Matt suddenly felt his energy level down... he looked suspiciously at his sister, but she seemed oblivious.. maybe it was his imagination.. or perhaps he had used up all his energy on the trip here. His face relaxed in to his normal cold and unfeeling face, the air about his seemed to drop quite a few degrees.
Coletta looked at her brother in alarm, she had felt it too. He had acted too happy for too long. She was worried, he was normally like this around strangers, during recitals and social events as such. She had been mildly surprised with the way he had acted around everyone his age here at the school. Coletta knew he had spent his energy, Matt just wasn't a person who could do happy.
Cole took her brother's arm, tugging on it to let him know she wanted to say something. He looked down at her, ice shards in his eyes. As he knelt down, Coletta stood on her tippy toes and whispered in his ear, "You're spent, go lie down. I'll be up shortly to my room but I'll check in on you before I unpack."
Matt managed to summon enough energy to growl lowly and quietly in his throat, not much pleased to hear his sister order him around. Coletta scoffed, "Just go, you know you should." Her voice had a strange tone to it, velvety smooth with musical notes hidden under the patterns of her speech, it lost it's sharpness and hesitant nature and seemed to delve into Matt's mind, creeping into his brain and implanting the idea of going to bed in his mind, making it like a mantra whispered under someone's breath, hypnotizing him.
Matt walked off carelessly towards the dorms, seeming perfectly normal. And he was, other then a bit of Cole's magic in his head telling him to relax, to sleep. Coletta sighed as she watched his tall figure dissapear, then turned to figure out if she should stay and socialise at it was or go after her brother...

Etty sat there, continuing to twirl her finger in the water as small electrical surges sparked around her hand."Are you ok, love?"Asked a voice from behind.Quickly snapping her head around the power from her hand fizzed out into the tip of her index finger as a small smoke faded into the burning sun.Giving a soft smile Etty gave a confident nod.Her eyes immediately flicked down to the boy's swishing tail.
A sudden reaction, Etty soon found her right palm around the tail stroking it slightly, poking it, and pulling lightly on it.A small amount of doubt had been in her mind as she was determined to find out if it was real!Etty had spaced out for a little, her head snapped up and hand retracted."Désolé! vrai Désolé!"Etty stuttered as she scratched the back of her head with an awkward smile.Hearing the wolf-boy introduce herself her head tilted as she smiled once more."I'm Etty..."Her accent still cooing through but deciding not to state her full name.
Stella scoffed."And why are we doing this?..No! Why am I doing this?!..."The young neko whispered in an annoyed rant as she crouched down behind a bush, a small walkie-talkie in her hand.She was dressed casually in bleach-washed jeans, a long white under shirt that was plain untill in was showed 2 inches down her waist exposing a doily-type fabric.A long-sleeved blue cotton sweater laid over it, a V-neck exposing once again the under shirt which was also A V-neck, though it only showed less than an inch and also had doily fabric.Her middle finger laid against her palm, nervously playing with her sleeve.
Serenity smiled eargerly as she peeked out from behind a large oak tree."Cause its fun thats why!...Look we can't reach Denise or find her phone...so I'm bored!...I'm sure Amaya isn't doing anything and it might not of even been her!...Plus..what is better than making a random person over?!"She giggled as she talked into the walkie-talkie.Giving a chuckle Serenity hopped up slightly, looking for her victom.Unlike her sister, Serenity was adorned in all-out spy style!..or atleast she thought it was.Large black sunglasses covered her purple eyes.Her hair was up in a pony tail that flowed down to the middle of her back.She was wearing a dark purple tank top, covered by a small black cotton jacket, the hood over her head.Her black pleated skirt shifted slightly as she dashed behind another tree.She tried to stay hidden but the more she tried the more obvious she was.

Hideki watched her quietly, waiting for a response. He smiled when he recieved one, glad to hear she was apparently fine. "Well, that's goo-" he began, and then cut off suddenly as she began messing with his tail. He blinked a few times and then grinned, baring his fangs as he watched her. He didn't mind, really. Actually, he was used to people making fun of him, or being afraid because of the tail. It was a stranly pleasant surprise to find that she actually seemed to like it. And what she was doing didn't hurt at all, so that was a plus. Some kids back home had found it fun to pull as hard as they could. Now that hurt...
But then she pulled away, speaking in some language he didn't understand and looking somewhat embarassed. He stared at her blankly for a second and then glanced down to her hand. His smile returned as he reached out and shook hers, tail wagging happily. "It's nice to meet you, love!" he cried cheerfully, and then froze. "Um, I mean... Etty..." he mumbled. It was a habit he'd picked up from one of his foster familes and it'd just stuck. He couldn't help himself anymore, and sometimes people didn't seem to like being called 'love' very much. That didn't change the fact it was now a habit. He hoped she wouldn't mind though, but if she did, he'd try his best to stop.

Curran smiled brightly, thumping back down onto the ledge of the fountain with a soft sigh. Sumre smiled, quietly sitting down next to him. "Did Ria send you the Acceptance Letter?" she asked in her small, quiet voice. It wasn't high pitched like a Mousy girl trying to be elegant, but quiet and graceful, though a bit difficult to hear. Honey dew eyes shimmered brightly with excitement, happy that she'd seen her childhood friend once more. Yes, Sumire was also Irish, though taken to the Americas at a much younger age.
Curran nodded with a small clear of his throat. He nodded eagerly, flashing a toothy grin. "Aye, back in Ireland. That's why I'm here. They have no Magical Realm in Ireland, apparently. But I'm glad I'm here. I've gotten to see an old friend once again."he commented, ice blue eyes looking towards the shy girl. He then heard bushes rustling behind him, glancing back to see Stella and Serenity communicating through Walkie Talkies. Curran quirked a brow slightly, wondering what the two were up to.

Etty Stood, fiddling with her hair when her hand was suddenly shaken.She hadn't really ever had her hand shaken before.She had spent most her life in France as she was always greeted with a bow or curtsy, the tip of the hat, a hug and a light kiss on the cheek by close friend, never a hand shake.She was actually happy about it, if someone had bowed or curtsied she had to do the same, and in her skirt...that was virtually impossable.She hardly knew the fascinating wolf-boy and a hug or kiss on the cheek would be very inappropriate.So all and all, the hand shaking was...nice.Smiling Etty shook his hand back slightly then placed it to her side.
Suddenly the word came again, 'love' he did seem to call people that alot.It wasn't as if it bothered her or anything she just didn't quite understand it.Etty knew it wasn't any form of trying to tease her, call her names, or even hit on her.All she knew was that he used the word a lot...and not in its proper way.Shrugging slightly she shook her head when he called her by her name incomfotably.Giving a chuckled she slowly swayed from side to side."I don't quite understand it...but if you feel more comfortable you can call me 'love'...since you seem to like the word so much!"Her reasoning wasn't completely strange, but still she wanted him to feel comfortable, and if calling her a name did it, then ok!If she ever found out that it was some insult, very bad things would happen....
"Fine!...but if the person goes postal on us...I'm leaving..."Glancing around Stella seemed to catch the eye of Curron but quickly looked down.She felt stupid!Sitting behind a bush were clearing everyone could see her.Knowing the quicker she found a person the quicker this horrid thing would be over, Stella quickly spoke into the walkie-talkie."By the fountain...guy with the long hair..."She stated simply not wanting to drag out this event any longer than what was needed.
"Yeah Yeah Yeah..."Serenity responded as she rolled her eyes.Her sister was always reading, writing, working, or coming up with plans...She never let Serenity try to come up with things.'Its my turn!...She did say I could make the next fun thinga mabob!' Hearing a whisper travel through the walkie-talking Serenity gave a sudden yelp of excitement and glanced over to see the Irish boy.

"He's perfect!"Serenity squealed as she bent down behind the tree, still examining him.She had noticed the girl sitting beside him and knew that may be a promblem.I mean how could you go up and kidnap a person so you could give the a make over, not that he was ugly just to make him...even better!, when there was some one sitting 5 feet away?!Whiffing her hand through the air Serenity decided to just go for it!"Ok...You go distract the girl!..I'll kidnap him and like...bring him to Denise's dorm!...you"Sliping the walkie-talkie into her jacket pocket Serenity immediately ran up behind him.Glancing around She noticed Stella come up to the girl and stand over to the side, trying to diverge the girl's sight away from Curron.Stella seemed to introduce herself with a hello and her name.

Hideki watched her in silence, not really sure what to do now. She wasn't saying anything, so he didn't know what to say either. His head tilted slightly, hair falling into his golden eyes. He left it, not caring. His hair was always messy anyway. Right now it was sticking off in random directions, but he didn't care at all. He let his arms hang by his sides, tail still wagging slowly back and forth.
Then she finally spoke. He paused, and then smiled, rubbing the back of his head. "It's jut a habit I picked up somewhere," he replied with a laugh and a shrug. "I'm sorry I... can't seem to stop." He droppd his hand back to his side, clawed thumb slipping into a belt loop. His eyes shifted to her hand, the water, and then back to her face. "So..." he began eagerly, tail wagging even more. "What were you doing? With the water?" Since coming here, he'd been seeing all sorts of strange things, and it was absolutely wonderful. He no longer felt like the odd one out.

Coletta noticed how everyone had just gone off into their own circles and smiled bitterly, the feeling of loneliness shrouding her heart once again in shadow. She had somehow began to like these people, especially Curran, now all that feeling dissappeared into jealousy. She knew it was wrong and unfair to think that way, but it was hard not to... she had been like this her whole life, envying everyone around her, but never making a move to be like them.
It was in the psychology of a lonely person to ccrave exceptance and friendship, but push it away when it is offered. It is not to prolong their problem or even to test people, it was simply a reaction, a survival technique. Loneliness is quite a stable feeling, unlike love, hate or sadness. You could be in love for a week but be lonely for your whole life. It is a harder problem to overcome, and if you are truly lonely, you fall so deep into the pit, that it is impossible for one to climb out herself. There is a problem with holes that deep though, either they are not noticed or anyone who passes by thinks that whoever fell in was dead. It was very rare to find one so pure of heart as to find the whole, confirm someone is down there and find a rope long enough to climb out of. It is also a problem if that person is not strong enough to pull one out of that whole...
Coletta was down so deep, in a whole so small and clausterphobic that no one would notice it, not to mention think anyone was down there. And with every minute that passed, the whole slowly coveres itself up, so that eventually she will be trapped in a tube underground with no light to look forward to.
With all the depressing thoughts running through her head, Coletta's face had become so distraught, so lonely and sad, it was scary to say the least. If she had known how to cry, a tear would have rolled down her unprotected face. Her emotions finally brought the girl to her senses and she quickly molded her face into indifference. Her legs were weak though, so weak that Cole ended up strolling quickly to the next closest bench and collapsing, still managing to look like an elegant french lady.

Etty smiled and immedietly turned, jumping up onto the fountain edge.Her hand cupped around the small part of the fountain that shot up from the middle.Extending her right leg, she spun around to face Hideki then put her other hand behind her and held on to the fountain so that both her hand were back and her feet slightly sliding forward."Just using a little...electricaty!...."Etty laughed at her own stupidity and slid her hands down the fountain, her body plopping down on the edge."..No...it was nothing really...I was just making surges leave my hand and twirling it around...trying to make it extend in the water..."Etty's french accent seemed to fade at the end as she lost her train of thought.Her eyes had been randomly searching the area for faces.Matt seemed to be leaving, Curran talking to a girl...who was now talking to a different girl...and another girl was behind Curran?..."Crazy place..."Etty mumbled in repeatance of earlier.
Suddenly, green eyes spotted Coletta, collapsing on a bench.She blinked, not knowing what to do."Rapidement!"She yelled to Matt as Etty flew up, jogging over to Colletta, her hair flowed behind her as she came up in front of her."Coup manqué?....Are you alright..?"Etty stated simply as she tilted her head.She didn't really know the girl, except that she was Matt's sister.She had been watching her and could tell she seemed to...like Curron.Still, if some one collapse...you don't just sit and watch, you try to help!

Hideki blinked, golden eyes widening slightly as Etty jumped up. His head tilted questioningly to one side as he watched her and then smiled happily as she gave a real reply. "Oh, ok," he grinned, tail wagging happily. "That's really cool." He blinked at her mumbled comment and glanced around curiously, still standing beside the fountain. "Yes, but it's interesting," he agreed with small laugh. His eyes darted between every person present, wondering what each was doing, before his attention slowly settled upon colletta.
He watched her silently, tail's wagging stopping completely as he saw her expression. Then she sat herself down on a bench and he frowned slightly, taking a couple steps towards her, but pausing as Etty went forward as well. He watched the two of them and then decided he could approach as well. He wasn't sure why the girl had glared at him earlier, but he didn't want to see her sad. He walked up slowly, and then plopped down on the bench beside her. He stared for a moment at Etty as she spoke, and then back to Colletta. "Hello, love," he said softly. "I'm Hideki. Are you ok?" He knew he'd just repeated Etty's words, but didn't really care. Instead he actually leaned forward, both arms going around the smaller girl carefully, pulling her into a hug. "Cheer up, ok?"
He knew that when he was down, hugs always made him feel better. Maybe it'd help her too? He had no idea though, since he didnt really know her, but it was worth a try. He really hated seeing people upset, and she'd looked absolutely horrible just seconds before. It made him feel bad, and he felt guilty as well. She'd glared at him. Did he do something wrong? Was he the cause of her sadness? His tail was completely still, almost limp, as he hugged the smaller girl gently.

Coletta looked up at Etty, her eyes wide, her face surprised.. no one had ever helped her when she had fallen before. Matt had heard Etty shout and turned around, quite unconcerned to see Coletta on the bence. Cole waved him off and then turned to Etty, letting out a little, very unladylike giggle.
"Pardonner moi, It's just the sun. I haven't been outside in six years, it's a bit much for me." Coletta's voice was very apologetic, but had a little tinkle of merriment, she was still a little happy from having someone care about her. It was a lie that it was the sun.. although she was slightly dizzy from the brightness.
"Please don't worry, I'm really fine, I just need to sit down for a while," Cole's guard was finally down. She had lost the edge to her voice, the coldness in her face, in fact, her cheeks were slightly flushed from the giddy-ness. Coletta adjusted her self on her seat, watching quietly as Matt dissapeared into the dorm room. She sobered up a little bit, but then gave a brilliant smile to Etty, something she had not known herself capable of, her liking for this girl had greatly increased from the simple act of kindness she had shown her.
Just then the wolf-boy sat down beside her, her back went stiff as a picture of him and her brother went through her head. She was evenly surprised when he called her love, but from hearing him talk before, she guessed it was simply part of his speech pattern. When he asked her if she was okay too, Coletta once more let an emotion register on her face: surprise.
"I-I'm fine..." As soon as she had spoken, she felt his arms come around her and hold her carefully and tenderly. Her spine went stiff for a moment, then she slowly relaxed, blushing, not quite sure what to make of this gesture. Coletta looked up at the wolf-boy, carefully reassesing him, rethinking her dislike of him. Finally getting up her nerve, she turned her head to him and in a very quiet, very small voice she asked, "This.. This gesture, is this what people call... a hug?"

Hideki smiled warmly at Coletta, head tilted slightly to one side. "That's good, love," he grinned. But at her next words he suddenly froze, his eyes widening in shock. He sat there, completely stunned, for several seconds. "You don't... I mean... What did...?" He trailed off three times, each time trying to think of something to say and then realizing she might take it as rude. So he closed his mouth, blinking a few times before glancing off in some random direction.
He stared for a second and finally looked back at her, smile back, though a bit uncertain. "Yes, love," he nodded, tail wagging slightly. "That was a hug. Wasn't it nice?" His smile spread to a grin as he slowly recovered from his shock and looked down at her again. He rocked slightly in place, tempted to hug her again, but keeping himself back. If she really hadn't been hugged before, he didn't want to accidentally overwhelm her or... something.

Coletta folded her hands in her lap, biting her lip, trying to keep the color from her cheeks. She managed to nod slightly at Hideki, mustering up a small smile. "It was quite pleasent.." Cole tried to keep from getting up and running away, Everyone here was so nice, it was so baffling to Coletta that her gut instinct was telling her to run.
Her whole life, no one had been as nice as these people, not only were all her first impressions, once so accurate, becoming so wrong. In her past environments, everyone was cold, she knew just how to act back, but Cole had never learned how to be nice, so all she could do was repay these nice people with sharp sarcastic comments, but it didn't seem right...
Coletta gathered up a little courage and quietly slid over to Hideki until their thighs were touching, she then leaned into him, putting pressure on his shoulder until he was forced to raise his arm and put it around her. She then looked down at the ground, her face about 20 shades of crimson. She quietly squeaked out, "I once saw my brother's ex-girlfriend like this.. what do you call it?"
Cole looked up at her newfound friend, her first friend, with such a frightened, confused and timid expression on her nicely pinked face. She had never done any of these things, and knew asking her brother would not yield any information, maybe Hideki could let her explore the life of a normal girl with him and with all the other people she had met today...
