It goes threw Itachi and Itachi all of a sudden smashes the head of the fourth hokage and teleports Aquanite away. Then Itachi goes behinde Shisha and throws her.
Itachi: It's over love birds.

Shisha: -she was a shadow clone. She appears behind Itachi hold a giant kunai to his back.-

Itachi chokes Kengi and throws him into Shisha.
