with the blade.
