At this point in my life I will be spending all day catching up/getting ahead on homework because I know little to none will get done this weekend.

That means that I will be having a pretty awesome weekend...but that today is gonna be EW. Seriously when I say homework all day I mean it. I have four chapters with journals for one class alone. And SO MUCH reading.

that's pretty much the extent of my day.

Tomorrow I get up early to finish essay. Then I work.

My life is utterly overwhelming right now. I will not know what it feels like to relax for AT LEAST 2 weeks. Possibly more.

DON'T GIVE UP, WAFFLES! Time may fly, but it is possible to finish all of your work! I know I didn't finish all of my Spanish until an hour after the midterm. But I DID get it done!

Work out a schedule: Don't skimp on sleep! Go to bed way too late one day, and go to sleep around 11:30 that night after waking up at seven. Bathing takes a hit here, okay? Try for every other day at least, though, you sicko. Before you go to bed, lay out what you'll wear: nothing fancy, just a shirt, jeans, and your socks. Set your alarm for ten minutes before you want to get up, to allow for a 'sitting in a chair clearing the mind' moment. At the end of that ten minutes, you'll be feeling actually up and you can sit in a bright, well-lit area to do homework.

Now, here's the deal with homework. Do you have to read? If so, don't read the whole thing. Just skim. Do you have to answer questions? While skimming, understand what the writing is telling you. Keep glancing back to the question to get your bearings about it, find the places that answer the question, skim them twice, and BS THAT QUESTION LIKE NO TOMORROW.
Essays: Just DO THEM. Read the question three times; you have fifteen minutes to soak it in. Read it again, and form a vague outline. It is OKAY to have a paper that is too short. Don't worry about it! What matters is that you've got the other things right, that is, that your thesis is NOT just a string of facts, and that each beginning sentence in a paragraph addresses something about your topic. If you've done enough essays, the prior BSing will be no problem. Most teachers just want a supported opinion, anyway, as long as the logic makes sense.

Set your world into hours. Every half an hour you are allowed to check the internet/Gaia/your phone/whatever. You NEED this time. Put some music on. You will also need this. Try to avoid lyrics or anything that could distract your brain by try other processes.





This last part is essential. GET CHOCOLATE. Or at least something comforting that you like. DROWN YOUR SORROWS. Health also takes a hit in this plan. Screw your diet! EAT FAST. You have half an hour to eat your meals.

But the most important rule is this: don't worry! It's going to be okay. Be calm. Talk to your teachers. Ask them for extensions. Don't be afraid! At least asking for help shows that you want to succeed.
