[Banana-flavored Lollipop]

Curran was staring at the Cobble stone below him, not noticing his surroundings. He softly thumped into Matt, causing him to step back and look up. Shining blue eyes blinked slightly, rosy red cheeks(he blushing!) accompanied by a curious expression. His little innocent boy face loomed over him once again, giving him a slightly adorable appearence. He took another step back as Matt bowed, seeming to fold over in half. Curran seemed to be in a daze, reaching up to remove his own hat in a friendly gesture. Problem was, he wasn't wearing one.

Curran slathered over his words as f they were foreign, expression slightly disdain. "Meusieur.... Meusieur..... Meusieur...." Curran repeated over and over as he looked away, paying no attention. "That's absolutely adorable!" he exclaimed with a full hearted laugh, then looked around him towards the others. "Uh... I mean... Hi! I'm Curran Alric of Ireland. Nice to be meeting you, M'lord."he stated, bowing before the tall man. People were just swarming around him now, actually not minding the attention he was recieving.

The icy glare sent chills down his back, even if it wasn't directed towards him. "She hasn't been outside in six years?! How can that be possible! I wouldn't last a day, No sir I wouldn't." he stated firmly, now talking as if her were an Irish Peasent. "But you must not be so crude towards the woman. After all, she's your sister. Your own flesh and blood wether you like it or not." he commented with a hearty nod, bright eyes glinting with excitement. He then continued on, "And I don't see how you could not like the woman. She's just perfectly fine! Maybe she'd be even better if she had more friends." Curran had meant no harm, though it may have sounded that way.

Curran glanced towards the small one. He smiled brightly, hair brushing against his forehead. "All is forgiven, M'lady. And I can truly understand through the emotions of my companions." Ofcourse he was talking about the little critters he hung around with. He would always tell them stories about his Homeland and about his parents. He would not go into detail on how he could understand he, so just left it as it was. Curran glanced between the two, noticing the little connection they had to each other. He completely understood why she maintained her position. Not even the truest lady would curtsey the long, but he just kept his mouth shut.

Hideki began rocking slightly in place, watching his reflection grow and decrease as he leaned towards the water and then further away. He was still smiling, almost absently, and probably looked a little goofy. His tail was wagging briskly as he smeared his reflection with his hand and then waved it around, flinging the water in all directions. But then he grew curious when he heard voices, and couldn't help stealing a peek around the fountain towards the others. He leaned forward, placing his slightly damp hand on the ledge beside him so he wouldn't fall.

He blinked a couple times, golden eyes widening very slightly as he realized one of the people seemed to be watching him. He tilted his head for a moment and then smiled, showing his fangs by accident. "Hello, love!" he called cheerfully, but remained in his place, tail wagging even faster. His eyes remained upon her for a moment, and then shfited to the others, glancing at them each in turn, eyes holding a very curious look. He'd only met one person since his arriving here, and he'd honestly yet to see so many gathered together at once.

Matt smiled at the smaller boy, his icy expression extinct from his fair face, once more replaced with warmth. "I wouldn't call it adorable Monsieur, but I am truly sorry for my sister's behaviour. She has never been one for leaving the chateaux, there were surely no restrictions keeping her from the outside, but she has of yet not shown any interest in leaving the interior. I'm glad you find Cole a suitable lady. If you will excuse me, monsieur Curran Alrique."

Once more tipping his hat to Curran, Matt moved to the thing that had caught his eye. Skillfully navigating around the fountain and behind the little wolf-man sitting there, he placed his hand on the man's shoulder, leaning down to the man's ear, placing his lips so close to his skin that they brushed the very surface of the man's skin, Matt's warm breath tickling his senses.

"Meusieur, I am assuming you are also relatively new to this school, perhaps me and you could explore it.. together?" Matt's low voice had a purr in it as he whipered to the young man, "My name is Matt Spade, may I ask yours, Meusier?" His accent was lush and thick, purposefully exagerrated from his normal light accent.

Coletta Spade looked up through her eyeslashes at Curran. Slowly and gracefully, she stood up straight, her shoulders dropping a bit with relief as her brother smiled again. Though her guard flew up when the boy smiled radiantly, she had never been comfortable with happiness.

"I'm glad I'm 'perfectly fine' as you so well said meusieur, but it would be much appreciated if you spoke to me directly, I am not deaf," Coletta's hesitant and quiet but piercing voice got a little harder at the end. Too many people had been ignoring her as she dissapeared, while at the same time trying to get her to speak out. She had a voice just like any other, two ears that worked and a brain, she wasn't a headless chicken.

"As for the comment on me having friends, I would like to inform you that I don't like people commenting on my social life. I talk to people as it suits me, and make friends with only those who leave an impression. Since I haven't been out of my house except for concerts from which I leave immediately, I have not had the chance or been in the mood to make small talk."

Suddenly remembering her manners, Cole smiled hesitantly and bowed her head, making her silver hair cascade around her face, the two bobby pins which had held her bangs away from her face popping out and landing on the ground. A blush crept over Cole's face and her cheeks tinted beautifully with a pinkish color.

"Hello, love!"A voice chimmed in Etty's ears.Her eyes narrowed as a smug look came apon her face.Suddenly her vision snapped down to the wagging tail.Sharp green eyes widened with excitement as the image of the fluffy tail mirrored her eyes.'...Must...touch...'Suddenly her thoughts broke as the sound of footsteps sounded behind her.As Matt came up beside the wolf-boy her eyes seemed to fade its color.As Matt came in closer on the boy Etty found herself climbing up on the fountain, scaling it's side, arms out for balance.Plopping down far enough so it didn't seem like Etty was eas-dropping but still would be able to listen, another smile crept on her face.'I should of know!...'Giving a small chuckle, then another, she broke out hysterically laughing, her hand placed over her mouth.Her nails scratched her face lightly as she calmed herself down.

Popping up, Etty manuvered herself near the two and grabbed Matt's hat, placing it crookedly on her head.What she was doing wasn't exposed yet, still it was funny."S'amuser!..."She chuckled out as she slowly walked back to Curran and Collette.Yes, she found it funny that she was attracted to both men who now, well Matt atleast, seemed to....'Luxueux les gars...'She thought.Sometimes she could never see things that were plainly infront of her.Looking down at her compass, she let out a releaved breath.Hues of brown and green shifted in her eyes as she looked at Cole."Hmm..."Light streaked down onto her compass, reflecting onto Cole's face, making her seem even more lady like than before, in Etty's eyes atleast.

Curran blushed slightly as Matt smiled, light blue eyes glancing down towards his scuffled boots.He nodded slightly at his little adorable comment, grinning widely. He could be embarresed and STILL be happy. He bowed lightly to Matt as he shuffled off, turning towards Coletta. He still listened to her harsh words, taking no offense, taking no interruption. He just merely stood there idly, blinking off a bit confused.

Curran shifted his boots together with a small click, raising a pale hand to his forehead in a saluting fashion. "Will do, M'lady!"he exclaimed with a burst of laughter. He then quickly straightened up, nodding with a serious expression. "I shall try my best to talk to you while talking to someone else."he stated firmly, turning around for a second. He sighed softly, rolling his eyes. Why did he always have to be so perky all the time?

Anyways... As he turned around, he heard the small click of Cole's bobby pins hit the ground. He swiftly swooped down and picked them up. Rising to hand her her bobby pins, he caught sight of her face. Curran choked lightly, cheeks flushing a deep red. "Uh... Um.... Here you go..." he mumbled idiotically, handing her the bobby pins. Tucking a strand of fleeing hair behind his ear, he smiled warmly.

"If you do not wish to act so kind, then do not, M'lady. I only act so polite to not hurt m'self or others with my nonsense thinkings."he commented softly, thumping lightly onto the ledge of the fountain. Cold, blue eyes stared into the trees for a moment before he released a shrill whistle. A little larken, smaller than his hand, landed upon his outreached arm. Curran smiled softly, staring at the little bird.

Hideki watched the group curiously, but then once again distracted himself by staring at the water. His bright golden eyes stared back at him from the surface and he was slowly reaching out to touch it again, when he felt something by his ear. "Ah-!" His body gave a small jolt of surprise, his eyes widening as he also realized there was now a hand on his shoulder. He barely kept himself from whirling around, for then their heads surely would've collided. So instead he somehow kept himself still, though an obvious shiver ran down his spine as he felt the person's breath tickle his skin and it caused the fur on his tail to stand on end.

He blinked several times and then leaned forward slightly before very slowly turning around to see who it was who'd spoken so close to his ear. He blinked again, but then slowly smiled. "Nice to meet ya! I'm Hideki Kobayashi," he introduced himself, looking at the male. He looked him over once, curiously, taking note that Matt was just a bit taller than himself. He was a bit confused, but then again, he seemed to be pretty often. But this was especially strange to him. Why'd this male feel the need to sneak up on him like that? He looked slightly older too... Was it a form of bullying? Though, if that was the case, he might have just pushed him into the fountain or... something.

He paused as he considered Matt's words about exploring the campus, and then shrugged slightly. "I've been to a few places," he nodded, the hair on his tail slowly smoothing as it started wagging again. "But there's a lot more I could visit." He smiled, fangs showing, head tilted slightly to one side and causing his hair to fall lightly into his eyes. He was a bit uncertain, because of the male's tone, and it was pretty obvious he didn't fully understand what he meant. Hideki was just thinking of another possible friendship, and happy with that idea.

And then his attention was grabbed by a sudden bout ouf laughter, and the hat lifting off of Matt's head, and finally to the girl who had grabbed it. He blinked again, watching her curiously even after she'd left. Ok. Now he was not just confused... He was extremely confused.

Matt Smiled ferally beside Hideki's ear, he obviously didn't understand Matt's intent at all, and that was the fun part. Matt suddenly heard a bout of laughter and then felt his favorite hat lift from his head. A sudden frown creased his face, and he leaned into his new found toy, his chest pressing against Hideki's back.

"Pardonner moi, mon amour, but I must go retrieve my hat from the jolie madame over there. I can't wait to take you up on your offer later, until then, Hideki." Matt then let his lips brush The boy's cheek, momentarily letting his tongue part his lips so as to leave a small damp spot on the shorter guy's skin.

Matt then stood up straight, gave a final smile to his new 'friend' and brushed past Hideki, coming up to Etty who was wearing his hat. "Madame," Matt bowed slightly to her before coming up to her, quite close infact. His figers raised to her chin, then tilted it up slightly. Matt decreased the distance between their two faces until his lips were almost upon hers. "I would like my chapeau back, s'il vous plais."

He then completely lowered his face, his warm lips gently closing over Etty's, giving her a kiss so sensual it would make even the most unfeeling woman weak in the knees. Matt lifted his other hand to neatly pluck the hat from her head. He then broke the kiss, bowed once more and turned around, a small smile on his face, a glint in his eye. "Merci beaucoup."

Coletta was surprised by how this guy was always so happy, but she had been experienced at reading other's emotions. It had been what kept her alive the first 10 years of her live. She noticed a shadow behind Curran's smiled, but brushed it aside as insignificant. Besides, she had never met someone so perky as him, it was a new concept to her, and very odd.

"I don't think they're nonsense..." Cole said quietly, almost more silent than a whisper. She carefully tucked her bobby pins into her bag and tucked her hair behind her ears, watching as he summoned a bird, a small smile playing across her lips. She had a great appreiation for music, and birds were so skilled at it, she only wished they would approach her.

Coletta was about to ask Curran if she could pet the bird when she spied her brother playing with another man. She caught his name on the breeze. "Hideki..." why did her brother always have to single out someone to play with? Why did they always have to get all his attention, why did they have to take him away from her.

Cole's whole face closed over, anger sparking in her irises. Her whole tiny body straightened out flat like a board, outrage surrounded her like tiny lightning. Then as her brother walked up to the woman and forced a kiss on her, not even asking permission, it was almost too much for Coletta.

Cole stomped over to her brother, stopping him in his tracks. Since her arms were not long enough to reach his face, she did a quick ballerina jump and kicked her brother hard on the cheek, her flexibility impeccible.

"Tu est un imbecile mon frere! You can't just play around with sime guy then kiss a girl because she stole your hat. You can be tres ennuiyant quelque fois." ((you shouldn't, but if you need translation just ask))

If Coletta was a cat, her tail would be bushy and straight up, her claws out and she would be growling. Coletta then tromped over to the nearest tree and climbed up, not caring if anyone say her underwear. She was trying to control her brother at showing so much interest in different people other then her on their first day of school that she was so completely pissed off, it would have even made her father cower away from her.

Cole sat on one of the highest branches of the tree, her harms folding, her jaw set and her feet dangling in neat little points. She was concentrating on calming herself down, rather then taking it out on her brother and making him hate her.

Curran blinked blandly as Coletta stomped off after her brother. He was actually surpised by seeing Matt kiss a guy... And then a girl. He smiled lightly, shaking his head as he glanced down towards his boots. He had clearly seen jealously written all over her expression, yet he said nothing as Colatta started climbing the tree. He rolled his eyes lightly with a brandishing smile, glancing towards the birds who now lay perched upon his finger.

Curran chirped to the bird softly, as if he were an actual larken. The bird seemed to jump in disbelief, then tilt it's head and reply cheerfully. With one of Curran's arts being Transformation, he was able to morph into anything or speak anything, uncluding animals. He slowly thought for a moment, as if he'd memorized everyone but hadn't used it in long past. He then replied to the little bird who quickly answered with a graceful tune. Curran chuckled slightly, holding his hand out as his little friend flew away.

Sumire tossed her last piece of bread into the fountain for they koi fish. She glanced up one second to see all the commotion, just in time to catch Matt kissing Hideki AND Etty. She quickly looked back down, face flushed red as if she'd been kissed herself. She then heard Curran chirping along with a larkend, leaning over to see if it was really him. Sumire smiled brightly, giggling in an audible tone. "Curran-kun!" she exclaimed, hopping up from her seat.

Sumire served away from the fountain as to not fall in, but just before she reached him, she tripped on the oh so lovable cobble stone. She squeeked loudly before tipping over, hands concealing her face for the painful fall. She was expecting to hit the hard surface, yet when she uncovered her face, she spotted Curran looking down at her with a smile. "Curran-kun!" she piped up once more, face flushing a rosy red.

Curran smiled brightly, shifting Sumire in his arms as he helped her up. As Sumire dusted herself off, she looked up with an innocent expression. She then cupped her hands infront of her, bowing deeply. "So nice to see you, Curran-kun! I had not expected to find you here." she stated in a formt, yet soft voice. Curran nodded slightly as Sumire retained her previous position. "Neither did I expect to find you here, Sumire." he said gladly, Irish accent flowing into each stressed word.

Hideki's attention was jerked rather sparly back to Matt as he felt the male lean against him from behind. He blinked several times, staring straight ahead a bit uncertainly, still completely confused. "Oka-" he began, cutting off as something brushed his cheek, and then something damp followed for a moment after. He froze again, fur on his tail standing up once more. He seemed to be in shock for a couple seconds before he slowly brought his hand up to his cheek, and rubbed at it lightly. What was... he hadn't just kissed him, had he?

Hideki's wide eyes followed the male as he walked towards the girl who'd stolen his hat, and his confusion only increased. He listened in as Matt spoke, and nearly fell off the fountain's ledge as he kissed the girl now. His mouth fell open for a second before it snapped back closed. They must... already know each other? he thought to himself, dropping his gaze to the ground. He couldn't imagine someone kissing a complete stranger so easily. But then again... had he not just been kissed as well? He realized after a second that he felt extremely awkward watching the two and a very light tint of pink had come to his cheeks, hardly noticable.

But then he heard a strange noise and looked up, just in time to see a small girl's foot collide with Matt's cheek. He jumped to his feet in alarm, but then froze in his tracks, just standing there. His golden eyes followed the girl as she retreated up a tree and sat there, looking extremely annoyed. His tail was almost limp behind him, swaying back and forth just the tiniest bit, and he was staring again, mouth slightly agape. None of this made any sense to him. He hadn't met anyone like that guy, Matt, before, nor had he really seen someone kick another who was so much taller than them in the face. He took a tentative step forward, blinking a few times. "Are you... ok?" he asked uncertainly, completely dumbfounded.

Coletta slowly calmed herself down, deep breaths, calm, relaxing thoughts. Thoughts of ballet and music and nature that flowed together. Her back ecame less rigid, her arms unfolded, and her legs began to swing slightly, she was still sompletely pissed off, but she wasn't going to blow up on the slightest spark.

Cole looked down to see Curran chatting with a couple birds then meeting a woman. Coletta actually smiled, the lady matched Curran so well, carefree and clumsy... something Coletta always secretly longed for. But between her abusive past, her stunted social life and her brother-complex, she had no time for carefree thoughts.. those only came when she played or danced.

Matt was laughing inside at everyone's obvious confusion, especially Hideki's at the boy's question after his health, Matt let his hand rest on the other's head, ruffling his hair gently. "I'm just fine, mon amour. Merci for asking"

Matt then looked up at his sister in the tree, he knew she was lonely, and expected him to only pay attention to her, but she needed to get used to it and make her own friends. But she couldn't make any up there. Matt smiled and held up his hand to his waist, palms up. A sudden mound of ice formed, shone for a moment, then melted away to reveal a beautiful violin, handmade and elegantly tarnished.

Matt walked up to the stump of the tree and deftly slipped the violin up to his chin and weilded the bow. He then set the bow to the strings of the instrument and began to draw it across the strings. A beautiful sound emerged, gently caressing the leaves of the trees until it reached his sister's ears.

Coletta perked up at the sound of her brother's instrument, it was his equivalent of saying sorry and asking her to come down. Hearing it almost brought tears to her eyes, if she had ever possesed tear glands that is.

Cole raised her hands as well, a ball of shadow enveloped them until it dissolved and revealed a flute. Coletta raised it to her lips and began to blow a steady stream of air, her fingers flying on the keys. Her music began to weave in and out of her brothers, her face relaxed, her mind went blank and she continued to play until both hers and Matt's song came to an end. Both of their instruments dissapeared and Coletta slowly climbed down from the tree.

She curtseyed to her brother once more, "Pardonner moi, I acted like un enfant." Matt simply smiled and led them both over to everyone else. "Forgive my sister, she has a temper and is unused to social events." Coletta once more bowed her head, a look of true apology on her face, except for a small glare directed at hideki.. she knew her brother wouldn't give up on him.

Surion dashed down, Snow in his arms. "Fastest way to get down, eh?" Surion said. "Im off... Zyph is waiting for me. We must... Well you probably don't want to see him fight... We fight with no mercy, and if we couldn't hold chaos back would kill eachother, but luckily, we are stronger than Chaos. Come if you want, I will be at the Spirit blade arena." Surion said. He gave her a hug then dashed off to his brother...

Zypher walked happily amongst the tree's, his eyes half closed and his hands behind his head. His longbow was strapped to his back, with about 4 dozen arrows sheathed in a leather pack. A katana hung against his side. A faint glow was about the bow... It made animals around him seem uneasy, but that was normal so he simply kept walking. A faint sound was heard behind him. An arm plucked an arrow out from its cave and gracefully arced it down to knock it into the bow. He turned around, looking from one side to another.

Surion hid behind a tree. His brother had knocked an arrow and was going to hone in on his position. His breath could not be heard, and his heartbeat slowed. His hands slowly slipped onto the slick metal of the daggers.

Zypher heard movement. He moved his aim to a singled out tree. The glow of red surged to the arrow and he let go, the arrow flew with immense power, a red fire bolting with the head. It moved so fast a path of red was left in the air.

Surion leaped into the air, twirling into a backflip. As he looked below him the tree splintered as a lone arrow peirced through the bark, sending splinters flying. It kept going but stopped eventually. Surion landed wide eyed. He ran towards his brother he unsheathed his katana as his bow was thrown over his back. In dashes of chaotic speeds they both fought for control. Zypher slammed Surion in the back of the head with his sword back. Surion staggered around and fell down, his head bleeding a little. Zypher shrugged and walked off. "I thought you would have known better..." Zypher sighed.

It was going to be a short fight...

Etty, once again, was annoyed by Matt's actions.What right did he have to even touch her?She was just messing around when taking his hat and now he had his hand under her chin, attempting to tilt it.His face merely inches away from hers, Etty rolled her eyes playfully, attempting to still keep her upbeat attitude while trying to shake the annoyance away.

Suddenly her eyes faded in color, her skin pale, and face blank with shock.'His lips....ARE ON MINE?!?!'Etty had every intention of moving and slapping him right that moment, but for some reason her body became an empty shell.She could move or even think.Feeling a light weight lifted off her head and Matt move away, Etty immedietly came to her senses and jumped up, a range filled her face as her eyes slowly shot over to Matt's."Français d'idiot...."Her cold accent growled at him.She had never actually liked french men, yes she was french, but the guys...they were just so...Full of themselves!

Watching as he traveled up the tree, her glare shifted over to it.Small trickles of electricity flowed over her fingers as she gave a loud frustrated yell.She hated the fact that he did that!No one...EVER...did that to her with out her permission, especially some one she just met.Stomping over to the fountain, Etty slowly dipped her hand in, small surges traveled into the water, cascading up to any one who even dared to touch it.".. Tel un idiot. ..acts comme un messieurs les coups quelque joue du mec et vous embrasse. ..who fait cela?!...."Etty mumbled to herself as she slowly twirled her finger in the water, light pumping around it.

Hideki blinked several times and then slowly nodded his head as Matt revealed he was fine. "O-oh..." he mumbled, still very surprised and confused. He was beginning to think he'd never be able to regain his composure while with these people. But after a moment more, he simply shook his head and then shrugged it off. He didn't mind really. It was very interesting.

And as soon as he'd finished that thought, Matt seemed to have summoned a bit of ice. Hideki stared openly, still new to the whole 'seeing others with powers' thing. He was used to being the only odd one around. He blinked again as the ice melted to leave a violin in its wake. He then suddenly plopped down where he stood, just sitting there in the grass. The soles of his feet were pressed together, his hands gripping near his ankles. His tail was wagging again, thumping lightly against the ground and increasing slightly as he saw the girl begin to play a flute as well, summoning hers through shadow.

Then the little preformance ended and he couldn't resist beaming happily at the pair, fangs bared. "What was so cool!" he cried out, jumping back to his feet, tail wagging excitedly. But then he caught the girl's glare, and froze for a moment, staring blankly back at her. Did I... do something wrong? he thought uncertainly, head tilting to one side.

He blinked and then backed up a step before retreating back to the fountain, though once again froze in his tracks as he saw the girl from before sitting by it. He stared and then inched up behind her, finally pausing just to her side. "Are you ok, love?" he asked, again in an uncertain tone. His golden eyes flicked towards the glowing water, staring mezmorized for a couple seconds before he looked back to her. So did this mean she wasn't Matt's girlfriend? But then why had he kissed her? Hideki glanced over towards the older male in confusion before looking back at the girl. He didn't know her name, he suddenly realized, so he smiled cheerfully. "I'm Hideki," he stated happily.
