Today was hard. I found out that someone I liked ever since I met them 6 years ago has liked me probably just as long. Problem is I have a fiance. He knows about the situation and is taking it really well. He is giving me space to choose what I want to do. He is such an amazing guy.
Yikes drama, this doesn't usually happen to me.

@Kirby, I have been in college for two years, this fall will be my third, the entire time I have been going out with someone from back home (6 hours car ride away) We managed to keep things cool by talking on the phone often, like every day often, that way we felt like we saw each other. It is hard, but for the right person, it is definably worth it.

On the other hand college is a great place to meet new people

You know how you're telling me not to force my writing?

Same thing goes for forcing relationships. The forced ones NEVER work out. Ever. Let things happen as they happen. You'll meet someone, like them, click, and things will set into place. But you don't need to go out looking for a boyfriend. Seriously. Sometimes they are much more trouble than they're worth. The most fun part is the crush. After that it just gets complicated. XD

I tried to force a relationship right after I broke up with Nic...and it fell apart HARD before it even started. Like I said, the forced ones never work.

What it sounds like you need, Kirby, is a good guy friend. Seriously, they're way better than boyfriends. Just as good for the support system and non-lonely aspect, not nearly as complicated.

This week is rough, lots of drama. I feel like I am ruining people's lives. Two people tell me that they just want me to be happy, and I want both of them to be happy, but no matter what decision I come to, somebody is not going to be happy and it will be because of me.

On another note, I ordered first batch of books for my classes this fall, and finally started listing the ones I need to sell on Amazon. I am ready to go back to school on the 24th of this month so I can get away from all the problems I am having here.

My mother remarried! I would not object to moving in full-time with my father, who lives in a highly rural (not to mention foggy) setting and is thinking of moving to a foggier one!

Eh, I don't hate the step-dad. He's just... awkward. We make a lot of jokes and the punchlines all come a little too fast and the laughter is vaguely high-pitched, that kind of thing.

I got myself in a pickle and I am not sure how to get myself out of it. I have been trying to figure it out since Sunday and here it is Friday night, and I still don't know what to do.

Today I wandered off too far into the street.
I've realized that I am old enough to do so alone, but I've also noticed that I don't like the empty feeling of nobody holding my hand.
It's a sad time when the crossing guard stops you and asks your age.
When you reply 15, he gives you a nod with an eyebrow slightly raised.
Your best friend looks at you and laughs as you continue the walk happily, hand in hand.
I should grow up, eventually.
