Finding Peace in The Darkness (Vampire / werewolf)

Fang heard Sofia's laugh and shot her the bird. Fang then began running east more towards Japan where he found his first safe haven.

Crystal decided to just let Fang run all of his anger out. She ran behind him, but at a distance.

Sofia looked at the piolet and gave him the thumbs up. They flew off into the distance as a screen slowly came down from the ceiling infront of her. the figure appeared on her screen as she can hear him through her headphones.
They had a short talk as the helicoppter landed ontop of a sky scraper.

Fang stopped and as he waited for the other two to catch up he wondered if he could fix himself up again. While thinking claws sprouted from between his knuckles, but he retracted while moaning in pain. He looked back and saw that Crystal had not yet caught up. He breathed a sigh of relief and sat down against a tree.

Crystal ran and sat down beside fang. "You know, it would have been so much easier if you would have just went when i asked you to..i was going to catch up...later." Crystal's voice trailed off.

Fang looked up and stared into her eyes and said,"I wasn't about to just gamble on that. I protect you and you protect me. That's all there is to it." He then massaged his knuckles or more specifically the areas between his knuckles.

"I would have been fine. I'm a big girl, I can take care of myself. " crystal said.

"you would take care of yourself by surrenduring to an enemy? No matter who?" Wanabli sighed, surrender was never an option in her mind. No matter what had happened or who the enemy was. She would fight and save, but never surrender.  

[Amaroq K]

"I'd have to agree with Wanabli on this one," he said as he nodded. He then looked Crystal in the eye and said to her,"It's especially not an option when we face our former masters. We may have escaped, but that does not mean they won't come after us. In fact, quite the opposite, they will always come after us."

"I was going to run away while he was sleeping." Crystal said. "He wouldn't have hurt me."

Honestly, Crystal didn't care what happened to herself. She hated herself with a passion. All she cared about was keeping others safe. If that meant risking her safety, so be it.

Fang knew all too well what Crystal had been thinking and knew that he would probably have tried to do the same thing. A sad smile sat on his face as he replied,"Well Crystal, you may not care for your well being, but there are those that do. That may as well be me. I don't know what I'd do if anything bad were to happen to you." He nodded as he thought to himself that he was a monster and there was nothing he could about it.

"Nothing would have happened to me.." Crystal said quietly.
She couldn't help but think that Fang would be better off with her gone.

Sofia had gotten out of the helicoppter and walked onto the platform and blades had slowly stopped and a man dressed in a suit had came through. "Well Well Isan't it my friend Sofia. It's been a long time." He said Joyfully.

Fang noticed that familiar look in Crystal's eye and he gently tilted her head so that her eyes were looking into his. "If you hadn't saved my sorry carcass, I would have been dead long ago. I would be dead without you and don't you forget it. Now quit thinking negative thoughts and remember that we make quite the team."

Crystal smiled. Fang always had a way of making her feel better, even when she was drowning in negative thoughts. "So where to next?" She asked.
