Finding Peace in The Darkness (Vampire / werewolf)

Eva looked up at the ceiling as she answered. She didn't want to see the reaction just in case the girl got pissed off at her, when she finally responded she said,"To put it bluntly, I'm surprised that he has even stayed with you for as long as he has. He ditched a guy that saved his life before I met him just because he felt like it."

Crystal shrugged. "Maybe he found a reason to stay." She said. "Or perhaps he just realized that traveling is easier when you aren't alone... Is Fang okay?"  

[Amaroq K]

Eva chuckled before she responded,"Fang probably waking up right about now and most likely for the next five minutes he'll be cursing my name." Eva then began to stare at the vampire, trying to see what Fang could possibly see in this undead female.

Fang woke up with a moan as he clutched his head. "Damn, what the hell happened to me?" he queried before remembering where he was and who brought him there. At first he was just going to curse Eva's name up and down along with all over the place, but he decided not to. Instead, he plotted his escape.

"Nah, he's planning his escape." Crystal said, knowing that Fang would not waste any time. She sighed. "He doesn't even know I'm here.."  

[Amaroq K]

Fang relaxed his entire body so that he could slide out of his bindings. As he opened the door he decided to go and check the doctor's to do list. He saw that on the doctor's to do list that first thing tomorrow he was going to interrogate a female vampire. Fang scratched the side of his head in a thoughtful manner. "It could be anyone but I might as well check it out,"Fang said with a sigh as he began heading in the directionof the cell that held the woman.

Crystal leaned her head against the wall and groaned. "This sucks.." She muttered.

"I'd ask you to let me out." She said glancing over at Eva, "But I don't want you getting into any trouble... Perhaps you should get out of here before Dr. E wakes up."  

[Amaroq K]

Eva looked at the watch that was upon her wrist and she shook her head. "The Doc maybe evil, but fortunately he is human somewhat. Therefore he must get all the rest he can get. Or rather that is what he chooses to do anyway. In other words, I still got plenty of time to spare,"She said before she let out a deep yawn.

Fang came to the room that had been where the doctor had put down to be the female vampire's room and he began knocking. "Hello? Anybody alive in there? Or am I knocking on an undead party?" Fang couldn't help, but say.

Depends on whether or not you consider a vampire alive." Crystal said laughing. "Fang, are you okay? How did you know I was down here?"  

[Amaroq K]

Fang eyes fly open in shock and nearly shouted, but managed to put it down to a normal tone,"Just what the HELL are you doing here Crystal? You followed me didn't you? DAMMIT!!! Haven't I told you that it's a bad idea to follow me when I DON'T come back for three days? Fortunate for you AND me the doc was too excited to put me in a proper cell."


Eva decided to not say anything before Fang opened the door. She wondered just exactly what he would do when he saw her. It might be a fight on sight or grab and run. Could be anything. She definitely knew that Fang would NOT be happy to see her.

Crystal glared. "Don't be so cranky about it!! If it is such an inconvenience to help me don't bother, nobody is forcing you to save me! " She said. "And... I don't think you should come in here at the moment.." She added, thinking of Eva.

Crystal knew that Fang would probably be angry when he saw Eva, and she didn't want him to see her, that would cause unnecessary drama. He was already angry enough. She stood up and got ready, just in case she had to break up a fight.

Fang shook his head and sighed. Crystal always knew how to put him in his place, this occasion was no exception. He shoved the key in and turned it clockwise. When he opened door and Eva give a slight his jaw dropped as he began pointing at Eva. Finally, after a few seconds of his mouth opening and closing, he said,"What the HELL is SHE doing here?"

Eva had expected this kind of reaction and got up to leave. She knew she wasn't a part of this and yet her body and her heart wanted to stay. Her mind said that this was not possible and she willed her body to stand up.

Crystal wanted to give Fang a big hug, but she was still kind of mad at him, so she just shrugged. "I warned you that you shouldn't come in here..I knew you would react like this.. You have such a temper." She said. "Calm down. She is here because she has been helping me."

Crystal didn't want to leave Eva behind but she couldn't think of a way to help get her out. She just didn't know what to do. She sensed that Eva was about ready to leave the room. "Hold on," She said to her. " I need to think for a minute."

Fang just shook his head and rolled his eyes as he leaned against a nearby wall. He was not going to get into this. If there was one thing that he learned over the past years by hanging with Crystal it was that even if she was wrong, she was right. Until, of course, she sees that she is wrong, but Fang wasn't going to hold his breath for it to happen.

Eva could only giggle as she watched Fang just give up without a word. She sighed as she turned to Crystal and said,"I've already told you that there's absolute zero chance of me escaping from here. It'd be pointless to even try."

"I can't just leave you here." Crystal said sighing.
"Any ideas, Fang?" She added hopefully.

Fang made it look he hadn't been listening by making it look like he had zoned out while he was thinking of a way for them to escape. However, that was not the case. He was trying to think of a way to save the girl that had betrayed him. The only reason he was doing this was because Crystal had asked him to and he would scour every angle to find a way to help the traitor. He then thought of something so risky, stupid, and dangerous that it just might work. "There is only one way I can think of. Not only is it dangerous, it's risky too. Eva might not even survive if it goes too badly," Fang said with utmost seriousness in his voice.

Eva could already guess what he was planning and smirked as she responded,"Yes, trying to fry the explosive chip in my head with electricity could be enough to KILL me, but then I've never been partial to living." She had said the last bit with enough dripping sarcasm to fill trough.
