Courtyard (North)

[uwasa]

Uwasa looked at the arrow and walked over to investigate. "Hmm well i did not hear anything, but i tune most things out when i fight." He then looked it over more carefully and shrugged. "Plus remember you have better hearing then i do so it could have been on a level that my ears could not hear." He said hoping to shed some light on the mystery, uwasa's sword then turned into a blue orb of light and vanished.

Kira watched him move towards the arrow and slowly followed, nodding her head after he'd spoken. "Yeah, I guess that could be it," she agreed quietly. Kurri, her small black kitten, began following them once he saw the sword disappear. To him, this signaled that the fight had ended and it was safe to approach. He started rubbing against Kira's legs before sitting on her bare feet, earning a strange look from her. Then she sighed, shaking her head as a slight smile came to her face.

Uwasa sighed. "But i'am glad that i did not hurt you when i kicked you." He said to her rubbing the back of his head and kinda blushing. Great move uwasa you just meet someone and you kick them. He thought to himself feeling bad for it.

Kira nodded, smiling back at him. "I'm fine! It was my own fault for not paying attention," she nodded. "Besides I'm perfectly fine, see?" She thumped her hand against the place where he'd kicked her, but winced when she touched it. Then she froze for a second before laughing uneasily. "I-I mean..." Great, she'd ruined the illusion that she was completely fine. "I'm mostly fine, at least," she finished uncertainly.

Uwasa's one hand became ingulfed in shadow energy and he smiled. "Here hols still i figured out a long time ago that shadow energy can simulate almost anything." He said as he attempted to heal her. Man i hate this sometimes it uses up to much energy He thought to himself but wanted to help her anyway.

"Simulate...?" Kira blinked and her eyes, which were green once again, shifted towards his hand. She stared for a moment, ears tilted towards him, and simply watched in curiosity until he'd touched her. Then she leapt back, a bit of pink mixing with the green of her eyes, as well as spreading across her cheeks. She waved her hands in front of her face, shaking her head. "No, no, it really is fine!" she protested. "Don't waste your energy, please!" She blinked, dropping her hands back by her side. "Besides, if it was really bothering me that badly, I could simply heal myself," she added with a nod.

Uwasa looks at her pussled. "Ok but if you do not want to be touched i could do it from this distance." He said hoping to make her feel better then decided to answer her question. "Yes it can mimmic if you will not always the same effect such as shadow flames does not burn. Also i cannot creat light with it and healing is difficult to master." He said with a shrugg.

Kira paused for a second, feeling quite stupid for her overreaction. She could see he looked slightly confused as well. She blinked a couple times, the pink vanishing from her eyes and her cheeks and then titled her head slightly. Her fluffy black wolf tail curled around her right leg as she shifted in place. "Well if it's difficult, then don't worry about it," she said with a nod. "It's really not bad, and if it was, I really could just heal myself, no problem!"

Uwasa shrugged. "As you wish." He said as he let he shadow leave his hand and sighed. "But ya keep practicing with that sword and you may best me one day." He said smiling at her trying to help her feel better and more confident.

Kira laughed, rubbing at the back of her head. "Ah, I don't know about that.." she smiled. She was in a pretty good mood, for some reason. Maybe it was just that someone older than eight was talking to her? Until now, she'd almost felt like she was constantly babysitting. She stooped down, picking up Kurri and holding the black kitten to her chest. She was relieved too, that Uwasa had given up on trying to heal her. She really couldn't trouble others with her own well being when she was perfectly capable of helping herself.

Trin looked up at the rain as it increased. She growled lightly, cursing again before yelling. She didn't direct her fury at Souno, but at the rain itself. "It's all your fault! If you hadn't showed up in the first place I'd still be with them! They'd still be with us!" She growled again, her tears mixing with the rain. "If you hadn't caused that fire they never would have sent me away!" She would have continued but she soon realized that he had lifted her up and moved her under the tree next to an unconscious boy. She had been focusing her attention on the unconscious one then realized the rain was no longer hitting her. She looked up seeing a dome of ice close above them. She stared at Souno wide-eyed a moment, suprised at first but then she smiled widely, although some tears still streaked down her face. "You... You're an elementalist!?"

Alexander walked silently into the area of what was known as the North Courtyard. He was grinning as he looked upwards at the sky, even though it was raining and he was getting soaked along with his wings, he still loved the rain. He saw over near a tree that there was a covering of ice. He or she must've wanted to get away from the rain, he thought looking back into the sky. He noiticed, what seemed to be, a bridge in the sky. It was quite weird to see for him. He stared at it while rain drops hit his face. After awhile he looked back down. He noiticed a tree nearby, across from the ice dome. He walked silently over towards the tree and sat under it to keep some of the rain off of him even thought the ground was wet as well. He sighed, smiled and layed down onto the water covered, green grass that covered the ground. He closed his eyes and listened to the rain hitting the ground.

After awhile of listening to the rain hit the ground, his stomach growled. His eyesopened and he stuck his hand on his stomach. Hungry..., he thought sitting up and taking the soaked map from his pocket. He opened the limp map and looked at it, searching for the cafitera. He grinned as he found it. It wasn't very far from where he was. He folded the map and stuck it back into his pocket. He stood up with one hand on the tree next to him and walked silently away towards the Dining Hall.  

[Souno]

Souno smiled down at the girl as she noticed their temporary shelter, "In a manner, my dear. I can only summon and control ice, unlike my unfortunate brother over there, who controls fire." He made an off-hand gesture towards his identical twin who lay breathing deeply in a deep comatose state. Souno made another gesture towards the sky,
"Can I safely assume that you control the weather?" He softly cuckled, "Although it doesn't seem that you are satisfied with it right now." He gently leaned back and looked down at her grubby and tear stained face before rasing a hand and softly trying to wipe it clear but only managing to smear some dirt.

Uwasa sighed. "So besides watching after your little cat what are you up to today as well training was on my list but i think our little fight counted." He said as he looked at her running a hand through his hair again a very old habit of his.
