Contrary to what Seira thought, Orthae knew sign language rather well. In response to her tracing letters into his palm, sort of an easier method of sign language, he responded with his name.
"Orthae Fuer'yon. I'm an angel, I teleported you here, I'm fine, your robot ran off to get you a drink, you were attacked by my brother, and I believe he and that other man are still fighting back there."
He answered each of her questions in order. Orthae was still just glad that he had been able to save her from an untimely death, no thanks to Verin.

Seira was a little taken aback that Orthae understood everything she said, actually it made her happy. It wasn’t very often that she met someone other that Wisp who understood her sign language. It almost made her smile... if only she knew how to.
Realizing that she was still holding onto Orthae’s hand, embarrassed Seira quickly pulled her hands away a hid them behind her back. She knew that she should thank him for saving her life... but now she felt too awkward to even look up at him with the way she just react. I probably thought her to be quite strange... a girl who was afraid people.

Orthae smiled and laughed briefly at how Seira pulled away from him, embarrassed that she had found herself still holding onto his hand from when he was supporting her. The way the girl flushed, Orthae could tell that she was shy, and most likely had little to no contact with others; this was most likely due to her aphasia. He had felt her wanting to smile earlier, but somehow she couldn't. Chuckling, Orthae made various symbols and signs with his hands, a sentence that said I know sign language very well. He didn't know if this was her preferred form of communication with spoken people, but he decided it was worth a shot. Orthae signed more symbols, How did you find yourself in the presence of my brother? was the curious question. If he knew how Verin had come across Seira, he may be able to prevent that in the future.

Lee laughed abit more ,"uh huh, weird is good," he looked back across the water. He was feeling much better now and thought if he felt like this all the time, it would be a life worth living. His smile was back but it began to drift slowly away almost covering the fangs hanging out of his lips. They sparkled in moonlight and reflected the gleam to the water. His reflectiong looked like a shadow with two gleaming knives from its mouth.

Yuki smiled softly, taking another small sip from the slushie she'd carried with her. Well, she was actually drinking it pretty quickly, but so far she'd managed not to get a brain freeze. Maybe that was because her power dealt with ice, so this slushie didn't bother her. She blinked, glancing out over the water as well, the straw of her drink lightly between her lips, as she stared at Lee's reflection for a moment. She was a little caught off guard, but at the same time didn't show any reaction. She just gazed silently and then looked at her own. Her expression always seemed sad, even though she was currently smiling. She shrugged it off though, finding she didn't really feel sad at all right now.

Lee just sat as his hair began to glid back and forth on the water, his eyes now purple, watched his own reflection for the moment. 'It has been a day of days I suppose,' he thought to himself as he slid his hand from the side of the spring and into the water. "So..," he said as he splashed a little water at Yuki, "hows the slushie," he laughed again.

Yuki blinked, seeing the water coming towards her from the corner of her eye. She didn't even move and it froze over, falling harmlessly to the ground as small chunks of ice. She smiled, finally pulling the straw from her mouth, showing it'd been chewed on slightly. "It's g-good," she said with a small laugh. "You sh-should get one." This was her first, actually, and she found it to be quite a wonderful treat.

Lee laughed abit more, "alright, I'll get one later then," he swayed his hand over the droplets of frozen water and created a rose bud bloomes perfectly out of ice. It circled around his finger and floated still. A sudden flashback of his old house was in his head. The cherry blossoms swirling through the warm sumer air and the family of foxes running through the forest behind the shed. He was about 7, his father was praticing an element and his mother helping him to counter hers. Lee smiled not knowing his eyes were staring into the water at nothing but the rose.

Yuki nodded her head as her eyes shifted to the ice she'd created, watching as he turned them into small roses. She just continued staring at them for a moment too, the straw once more in her mouth as she drank the last bit of her drink and then simply began chewing on the straw. But then she realized Lee was just staring and shifted her gaze to his face, watching him now. He was smiling though, so she didn't want to interrupt him and ruin whatever it was he was thinking about.

Lee saw them throwing fire and thunder at one another. A small laugh escaped his mouth then the fantasy felt real, the sky went grey and the clouds rolled in. Torches were coming from the east and screams of killing his family were rouring up. Arrows flew at them fastly and his mother sheilded him from the arrows...ending her life but as she died a glimmere of light surrounded his and he vanished. His last image was his father blooded and full of spears. The ice rose cracked in half and sank into the spring only becoming nothing but water. Lee still gazed into the water and sai nothing, letting his emotions fall away from him.

Yuki watched him quietly, head tilted curiously to one side. She heard him laugh and smiled very faintly as well, but it faded a moment later as she saw the ice rose crack. She blinked, staring at the place where it'd been just moments before. "...L-Lee?" she asked quietly, her voice just barely above a whisper. Her tail curled tightly around her waist, signaling her sudden nervousness.

Lee pushed the hair back from his face that had fallen infront of it. "I'm fine...just a sad memory is all," he managed to say, fighting the tears back that wayed heavy on his eyes. He forced a smile on his face trying to seem fine but it really felt like the water around over his hand began to freeze and the air seemed heavy and cold, "just another bad one for me," whispering again. Lee tried to forget it but it came back again. His mother screamming as the arrows entered her body and the sound of humans being killed from thunder striking. His face became hollow as did his eyes.

Yuki watched him in silence, chewing her bottom lip nervously. She knew perfectly well what it was like to relive sad memories, but she had her demon to help her deal with everything. Lee had.... Did he have anyone? She leaned forward slightly and then, gathering the courage, reached out and grabbed his hand, her face blazing red as she did so. "L-let's go get y-you a slushie!" she cried, childishly thinking that'd cheer him up. It'd certainly made her feel better.

Lee's image dissapeared and his eyes gained their normal color and he felt sorrow still. "wha..what, okay where to then," he said looking to her eyes now. Lee drove all the sadness into the back of his mind, trying to forget quickly. It would tear him apart later but now wasnt a time it should. "I guess now is a good a time as any to get one," he finally added now noticing her face flushing and her hand on his. "Thank you," he managed to say in his regular tone.

Her cheeks still a pink hue Seira was unsure what to think when Orthae smiled and chuckled at her reaction. Was that a good thing or a bad thing she wonder? When he asked Seira about his brother she thought it would be best to give him as much detail as she could. She told Orthae of how she had met the young man who at first she thought was a white wolf with black wings but turned out to be a human who had the ability to control ice. Then she told him how Verin had tried to envelop the cottage in a flame spell of some type. She was about to go on to explain when Verin attacked... but she stopped mid-sentence. The last symbol she made was the sign for lightening. Fearful memories of the attack where brought back with that word, not only those memories but others as well. Chilling memories of Seira’s past intermingling with her thoughts sending shivers down her spine. Kneeling there she looked like a frightened child as she closed her eyes tight and hugged her trembling hands to her chest. The uncontrollable fear welling up inside her.
