It's a bit annoying when a resident comes to me asking for assistance getting something set up on their new device and it always ends up being something they need their log-in information for. Like seriously? What did you expect me to do when you don't have that information available for me to use?

I don't know if it's just because of the mood I've been in lately or if it's truly how residents are acting right now but I feel like my level of patience is being shorter than usual and I'm getting more annoyed with the residents as they constantly come up to me for little things. Or they won't answer a question straight to the point when they ask for assistance. Or what really annoys me is when they keep talking over me when I try clarifying what they want.
