More Meteor Showers Bring Even Stranger Powers. (O/A)

"Ohhhh, well your certainly got my attention now." Liv spoke up more calmly then before." I would need to know where she is if I am to do that." It would certainly be interesting to have that ability. Though she valued her sisters Light power higher. It was faster and could be used for so much. Shadow manipulation on the other hand was a bit limited. But still...it would be nice to have. Plus she pretty much got the okay to drain Julie. Things could get very interesting from now on.

Theonis sighed." Well...long story short. She got her body back and deleted or modified the majority of her memories from when she was inside the machine. I haven't had a chance to talk to her yet but Trinity seems to think she was erased along with those memories. Which is why she gave up her position here and went after you since nothing was left for her here to tie her down." Theonis explained." Still sounds like a long story though. Anyway, if you are done shall we get going. The last time she was up against Freya she almost died. I like to keep her alive. I'm sure you do to."

Teshoumaru chuckled as he finished what provisions he felt he needed. "She has always been hasty and quick to assume. She should give Agatha a chance when she returns."

"And I can almost guarantee that she will. She is not fighting Freya, and so long as she does not try to deceive the demon she will be alright. If there is one thing that beast hates, it's dishonesty."

"I am ready. I would be grateful if you took point for now. I still need time to recover after my time without nourishment." he requested politely.

"Sunshine? Hmmm kinda like that one." Liv said after thinking about it. She wasn't at all intimidated by Deora's attempt to threaten her.

"I'm not sure if my girl Heather would appreciate it if I were to let Larry here destroy stuff and threaten personnel. And please....try to pick someone your level as an opponent. I've been at this for a lot longer than you."

"Anyway, I have an appointment with our new head Chuck and one of the firsts things I'll ask him about is Trinity. Since I think that's what you came here for?

Larry lowered his hand carefully at Liv's words. He was surprised to hear that she had taken to Heather's strange advances, or at least what his ten year old mind assumed were strange advances.

Before he could ask how his sister was he found himself being hurled through the air. He landed hard, leaving quite a wreck in his wake. He did everything that he could to keep himself from crushing Deora under his enormous frame.

After taking a moment to slowly get himself back up he checked on his little water commanding friend. "Are you alright?" he asked with great concern.

"She is a cutey isn't she?" Liv giggled herself." Just wanna hug her all the time."
Liv too was about to continue where they had left off but was interrupted by her phone. Why did she had one on her again? Certainly not for interruptions. She checked who the called was. " Ohhh, the new head is calling for favors already. It's tough being a popular gal." She joked before picking up. " Hiii, Liv speaking. Hmmhmmm, okay. Yeah I can do that. Alright." Liv closed her phone.

"Sorry girl, the new boss man needs my help. And it's always good to have someone of importance owe you a favor. Never know when you might need it."
She pulled the dragoness closed kissed her one last time. When their lips parted she looked her in the eyes." I will see you later tonight." With a wink she started to glow and vanished as a ray of light, heading towards Chuck's office. The fun part about being light is that you can move at the same speed. She was there almost instantly. Liv was going to ignore formalities and just beam herself in but she saw Larry and...Deora? Larry didn't seem as kind as he usually does.

"Woahwoahwoah let's not do that big buddy." Liv said as she tried to pacify the situation.

Heather basked in the sensations for a moment longer after Liv had left. It was everything she had wanted and more. She couldn't wait for later that night.

After a few minutes more of swooning, she finally came to her senses and realized what had just happened. As much as she enjoyed her moment with Liv, she wasn't truly in control of her actions. This troubling notion was cut short by her phones persistent intermittent vibrations. She reached into her pocket and check out the message that demanded her attention.

Shock, confusion. anger and betrayal were just a few of the things that flew through her mind. No, not her mind. The dragon's influence had made her quick to anger. She took a deep breath and rethought the situation. She knew Trinity wouldn't do these things. She would have to find that guy...what was his name...the one with the blue scales that was giving her goo goo eyes on her fist day. He would probably know something.

She rolled through her phones contact list and found his information. Mitch, that was his name. A few keystrokes later and she was waiting for him to pick up.

"State my purpose? Man you should have asked me that yesterday. I'd have an answer for you then." She could have simply told the demon that Teshou sent her but she decided a different yet still genuine route. "It used to be protecting Valhalla and my loved ones… but now I'm not so sure. I kind of lost my purpose..." A lost soul and a decedent from the legendary shadow manipulator. Just ripe to corrupt.

The demon was surprised. It was not expecting such a response. The woman in front of her was quite different from the ancestor she had met so long ago. This intrigued the demon even further. What's more, it gave it an idea. But it would have to test the waters first.

"That...was not an answer I was expecting. I was asking why you have come to speak to me...or does your plight somehow influence that reason?" It asked with genuine curiosity.

Deora was still fuming at Liv's "level" comment when she and Larry were thrown through the door. She instinctively brought up her hand and closed her eyes against the force, and by the time she realized how futile that was, they were locked out. When she opened her eyes, grumbling a string of multilingual curses, the first thing she saw was the ceiling. As she pushed herself up, she then saw the small wake of destruction Larry left. She took a moment to be thankful that the force pushed her slender frame farther than her behemoth friend.

Then she noticed the water she'd splashed on her shirt. A fresh string of grumbles flowed forth as she tried to pull what water she could out of the fabric and put in back in her flask. She was glad to be wearing a dark shirt, it was still a bit damp when she finally answered Larry. "I'm fine, just mad. How about you?"

Larry looked over his body. He was strong, fast, and large, but he wasn't completely indestructible. His hands had taken quite a scuffing in his attempt to stop his sudden flight. It pained him to open and close his giant fists. He frowned, as tears started to well up in his eyes.

He sniffled in an attempt to stop himself from crying. "It hurts, but I'll be okay."

He looked back up at the door and began to march toward it. His heavy gate caused the ground to shudder underneath him. Without looking back at Deora he asked, "You think her psychic powers can stop a door flying at one hundred miles an hour?"

Going back after what she did…that wasn't an option… besides Gidget could probably handle things. It would probably be easier for her to handle both jobs unlike it was for Trinity. She let out a sigh and said, "I honestly don't know. All I know is protecting Valhalla for 13 years hasn't worked out… and I won't I won't be returning for a while. As for what happens next or what exact change of pace I'm looking for… I don't know…" she spoke from the heart. One that was filled with uncertainty.

It is obvious to me that you are destined to protect. For someone of your lineage and power that is a rarity."

After someone close to you decides to erase 13 years you've shared with them erased, it kind of makes you wonder if it was all worth it."her fist tightened she took a deep breath and continued, "Being emotionally compromised because of what she did doesn't make me fit to continue to uphold such a position. Despite my physical health my emotions are messed up and can't, for certain, continue to make the right decisions.
My lineage can say all it wants about me, but in the end I make my decisions in my life currently. "

This was no good. The demon couldn't follow through with it's plan if Trinity was like this. The host has to be strong both mentally and physically.

"So...you have given up your duties because of the actions of one. One has caused you to turn your back on many? I was wrong. You are not meant to protect. You are weak, and have reduced yourself to only a groveling peasant, when you have the potential to become something greater than mortal."

The demon's eyes glared at Trinity with murderous intent. "You have placed yourself in an inescapable situation, facing a being as old as existence, and to what end? You say that all is lost. Should I not end your life, and your lineage, here and now?"

Smoking, writhing appendages slithered out of the black mass of mist and shadows. They slowly snaked their way toward Trinity. The demon was starving, but part of it hoped Trinity would rise to the challenge.

"Alright. Best we hurry up. I'm getting that bad feeling again" Theo replied as a Shiver ran down his spine. First he needed to know where Liv was. It didn't take him long to find where she was. He just couldn't get in yet. Since she was with the new boss.

"Alright. Best we hurry up. I'm getting that bad feeling again" Theo replied as a Shiver ran down his spine. First he needed to know where Liv was. It didn't take him long to find where she was. He just couldn't get in yet. Since she was with the new boss.

"Just so I'm clear. Leave Julie alone. As for finding her..." he looked up to his monitor, something caught his eyes and after a couple of clicks on the keyboard. "Regretfully I'm afraid I don't know where she is. But I'm willing to bet he does..." with that he turned the monitor facing Liv showing Theonis on the screen just outside the door. "You know what to do. You're dismissed."

Damn! So much for talking! Part of her wanted to let it all end, but no not yet, there was still one person to fight for, Theonis. Her eyes glow as she dodged many of the appendages, she got cut on her left shoulder, her right side and her leg. "If I can't protect! Then I shall destroy!!!" she slashes at the appendages with her glaive of light.
