More Meteor Showers Bring Even Stranger Powers. (O/A)

"Yeah.....Yeah sure. I dunno how it works buy have you ever heard voices from the shadows? Or maybe your passenger has?"

"For as long as I have had my power I do not hear voices whenever I am on the surface. I only hear them when I was near the denizens of the Shadow Realm. As for my 'passenger' I'm not sure if it worked the same way for her. But I figure if it has to come from somewhere it would more likely be from her side of things. Right now she's resting, so I can't give you a definite answer." Trinity responded as they walked out of the captive facility. As they walked Trinity found it refreshing sensing every shadow and thinking of the possibilities like she did before. It made her realize how much she had taken for granted.

Not far off they saw Kerana and Deora on their way to visit Heather.
"Hey Kerana, what treats are you bringing Heather today?"

"I just got off the phone with Charles Ray. And apparently Heather's real name is Helena Ray. His daughter. It sounded rather urgent when he asked for her to be delivered to him. Especially since she might be stable yet. Said no of course But I trust your judgement on keeping him out. Still, I would like to know your reasoning behind it. I am on my way to speak to Heather about him. To hear her side of it." Theonis explained as he left the apartment with his cellphone in hand.

"I just got off the phone with Charles Ray. And apparently Heather's real name is Helena Ray. His daughter. It sounded rather urgent when he asked for her to be delivered to him. Especially since she might be stable yet. Said no of course But I trust your judgement on keeping him out. Still, I would like to know your reasoning behind it. I am on my way to speak to Heather about him. To hear her side of it." Theonis explained as he left the apartment with his cellphone in hand.

Gidget halted in mid spark. She put down her tools slowly and turned toward the receivers/speakers on the monitor.

"That...I did not see that coming."

"I do not allow him in here because of what he did to me, Ako, Annie, Tansy, and Garret thirteen years ago."

She recanted the story of how he approached them, invited them to dinner, drugged them, hooked Gidget up to a giant brain monitor/factory, and terrorized her other four friends.

"The only reason his calls are even allowed to be put through to this facility is because he helped develop the chemical needed to pacify, and subsequently kill, Shane."

"But, I'm not the headmaster of this facility anymore. If you want to let him in, then I'd suggest you have him accompanied by Type 3 resist ready guards."

"Well, it's least that's a pretty clear reason not to let him in." Theonis responded to her story. " When it comes down to letting him in, I think I know who I can send with him. After all...we are letting the strongest psychic we know roam around. Perhaps Liv can assist as well. I'll cross that bridge when I get there. For now, I'll have to try and arrange a meeting." He sighed." I just have this bad feeling that this is all going to go to s**t after this. But let's hope we can have more than a month of peace. I'll keep you updated" Theo hung up the phone after that and continued his way to the cell where they kept Heather.

"Well...I haven't seen her in over a month plus I look like crap.... but alright."Liv responded. She knew how Heather felt about her. Normally she would have acted on it but last month hasn't been pleasant for her.

"Very well off we go then." As they head off Trinity followed and sent a text message to Theonis.

I was able to help out Liv. We're now visiting Heather.

Heather continued to sob silently. As she did, the shadows around her seemed to start converging slowly. They were on the brink of attack when the sound of the security doors opening drove them away.

The dragoness rubbed her eyes in an attempt to remove any proof of her crying. She started to stand up to greet Kerana and/or Deora. Then she smelled two others with her. One was Trinity, and the other was...

Heather gasped and got back in the corner. She did the best she could to hide herself behind her wings. The last time she saw Liv there was some trace of humanity about her. Now, with the braces keeping her from transforming, she was stuck as a dragoness as opposed to the dragon girl she had kissed Liv as.

She began to tremble with anxiety as she heard them speaking and coming closer to her cell.

Trinity paused as they approached the cell. She sensed there was some presence within the shadow but it came then it left. She looked to her smart phone, should she tell Theonis? She wondered, but it wasn't there anymore.
Shade, did you feel that?

She continued with caution, but hoping for the best.

Liv gave Kerana a hug before they entered and ruffled her hair a little. Not rough just a little. Kinda like how you pet an animal. She couldn't help it. She was just too hug-able

Her old form. The lizard. Or maybe something similar. Liv wasn't discriminating or anything but she never liked lizards or anything related. She knew Heather was alright as a person but there wasn't any physical attraction for her in that form. But she didn't want to seem shallow. Some things you are just into and some not. And they never really talked.

But something else bothered her. It shadows....felt odd. Her control over shadows was diminished but would stay with her with she didn't use it. She looked over at Trinity with a frown and motioned with her eyes towards the shadows a few times.

Then it was time her act. To be try and be nice. She might not like the appearance but she was still Heather. And she did lose her brother.

"Ya know, I really can't see you very well if you are all hiding like that"

Theo looked at his smartphone. Looks like his hunch was right. Or at least he assumed it was. He didn't read anything about it being a dud so there's that. He had to admit it felt strange to wear another suit. Since getting the position he got an entire wardrobe for em. For different occasions, though they didn't vary much. Still....if you were in charge, you'd have to look the part.

Shade was still drained from forcibly severing her control. She had felt a stir, but it was faint.

I am still weak. I felt something, but it was gone as soon as it came. It could be nothing, but it is best to er on the side of caution. Be on your guard.

Heather peeked over her wings at the women surrounding the entrance to her cell. She took a deep breath and sighed. She knew they were going to keep hounding her if she didn't stop hiding.

She had tried standing with her wings wrapped around her before, but it always resulted in her accidentally stepping on them and tumbling over. She folded her wings behind her, leaving her yellow underbelly fully exposed for a brief moment.

Truth be told, she allowed her nudity to linger a bit longer than necessary. She didn't realize she had done it, but it was her attempt at showing Liv that this dragoness body wasn't as disgusting as the iguana body she once had.

She stood up tall (now about three inches taller than Liv) and wrapped her wings back around herself like a cloak. This made gave her an almost regal appearance.

She took a few steps toward the invisible wall. Her talons clicked against the bare floor as she walked. She squeaked out, "H-hey girls. It's good to see you."

Her shoulders hunched a little as her golden eyes met Liv's crystal blue ones. "...Hi Liv..."

It really was a bit odd to get used to. But she had to admit, as Heather showed on purpose she figured, it didn't look that bad. The wings didn't matter to her.

"Hey girl, how've you been holding up in here? I'm sorry for not visiting earlier but....I'd say I have had a rough time but then again so have you. So it would make for a weak excuse." Liv said as she looked up at Heather. She looked over her shoulder to Trinity.

"Can we get her out of those chains? We all know she isn't going to do anything. And what's up with her having no clothes? Is this how you treat prisoners?" She started asking as an earner question but it grew a bit more angry. It was strange she had no clothes. Even if she was this dragoness, she was still a girl. And it wasn't easy for her to have no clothes at all.

Though he was on his way to Heather. There was no rush. For once it was nice to just take a casual stroll through the facility. He was greeted by numerous people and he responded in kind. From what he had gathered people were generally okay with him being in charge. Some thought it was solely because of Trinity's influences and he wasn't going to lie. It did help a lot. But those voices were quickly silenced when peace and tranquility returned to their daily lives. Well, that was the idea. That succubus messed with that a bit. But it was being kept under the wraps...for now. Theonis wondered what influence that succubus had on his girl. She was....sexually more active and definitely had a bit more of a kinkier streak lately. He did not mind at all. If that was the only thing that changed in her then he would gladly embrace it. He just hoped that was all.

Another person greeted him. It seems that in the end people don't care who's in charge. As long as they can live their lives in peace.

Heather held her hands up and said, "It's okay, Liv. These aren't chains, they just keep me from changing form. And they offered me clothes, I just refused them."

She rubbed her arm uncomfortably as she remembered that moment. As awkward as she felt being naked all the time, she felt a need to punish herself.

"Beasts don't wear clothes." she muttered.
