Courtyard (South)

Rain closed her eyes and tried to remember what she was listening too. She normally used her ipod as a way to block out the world when she read her books, because she found it easier to ignore the music, rather than the people around her. Giving up on trying to remember, Rain holds out her hand making that ipod appear again. She turns it on and looks at the song that was playing.

"Umm I was listening to Bring me to life by Evanescence." She says scrolling threw the songs on her ipod. The songs ranged from Rock to Classical, and from Broadway musicals to Rap. She had just about everything on her ipod. Then looking up at the boy again, a curious look came across her face.

"Why do you ask?" She said glancing up at the sky, feeling relieved that the sun was setting. Then looking back at her ipod again, she made it vanish as quickly as it had appeared.
 

[Great Kane]

Great Kane was shocked that this girl was asking her a question. In truth Great Kane did not know why he asked the qestion in the frist place. Instead of avoiding the question Great kane responds " I asked the question because music tells alot about a person". That was the only thing that made sence to him. In his mind Great Kane was thinking " Because I think you are emotional about music". In any case Great Kane turns around and heads for a tree so he can lay down.

Rain nodded her head thinking about this, and being board she followed the boy to the tree, but instead of sitting on the ground she jumped up and swung herself to the third highest branch hiding herself from the last of the sun.

"So i haven't seen you around before. I'm guessing that's because I'm really new and i haven't seen anyone around." she says with a laughing tone in her voice. "I'm Rain." She closes her eyes and listens to the trees billow in the wind, feeling calm and relaxed.  

[Great Kane]

Great Kane was hopeing that the girl would stay where she was but she did not. Instead she follows Great kane and jumps up into the branch. " This girl is flexiable and skillfull to jump up into a tree really amazeing to see that... with the fadeing light in her hair" Great Kane thought to himself.

"My name is Great Kane... you can call me Kane though" Great Kane told Rain. " and you have not seen me before becuse i am new too" Great Kane added.

The sun was setting now and the breeze was cool. But for the Frist time Great Kane was looking forward to knowing Rain and her goals in the school.

Rain smiled and listened to what Great Kane was saying, while making a ball of fire appear and vanish over and over again. She thought about what he had just said before responding with a reply.

"Its nice to meet you Kane. So your new to the school too? Thats pretty cool. So why are you here at Ria?" She asks with curiosity in her voice.

She put her hand down and leaned her head on another branch closing her eyes again, feeling a bit tired, and wondering what her sister Anya was doing right now. 'Probably cleaning up after the mess i made.' She thinks letting a smile come over her face. She felt a slight wind come and she opened her eyes to see that the sun had almost set, then looking from side to side she looses her balance and falls from the tree again.

"AHHHHHHHH" she screams again landing one the ground with a thud. "Really? again!?!" She mumbles sitting up and shaking her head "I hate trees." She stands up and brushes off her pants, then picks a few twigs out of her hair and walks over to were Kane was sitting, and sits next to him. She glances up at the tree than at her arm and trys to count the ever growing amount of scratches, before giving up and looking at Kane.  

[Great Kane]

Great Kane was puzzled at what Rain was doing next to him and looking at him. " eww i think she has something in her teeth" Great Kane thought to himself. It was getting late and the sun was nearly down now " atleast the sun not in my eyes and im not sweating" Great thought as he continue to look towards Rain.

Finnaly Great Kane spoke up " I am here to learn the arts of magic and to meet new friends and my target" Great kane told Rain. One of the many reasons Great Kane was here was to kill his target from his past.

Great Kane was hungry and he wanted atleast a burger before bed. " that would have to wait I guess" Great Kane thought as the wind hit his face.

Rain thought about this quietly, looking up at the sky watching as the suns last rays disappeared over the horizon. She stood up not being able to sit still for very long. After a few seconds of walking in circles she turns to face Kane.

"What do you mean when you say Target." She asks with a curious expression coming across her face. She starts to walk in circles again feeling as if she had too much energy.  

[Great Kane]

Great Kane knew his statement would cause curiosity to sit in. Great Kane knew that Rain was not the target. The sun was gone and only night was left in the world. Feeling hungry and tired and quite honestly annoyed with Rain Great Kane said to Rain " I cannot tell you that information at this time. Life as we know it is a lie and that you can't tell the furture because there is none. You can stay and listen or you can leave . With that said Great Kane stayed on the ground and closed his eyes. The wind hitting his face and the slience begining.

Rain stops one again letting a confused face appear. She look's at him for a second trying to figure out what he meant, but when nothing comes to mind she looks up at the sky thinking about where she wanted to go.

"Well... thats um.. inspiring..." She says trying to find the right words. She was starting to get the feeling that she wasn't wanted here, and as she thought about the past events of the night she got the idea that nobody wanted her around and that she should just leave the school.

After taking a deep breath she looks at Kane and smiles slightly, before putting her her hands up to her head, as if she was trying to imitate the fake, dorky physics that you see on TV, and saying "Well i guess I am going to go. The future I see, is my sister Anya getting quite mad, and, well, it wouldn't be any fun if I wasn't the one who caused it ." She says turning quickly on her heals, now starting to walk in the direction of the dining hall without another word.
 

[Great Kane]

Great Kane could not believe that Rain left him sitting here. "It was not suppose to happen like that and now I wounder if she was right for me" Great Kane thought. Then without thought Great Kane. Gets up and calls out to Rain "wait, you are wanted here, forgret what I said!!!" Great kane runs towards Rain hopeing that Rain would Stop and stay with hiim as company. " ahh if she don't want to wait ill watch the ships take off for the planet" Great Kane thought. The night was totaly here and his stomach was growling. " maybe I would go to grab something to eat" Great Kane said to himself

Rain turns around feeling a bit surprised. She waits for Kane to catch up with a puzzled look on her face. Never once had anyone ever asked for Rain to wait up, normally they were always happy when she left, for she was never good at making friends. 'Just another thing that Anya can do, and that i cant.' she thinks recalling how many people were sitting with Anya at the table in the dining hall.

"I never said anything about not being wanted here." She says in a soft voice, wondering if he could read minds. Truthfully she didn't know anything about Kane except that he was interested in music, and she did want to know more. But ever since she was little she had never been around many people for more than a few minutes, and had always got the feeling that she wasn't ever wanted around.  

[Great Kane]

Great Kane finnaly caught up to Rain. Panting and trying to catch his breath as he spoke to Rain " Rain.... please don't feel like that... your special and great company... please stay.. Iam sorry that I was like that" he finnaly had the courage to say what he felt " could this be the person that can help me figure out what life is?" he thought to himself. The sun was down and soon the lights would be on to spread light into the darken areas of the school grounds. Great kane stomach growls " must find food soon.. can't stand hunger" he thought to himself. lets face It If man was to be here. there Is a reason, only problem Is what reason Is It?  

[Slayer The Wise]

Robert walked into the courtyard and Sighed " That vile girl try to get under my skin , i almost lost it their "

He went under the lone tree in the middle and sat under it " Why did i go after that girl ? because she viewed me as vile ? "

He spotted a man and a women at the fall end of the courtyard and sighed " I cant be by anyone tonight , I already feel my darkness trying to break free

Robert fell asleep under the tree

[Serenity Lycan]

The tiger runs into the courtyard and looks around, trying to find someplace quick that isn't inhabitted by people. "Those bushes over there, Yuri," the girl whispered to the tiger. The tiger runs into the cover of the bushed. The girl slides off her and they start eating their stolen goods ravenously.

Robert woke up with a start "Why do i feel like i am being watched "

He got up and dust the dirt off his body , and looked around " I don't see anything that will alarm me , I only see the moon in all its glory "

He Decide to climb the tree to get a better view of the court yard

He climb to the highest peak and looked down "This does not make sense i feel like I am being watched but cant see anything that will alarm me "

He Spotted a Tiger but pay it no mind

He Decide to wait until everyone goes to sleep .Then he will go on the hunt for food
