"My tower...." Marron said, following Anya, smiling down at her, his eyes watching her as he swept out his free hand, as if to part a curtain "..welcome to the Wraith Home" he said, the name fallign from his lips like smoke, airy and weightless. The name would strike fear into the hearts of many a royal blood, even those who beleived themselves secure fromt he power of Marron. It was a simple place, a tall tower, mad eof pure black stone, stretchign high into the sky, surpassing the trees around it. A thick wall, nearly thrity feet high, encompassed the grove, gardens, stables, and small buildings that surronded the tower. It was a dready place, filled with little life other than the trees and blooming plants in the gardens. Skeletons manned the walls, clad in armor that covered only part of their gaunt and fleshless bodies. They carried a variety of weapons, but all seemed uniform, similar in everyway, even when they were derived of individuals once living, and armed seperately accordign to their lives before death. Among them were gargolyes, stone beast that stood watch over the buildings and watch towers, thier glowering red eyes pinpricks in the thin veil of fog surronding the tower. Other things lurked amongst the trees and bushes, buildings and in the shadows of the wall. But Marron let them skulk, while he smiled and talked of his home to Anya, leading her to the great double doors, made of black iron, set into the tower. "My dear, this will be your new home! For as long as you like, or for as long as you live, whichever doth come first..." Marron said happily, his hood thrown back and his grey cat-eyes alight with a playful light. "But please my Anya, please do not call me Master, it is true of what I am, but it hurts me to see one as pretty as you say such a thing!"

Anya took her time carefully inspecting The Wraith Home, her eyes inscribing every detail on her mind. She was careful to look over everything, even the tiniest cracks in the skeletal guards frames did not go with out notation. She did not look at him as he spoke but gave a slight glance at his final statement. "And what, pray tell, does my beauty have to do with what I call you? If you are to be my master should I not address you in such a way? " She then stood straight at the double doors and looked him in the eyes, her icy irises strong in their stance. "Or is there another way to show you the proper respect?" She thought a moment as she stared at him, and though the thought that crossed her mind brought a ruby blush to her cheeks she grinned at him, moving her slender arms so that her hands were on her hips."Or does me calling you 'Master' bring darker thoughts to your mind than just being my teacher?" She had remembered something, though she is not sure where she learned it, but 'love slaves',geisha, concubines, and other such sexually demanded women where nearly always made to call their men master. One who had lived and traveled so much as Marron surely knew this fact as well and may be associating the term in that way, and Anya knew her scant clothing and voluptuous body likely didn't help.

He smiled, the bright grin on his young face masking the surprise that Marron felt "You're a clever one aren't you my dear Anya?" he asked with a chuckle, reaching out with a proffered hand "Teacher, or Marron, will suffice..." he said, opening the double doors with a wave of his hand. "You may be my pupil, but you are of your own choice..." he said, staring warmly at Anya, his eyes on hers "...which means, you can leave whenever you want" he said, waiting for her to take his hand. Through the doors, a large entry hall, circular in shape and dark in decor, greeted the eyes. Thick carpets from the far east, black and silver patterns twisting upon them, covered the stone floor beneath. Tapestries, trophies or adventures and battles, and even rare paintings of the necromancer, adorned the walls of the hall. On the far side, three doors stood, one solid black and made of iron, set into an alcove behind bars. The second, a homely little door, like that that would be seen on a warm household of a pleasent peasent. The only thing that made it look above being a less splendid dwelling's frame was the silver doorknob and great gleaming opal set into the middle of the door. Lastly, a simple, plain, door made of oak, sat in the middle of the triumvate of doors. It looked and seemed modest. Marron knew better.

Marron chuckled, noting Anya's interest in the middle door "I'm sure it was, and I'm also sure that you will be amply entertained during your stay and tutoring...." he said, leading her forward to stand right before the three doors, his arm and hers interlocked much like a pair of nobles in court. He entended a hand to point at the iron door. "That is my laboratory, and is off-limits unless I invite you to join me in there. It is dangerous, and filled with things best left alone until you have a better grasp of necromancy" he said, his hand motioning to the door with the opal set into it. "That leads to the upper levels, including my bed chamber, yours, the dining room, kitchens, washing room, etc. All the essential and quite a few extraneous rooms for our uses." he said, his tone relaxed, much more so than it had been before. It must have been being back home. He was hesitant to point out the last door, since he was aware that Anya had picked it out of the three quickly enough. He shrugged, forgetting that his shoulder and Anya's were touching "That leads to a number of places...." he said, pausing to gather and explanation for it. "For instance, I can open the door, and step out onto a crowded street in the middle of any major city in the world." Marron said, slowly, watching and feeling for Anya's reaction. "But ther are inheirant dangers that come with using the Door of Aul, God of the traveler...."

"Some of it is the magic of creation, but most of it...." he said, reachign up and plucking a spell book from the shelf that had caught his eye. He smiled as he touched the dark purple and silver binding of the book "...it is the magic contained int he books. They are very rare, powerful, and written by many different magic-users...." Marron held up the book for Anya to see, the elegant silver runes on the front shining "..Myself included" he said with a smirk. A bell tinkled in the air, seeming to annoy the necromancer greatly. He frowned and looked up, as if he could see through the stone mortar and bone that made the tower. "Please" he said, placing the book on a side-table and walking over to Anya and caressing her cheek softly "...make yourself comfortable and settle in. I have some business to attend to.." he said, his smile a warm, almost convincing mask. He opened the door, thinking of the top room of the tower, the only room in the entire tower that he a nuisance. The door shut behind him with a small slam, though it would not appear to have slammed on Anya's side.

Marron frowned up at the glass ceiling above him. Above, the stars shone brightly, even though outside it was still around mid-day. He growled lowly as he noticed one of the stars changing from bright white, to a darker shade of grey against the black. "Of course. I do something interesting for once, and you must poke your nose into it, no?" he mumbled, summoning a ritual staff to him from its place against the wall. His armour disappeared, being replaced with the robes of one who worshipped Chemosh, the god of the dead. "My most faithful servent has a new student, and I cannot come to congradulate him?" a rumbling, lispy voice asked, the star seeming to fall through the glass to rest upon a carved throne of bone and obsidian in the center of the room.
