The hours aren't horrible. I can handle them.

Doughnuts are hard. Jake makes fun of me because I am slow.
But I am getting the hang of it.

hello gumdrops.

i feel like a cindy sherman project today. oh well. fish songs. earlier while i was walking to mail a letter and pick up books from the library a boy on a bike (not a harley davidson bike but a spandex let's be fit and healthy bike) told me he loved my red hat and i didn't say anything i just smiled and kept walking and pretended the moment wasn't nearly as awkward as it was. la la la. i don't like squid unless it's calamari. this is what i've learned today. it's too creepy. i bet squid make good friends. i don't know for sure i've never met one. i met a lobster once. i was in nova scotia and at a restaurant and there was a glass tank filled with lobster and i thought they just got to hang out so i made friends with one and i named him louie and we were talking and this lady just comes and grabs him and takes him to the kitchen and i don't eat lobster anymore. this morning i had a dream where i was wearing a red sweater that reached my thighs and i went to the library looking to buy pants and the librarian said i looked like a sweet potato and i was looking at 835 decimal system books which are german speeches although in my dream they were interviews of alice munro. i'm very tired right now, i'd like to go sleep on the moon. a crater for a bed. i want to walk over to the art gallery soon, they have a sculpture there right now called psyche with a butterfly and it's very very beautiful. so i want to go say hello. but the sculpture is italian so i guess i should say ciao.

ok i have to go do responsible people things, joseph campbell forgive me, so i say bye bye butterflies.

I'm back from camp!!!! It was amazing. Absolutely amazing.

I got paid today! And I got birthday money! And I'm hoping for a bit more birthday money! wink

I like money. I need it too. I've gotta get some new bras. All mine are old and falling apart and don't fit right anymore.

I would like to contribute something insightful and intelligent to this conversation, but I find myself at a loss...I know not much more about said items beyond removing them confused (Although I can reliably say I have never destroyed one.)


Bleargh. Sick. As much as I appreciate the opportunity to not go to work today, I can't help but wonder if the price of feeling like I've been hit by a truck is a wee bit high. We shall see I suppose, how long it takes me to go stir-crazy.

For the record it is 1:40 in the morning. I could be sleeping for another twenty, but for some reason Remy's body does not feel like sleeping.

Actually, I know the reason, but it matters not. -lesigh-

I guess I will just take a nice long shower and head off to work.
I might be back on around 11 or 12 or so... whenever I get off.
