More Meteor Showers Bring Even Stranger Powers. (O/A)

Kerana stirred then let out a little yawn. Her green eyes opened looking up toward Alec. "Good Morning" she said, even though it really wasn't morning. She sat up a bit and stretched, she remembered there date and smiled, did it have to end there... didn't Alec mention something about ice cream? "So, Alec, what is your favorite flavor of ice cream?" A gush of wind played with her hair as Chuck entered and shortly after exited. She wondered what was that but, decided not to worry about that and looked back to Alec, awaiting his answer.

Alec also felt the gust of wind. Shortly afterwards came the frantic chatter of an emergency trauma center. Alec couldn't make out what was being said over the loud buzz. He absently answered, "Rocky road." in regards to Kerana's question.

He couldn't stop what happened next. His curiosity forced his precognitive ability to flare. It was brief but what he saw was enough to make his gasp with fright.

He looked back to Kerana and squeezed her hand. "Ms. Morris is hurt. I mean, really hurt. So is a man, and a teenage girl. I think the girl is someone you know. Dora, I think."

"Is there anything else I can help you with Heather?" Julie asked.

Heather thought for a moment. "There is. You can let Mr. Richards know that I need to speak with him as soon as he is able. Sorry again."

She turned back toward Mitch and her brother. She took another breath in an attempt to calm down. This new body made her feel like a coiled spring. Powerful and confident for sure, but she couldn't shake the anxiety that came with so much energy.

"I'm not feeling well guys. I think I'm going to go say hi to Sara and soak in the pool to cool off. Lawrence, can I trust you not to get yourself into trouble?"

With some embarrassment he nodded silently.

She focused her attention to Mitch and smiled lightly. "Thanks again, Mitch. Sorry I scared you so badly."

Julie nodded and agreed that she would do just that.

As Heather mentioned going to the pool for a swim. Mitch's mind went to fantasyland picturing her in a swimsuit causing him to blush. He recomposed himself as she apologized for scaring him, "I'm just glad you're ok. E-Enjoy your swim." Mitch waved goodbye and went back to work.

Heather kept her eyes to the ground so as to avoid any direct eye contact with the folks around her. Oh sure, she could hear the murmurs about the new meta, but she felt better not seeing their glares.

She silently made her way to the pools like this. Her mood picked up a bit as she got closer to the enclosure that Sara inhabited. With some trepidation she put her hand up to the glass and tapped it lightly with her index claw. Sara had told her that pounding on the glass was rude and loud, but the claw tap was something Heather had suggested so Sara would know it was her at the window.

Since it was consuming Okami slowly the only thing it had devoured so far was mostly fur. It had no idea what the she-wolf was doing. Her fate was sealed. But it didn't feel right. It was too easy. Tendrils pierced Okami in various places before it opened the coffin. Devouring a trapped prey was not very satisfying for the Shadow Creature.

After Liv came back to her big apartment she headed straight to the shower. She had been working out before Ako came in, followed by that steamy make out session with Heather who looked amazing. After that Chuck needed her, she really didn't like the guy. So unprofessional. After that Theo came to her for help. If Liv had her way then he'd be thanking her in bed. Maybe he still will when Trinity is out of the picture. From what she had heard the guy was pretty loyal. So she now she was taking her well deserved shower. A girl can't walk around all sweaty.
Liv's phone went unanswered as she was currently taking a shower.

"Alright, after we fetch her maybe you could check up on Gidget. Get a full update from her and tell her what's going on as well. She might not officially be in charge but she knows her way around the systems I think."Theo suggested.

Since it was consuming Okami slowly the only thing it had devoured so far was mostly fur. It had no idea what the she-wolf was doing. Her fate was sealed. But it didn't feel right. It was too easy. Okami let out a piercing cry as she was run through in more places than she could account for. The next thing she new, her mostly fur-less and naked body was slamming into the cold motor pool floor as she fell out of the coffin like a doll.

The pain was unbearable. All she could manage was roll onto her side and whimper as blood began to pool underneath her. Her tongue dangled out of her chops as her breathing became more rapid. Before she gave into unconsciousness the she wolf looked up once more at the creature, and hoped that something could stop the thing before it hurt Trinity.

Liv's phone went unanswered as she was currently taking a shower.

"Alright, after we fetch her maybe you could check up on Gidget. Get a full update from her and tell her what's going on as well. She might not officially be in charge but she knows her way around the systems I think."Theo suggested.

After Liv's phone stopped ringing, Trinity's phone, that sat on Liv's table, continued sounding an alert about Gidget.

As Theonis made his suggestion, Trinity fround at the idea. "She's better off if she remembers me as I was. There's no reason why I should go see her it would only… complicate… things?" As they begin to near Liv's apartment she could hear the alert on her phone. It was a high pitched frequency, one that could easily be heard by Trinity but not by anyone who does not have at least the same level of hearing. She knew what it was. Something happened to Gidget. She rushed to Liv's door and knocked, then was banging on the door. "Hey Liv! This is an emergency! Open up!" If only she had her power, she could have easily make this more discrete.

Liv vaguely heard banging on the door."God what is it now?!" This could easily be one of her worst days ever. And now she couldn't even take a shower in peace? Guess she'd just have a short shower instead of a planned long one. Turning off the shower she quickly dried herself. It really was just to get the excess water off of her. Mostly from her hair. Putting on a bathrobe she walked towards the door. Water was still dripping off of her but not much she could do about it at the moment.

"What?!" Liv said as she opened the door a bit grumpy. But it changed when she saw Theonis next to Trinity." Oh, hello."

Trinity narrowed her eyes dangerously at Liv and crossed between their line of sight. "Listen Bright Eyes, we're not here to flirt! Excuse me my phone is going off." she let herself in and approached her phone. She saw the notification indicating that Gidget is now at the med bay. "Damn! Things are just going from bad to worse."

She sighed a little looking to Theonis to explain the part he knew to Liv.

Liv's phone had one missed call from Chuck and a voice mail saying that there were shadows attacking along with directions as to where it was last spotted.

Sara was heading toward the glass to see Heather but the tapping of her claw was causing a much louder tapping causing everyone in the tank to have a head ache and was causing a weird vibration in the water. She had to break the normal rule of placing her hand on the glass first Heather! Please stop, your tapping is hurting us! I'll be there in a minute.

After the tapping stopped she appeared shortly after placing her hand on the glass. Sorr- Hey, you look... completely different. What happened? Even though Sara technically could find the answer herself by looking for it in Heather's head but that would be too intrusive and plus would make it too much of a one sided conversation.

Heather, with some embarrassment, quickly pulled her claw away from the glass. It didn't used to cause them so much discomfort. She figured she must be a good deal stronger than before.

When Sara swam up and made her observation, the dragoness replied with a nervous smile. she gently placed her hand on the glass opposite of Sara and focused her inner dialogue.

Yea...I did something incredibly stupid and almost got myself killed in the process. Thankfully some kid saved my life and eased me through my transformation. I'll tell you all about it once I get suit-

She broke her thought off and looked down at herself. It just then occurred to her that her growth spurt in this form now threw off her sizing.

Actually...this is sort of embarrassing. I don't know my sizes anymore. Is there a pool open where it can just be us girls, and I could maybe just cool off in the nude? This new body apparently comes with insufficient cooling.

I can't believe I just suggested that. Must be the dragon in me. Iguana Heather me wouldn't have been able to stand being naked, even in front ooooHHH s**t! I'm thinking out loud!

The scales on Heather's face seemed to darken in hue as the realization set in that her last few sentences were accidentally made audible to Sara.

Awesome. I'll be there in a little bit.

Heather made her way past the locker rooms and made her way straight to the number six pool. She then walked over to the closest pool chair and stripped off her garments. She took the brief moment before Sara arrived to more closely examine her naked form.

She was surprised to see that she still maintained certain mammal specific parts. As an iguana she didn't have things like a belly button or nipples. Now she found that her soft yellow underbelly had both. She felt her face warm up again.

That was another thing. She was no longer cold blooded. The last time she was in the pool she felt uncomfortable almost immediately after entering the swimming area. Now she could hardly wait to cool off in there.

That being thought, she wrapped her wings over her shoulders like a cloak and slowly stepped into the pool. As soon as her scales came into contact with the water a light steam trailed around her. She sighed in delight and took a seat on the steps, submerging herself up to the neck.
