Annie sighed as she continued to focus on the acid below and replied, "It isn't just the nature of my powers that are the problem. My very blood is poison. Yeah, my twisted morals keep me in check, but also a fear that is connected to my twisted morals. The same fear that convinced me to go to Daedalus in the first place. I'm not you: I care about the future of the world and the lives of others. Living things aren't just toys to play with."

"That does not stop you from using those living things to get what you want and then toss them aside when you get what you want. You used Shane's life as a bargaining chip and then your own to even out the odds. You use everybody around you and does not even bother you so what are your really? Someone who cares about the world or just about your own world?" Alexavier said coldly.
The being was in deep thought. Even if all life became the same would conflict really disappear? It suddenly looked at the man. He might hold the answers for him without knowing so.
"Will you honor me with your wisdom? Your life experience?" The creature asked.
The old man frowned. "What do you mean?" The man hesitantly asked.
"I cannot reach consensus with myself. I find myself lacking in experience of life. You, who has saturated his life with experience will help me find my answer. I will do you no harm and you shall not feel any unpleasant experiences."
The man was silent, thinking. "Well, you gave me what I asked for. It is only reasonable I gave you something in return. If this old man can help you in your life than I will gladly help you" The old man said with a smile on his face. It radiated warmth. The being felt a pleasant feeling inside of him. It enjoyed that feeling.

Annie took a calming breath, the acid turned into harmless water in seconds, the last drops falling before she completely let go of her control on the water. Even the liquid shield around Alexavier fell. "You're the psychic: why don't you figure it out," she snapped. "What do you want from me? Look I don't have to listen to this."
She shifted into liquid and a splattering of rain drops fell to the ground, before reforming to her solid form. With fists clenched she began to walk away.

Alexavier chuckled as Annie 'escaped'. His thoughts however continued to echo in her mind.
"Walking away from a psychic really doesn't end the conversation ya know. And I am just trying to see through the enigma that is Annabella Carina Soulsmith. You claim one thing yet do another. Perhaps you don't even know yourself."

Annie sighed and contemplated a brief moment on dousing him in acid rain but let the thought pass. Under her breath she muttered, "There is no enigma. Technically I lack conventional morals, but I do have a code of conduct I follow. There is a method to my actions if you pay attention. A hierarchy of priorities and rules in my life. It really isn't that complicated."
"And, secondly, I highly doubt you are just trying to 'see through the enigma'. You're a psychic. People really can't be that hard to understand for you. It is more like you are purposely egging me on. Again: what exactly do you want from me?"

Alexavier flew hoovered towards Annie as the group below them moved on in a hurry. They did not seem pleased. Apparently they were not allowed to do anything but go to their target.
"Well I can't go on create havoc and chaos simply because I am bored. I'd have Valhalla and Daedelus after me again and that just becomes a pain in the a**. Sure I can fry their minds, I kicked Legion's mental a** so I can pretty much fry anyone's mind. Mind probing for information is so boring." Alexavier exclaimed."I am trying to keep this impulses to destroy down. Maybe because I am like you said a good person deep down as deranged as I am.I am simply on you because you can tolerate me and because I do find you interesting."
Richard looked at the screen of available rooms. At the moment there weren't many." Theo, you can take your usual room. Seems not everybody is as fond of gravity training as you are."
"Well not everybody can cancel it out. Take her up to 40 slowly when I'm in there." Theonis responded.
"Right, knock yourself out in there." Richard responded.
"Good luck in there Ako." Theonis walked off and entered the room.
"As for you, you'd have to share it with a woman named Liv Crystalion. A Light Meta. That is if you don't mind."

Ako nodded to Theonis as he walked off, then looked to Richard at the news that he'd be sharing a room. He shrugged at the news. "I've never used a training room before, so it might be nice to have someone show me how it works. Is she okay with training in the same room as a lightning elemental?"

"That depends how good your control is. If you can properly guide it then it shouldn't be a problem.But just to be sure I will slide out a few lightning rods just to be safe. If anything still goes wrong which I really hope won't since Trinity will have my hide for it, the woman can regenerate. Rather fast too I heard. So it will at the very least prevent serious injuries. Still....it's best if something like that doesn't happen." Richard responded and seemed a bit worried about Ako's control.

"My control is nothing to worry about." Ako said, "What kind of training do you have in store for me, anyway?"
In the back of his mind, he wondered how much regeneration would help if there was nothing that needed regenerating. Electricity didn't tear limbs apart, it shorted out the nervous system. Could Ms. Crystalion's regeneration help her if her heart or mind simply stopped?

Richard looked surprised for a second." Oh I'm sorry I thought you wanted to work out some kinks. But target practice is always a good method I suppose. I believe Ms. Crystalion is currently doing that as well so you can just go ahead and join her. She won't mind." He pointed at the correct room." It's that one over there.

She glanced over at Alexavier and said, "We probably should try and stop them. I had assumed the acid rain would slow them down at the very least... I mean I could probably kill them all in one sweep but I don't want to. How much of a problem is that lot going to be for us?"

Ako smirked a bit at Richard's surprise. "No, no kinks, I just need to let loose a little bit. Thanks" He said as he followed Richard's pointed direction to the appointed room. With a quick knock, he entered.

Alexavier had a deep moment of thought. His mind was surprisingly sharp at the moment. "These Hybrids....they might be the first generation or second I am not sure. But if they were easily wiped out by us, Daedelus will increase their efforts into making them stronger and they will keep on doing that until the Hybrids will be strong enough to wipe us out. But if we suffer a defeat and retreat.....they will have some nice false information about their own level of power and maybe....just maybe Daedelus will consider this a success and stop the project because it will be finished."
"It's open!" Liv responded at the knock on the door. Her hair was in a high ponytail. Liv was wearing tight black yoga pants with a white tank top and had a very subtle glistening skin because of sweat. Whatever she wore, she always made sure it complimented her great figure. She was just stretching. When she turned around she saw Ako.
"Well hello there handsome. You come here often? Because if you do I should come here more often"

"Yeah I suppose." Alexavier said reluctantly. Despite that a small brick floated and shot itself at one of the cars. Unfortunately it missed.
