Vincent had just left the Library. He left the Library because he sorta liked this girl there. He was just to shy to talk to her.He walked on a little stone path. With the corner of his eye he noticed a tree that was up in flames."Holy crap! Fire!!!!!!!!"Vincent sprinted up to the tree. With his Fire Manipulation skills Vincent tryed to put the fire out.But it didn't work."What!?!?!?The flames didn't go out."Vicent started to punch the tree with his fists randomly trying to put out the fire.Vincent had a odd thought"Maybe this fire is diffrent from other fire?"He just ignored the thought and kept on punching and kicking the tree trying to put out the flames.A squirrel suddenly jumped out of the tree and attacked Vincent."Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!What's a squirrel doing in a burning tree?"

"Sometimes I do...sometimes it has to happen for a reason. The big things anyway. Like your parents dying...you wouldn't be here without that right? Would you not still be with them?" he said this and shrugged as he really did not know if he was right or not. He noticed a squirrel jumping into his tree but thought nothing of it, continuing with his thoughts on the conversation. It was more probable that some things did happen for reasons, but then there was always the theory of everything happening and simply having some kind of a reaction that corresponds with it, no actual reason for it happening. "Nothing in my life would be the same had my mother and father not died. And I would not be set out to kill Shadow if that had not happened...next time that I meet him will be the final time. Because I will not only kill him this time, but I will erase him. But that will happen so that I may be at peace...and if I die when that happens then there will be good to come of that...or there should be if things truly do happen for a reason. Like him..." he pointed to the retard at the bottom of his tree trying to put out his fire and being attacked by the squirrel he'd seen earlier. "...his stupidity in trying to put out my flame happened so that the squirrel would have a reason to leave the tree." he looked down at the guy and opened his palm slightly, the black flame growing around hi tree and some of it flaring off and catching his clothing on fire. The male was weak minded and seemed already to be weak physically before he even came over. He said nothing directly to him, for he was of less than enough worth, and he decided that he would leave it up to her when their surroundings needed to change. Though to let her know he wanted to leave the area he spoke one last time. "Maybe we can leave?" frank enough...hopefully.

Mioki walked quietly to the courtyard a book held close to her face. She stopped to look around and saw.....a burning tree and a squirrel. She gave a look of confusing at the boy who was trying to put it out or something. She decided to pay it no mind as she walked absent-mindly through the rows of trees. Some boy was also talking to a girl not to far from her.She looked over curiously as she quietly listened to there conversation. She quickly put the book in front of her face so they wouldnt think her a snoop. Her glasses were sitting at the edge of her nose,as she gracefully pushed them back up to her face. She was wearing a school girls uniform and had her blue hair in two low pigtails.Mioki glanced around the one of the trees once more to see that it looked like they were about to leave. You idiot stop spying on them, after all they are none of your bussiness.Your being totally rude,.....so just turn around okay?No matter how many times she told herelf this she just couldnt help herself.Mioki was a quiet girl who had gone through much suffering her sixteen years. Most likely she wasnt the one to talk to everyone she met, only some caught her eye every once in a while. It made her seem a bit childish the way she stared at people some times..,she didnt really care through. She was a bookworm just like her twin sister Nioki,....who had a boyfriend. This bothered her,it made her feel like she was unloved by everyone around her.Though she knew she would find the one for her.....someday.She finally sumed up enough courage to wave at the boy and girl who were up in the tree. She stepped out into the open hoping for a response that they maybe saw her.She was fixed on the tree that they were sitting in.She was amazed on how they could be up in there."Whoa."

((My bad I get confused alot, though Ill fix it.Thanks for telling me though I guess I didnt read it good enough sweatdrop ))

Kana watched him quietly, listening to his response. As he asked about her parents, and if she'd still be with them had they been alive, she slowly nodded her head as one hand moved to clutch at her locket. She didn't say anything though, and instead continued watching him as he went on with his words. Her ears were perked and tilted towards him, but suddenly drooped a bit as he mentioned erasing the person named Shadow. Erase? What does that mean? But she still didn't speak aloud, not wishing to interrupt him. She didn't like the idea of killing anyone, but the death of his parents was... probably a good reason... She wouldn't really be able to know, since her parents died of illness so she didn't have to deal with the fact that someone had killed them.

She bowed her head slightly, looking at the branch she was gripping once more. Though, when he spoke of his own death, she jerked her head back up to look at him. "There... there will be good to come of it?" she asked quietly, watching him somewhat anxiously. But then she glanced down at the male he pointed out, the one the squirrel had just leapt at. She'd noted him before, how he was hitting the helpless tree over and over again for no reason at all, but she'd ignored him because she was trying to focus upon what Yuri was saying. Now however, she was staring openly, blinking her widened eyes a couple times. The squirrel was probably angry that he'd been hitting the tree. Then she looked back at Yuri, still looking a little dumbfounded. "U-um, ok..." she mumbled. "Where.. do you want to go then?" She was distracted again a moment later as a girl with glasses paused and stared up at them. Kana stared back for a second, and then waved, a soft smile upon her face. Then she looked back at Yuri, waiting to see if he knew of somewhere specific he wanted to go.

"I don't know what will happen after I die, but something will benefit from it. If all that happens is my body fertilizes the dirt..." he said this and then jumpedo off of the tree and landed a few feet behind the person who had been so ignorantly messing with his tree. He thought for a moment as he stood there, and then turned to her and asked quietly, "Maybe the lake?" He did not really prefer anywhere, but decided that he wanted to leave here. There was nothing that he really wanted to do and so he simply waited for her so that they could leave to wherever. He was open for anything. ANd this is not exactly what I posted byfar, but whocares?

Kana watched him silently, frowning at his words. She sighed, shaking her head slowly, but didn't argue about it. "K..." she said quietly, in response to his suggestion about going to the lake. Honestly, she hadn't been there yet, because of her dislike of water. But, she'd promised that she'd learned to swim... even if her last trip to a lake had nearly ended with her drowning. She took a deep breath, and then slipped from the tree, landing lightly upon all fours just like every good cat should be able to do. Then she hurried after Yuri, smiling at him once more. She'd decided to push away thoughts of his death. Hopefully that wouldn't happen anytime soon. Though, she really was going to be checking on that tree often if he did go away somewhere, to make sure he was still alright. She blinked a couple times, and then tilted her head slightly. "Have you been to this lake before?" she asked curiously, looking up at him. "I'm not entirely sure where it is..." she added after a short pause, laughing softly at herself.
PostPosted: Wed Sep 20, 2006 4:09 pm
Yuri smiled as he waited, very lightly smiled, and when she arrived near enough to him and asked her question and justified her question afterward he thought to himself about the whereabouts of the lake. "I've been there a couple of times. It's not far from the forest, but it's not right there up on it either...I don't know the best way to explain it. But yeah, I know where it is..." so having said this he started to leave toward the lake, making sure that she followed before he went at a normal pace. "You've been going here for more time than I, but how much longer than I have exactly? If you remember?" he asked it in a soft voice as he made his exit from the courtyard and went down the path that would also lead someone in the direction of the Ria Arenas. He took an odd path to everywhere, but this time it was actually a little more efficient than the idea of leaving through the front gates....Though this was not his normal route, for he had company and when in company you should be careful not to waste time-act like a good host and you will be rewarded. Someone said that to him, but if you sasked him he would not remember so in truth he would be able to answer your question because of it. Yuri seemed to remember things pretty well...most of the time.

Kana watched him quietly, pushing away thoughts of worry and death and instead replacing them with excitement over where they were going. She couldn't help wondering what would happen if Death died though... But she closed her eyes, shook her head, and then looked back at him with a smile upon her face. She would admit she was confused about his explanation on the lake's location, but she didn't say anything about it. She'd just wait until they actually arrived. She bounced lightly on her feet, skipping forward and then falling into place beside him. Her eyes darted around everything they passed, even though she'd been here many times before, taking in all the details. She saw a few bugs flying by and resisted the urge to chase after them, instead staying in position alongside Yuri. She kind of liked that she could walk beside him without him feeling the need to lead her along like a child. That was a main reason why she didn't let herself dart after the bug. If she did that then he mind feel the need to, and she'd feel very childish once more.

Rin entered the courtyard with a small frown upon her lips. Her vibrant turquoise eyes scanned the area and then settled upon the fountain. She walked over to it, heavy black boots flattening all grass that got in her way and then springing defiantly back up once she'd passed. She reached the fountain, and peered over the edge into the water. A soft sigh escaped her lips and she slowly lowered herself down upon the ledge, smoothing out her black dress, which was complete with white lace. Her socks came to her thighs in black and white stripes and, of course, she had on her boots. Her bright purple hair was in a ponytail at the back of her head, currently around her neck and resting on her shoulder as she peered almost mindlessly into the water.

The courtyard. It was the first place Razzer chose to look for Rin. Logically, that's where he figured she'd be. And sure enough, as he appeared in the courtyard with a satisfying puff of orange smoke, he almost immediately spotted her. She was sitting on the ledge of the massive fountain in the middle of the courtyard, gazing glassy-eyed into the depths of the water. Smiling, Razzer stood several feet away. He could just walk up and greet her. Or he could take the more artistic way. Yup, the artistic way was more appealing.

Lifting two of his tentacles, he began to manipulate the very water that Rin was staring at. It moved silently, doing things that water should never do under the normal laws of physics. When he was done, the water was manipulated into a fairly obvious message.

"behind you"

Rin continued gazing blankly at the water, eyes unfocused so at first she didn't notice the shifting water. But then she saw it move and blinked, clearing her vision as she peered more closely at it. Before her very eyes, the water was shaping itself into words... She read them silently, and remained motionless for a few seconds before she slowly turned around to see what she was supposed to be looking at. And of course, there was Razzer. She sighed quietly, frown returned to her face as she remained sitting where she was. She smoothed out her dress once more, just gazing at him in complete silence. She knew what he wanted. Or at least, she was assuming. He was looking for a spirit and she was supposed to be finding one. Needless to say, she hadn't done much in her search.

It took several seconds for Rin to actually notice his message. Man, she must be really spaced out... Razzer thought to himself. Once she actually noticed he let the water fall back into the fountain. Rin turned around slowly, and noticed Razzer. She sighed and put on a small frown. Since she wasn't saying anything, Razzer made the first stab.

"Good morning." he said quietly. "I won't ask if you've found a spirit - you haven't." a few seconds passed in silence. "There's a temple that's been found in the ancient forest... the Beras temple... or Berias.. something to that effect, anyways..." the mage trailed off, and watched a butterfly drift lazily past between them before speaking again. "If it's a temple there'll probably be spirits there. Lots of them."

God, she had better pick up my obvious hint or else her IQ is something equivalent to a napkin. he thought quietly.

Rin stared at him emotionlessly, just watching until he'd decided to start speaking. Once he had, she still didn't say anything for a while, as he kept pausing and then starting up again. Her eyes darted towards the butterfly and then back to him again as she quietly pondered the idea of a temple. She hadn't heard of one being around here... was it new? She frowned slightly, tilting her head just a bit. "And you want to go there," she said bluntly, not really asking but instead just stating it as if it were a fact.

She glanced down at the ground, and then back up at him, wondering if she should go or not. It was true she'd just rested so she wouldn't have to worry about breaking down halfway though.. But then again.. a temple? There was probably a high chance of getting lost, or something. Though, she couldn't remember if she'd been to one before, so it sounded a bit interesting... All those spirits roaming around would be irritating. She folded her pale arms over her chest, still sitting on the fountain's edge.

"And you want to go there?" she asked once Razzer finished. He nodded. "I was hoping to." he said. "I'd assume that it has tons of spirits... so that's probably our...my... best hope."

The mage looked up into the sky at the puffy white clouds passing overhead. "But we don't have to worry about making the trek there... I'll be able to teleport us both. That is, if you want to go." Razzer closed his eyes and took a breath. This was a tedious business, turning him back into a human. But hopefully it'd pay off when all was said and done... right?
