More Meteor Showers Bring Even Stranger Powers. (O/A)

Jeze's eyes widened when she saw the woman take off her face plate. There wasn't a person inside. Instead there were wires and cameras. She wasn't sure why, but it stuck her oddly. She watched, in shock, as she crushed one of her... somethings..... When saw the ring being shot at her, she panicked. Turning, she ran. Although, not far, as the ring of electricity hit her square in the back. She pitched forwards and fell to the ground, and laid there, unconscious.

Liadan gasped as she looked down the road that Jezebel had gone. "Kali! She's been hurt! She hit her. That suited lady hit her!" Tear started in the corner of her eyes, and anger filled her chest.
Kali's face showed a hint of surprise, but it only lasted half a second. Once again, the sister shared a silent agreement before Kali turned and readied herself for a fight.
"No one hurts our sister." Liadan's voice was deeper then before, and less cheerful. She closed her eyes and concentrated hard. 'Lend Kali strength. Lend Kali strength,'
Feeling the tingling feeling of her sister's powers in effect, Kali charged at the man. Her speed was greater then before. She threw a punch towards the man's head with as much strength as she could muster.

The girls' reaction gave Ako a little warning of what was about to happen, but Kali's speed still caught him off guard. He managed to roll out of the way and avoid a blow to the head, but the punch still connected with his shoulder. He hit the pavement on his back, and the motorcycle fell to it's side. He rolled back to his feet and felt that he shoulder had been knocked out of socket. He quickly ducked behind a parked car to pop it back into place, uttering a grunt at the pain and effort. He rolled his shoulder to make sure it was back in properly before he stood back up.

"I normally try not to fight girls, so I'll give you one last chance. Back down now before I get mad." He said calmly, glancing over to his bike, which had shut off when it couldn't draw any more gas from the now-sideways tank. This wasn't his first fight, probably not even under his hundredth. He'd fought against super speed, super strength, and other powers ranging from simple mutants to a man who could bring people's very fears to life. Two girls barely older than he was when he got his powers weren't even going to be a match.

Deora's smile faded a bit at Justine's question, though she supposed she didn't mind answering. "Yeah, I was. My parents kicked me out when they found out about my power, and I've been on my own for the past few months. That's why I kinda caused a scene at the diner this morning. I figured Ms. Gidget would have some money in her wallet, since she drove up in Mercedes. I didn't think she would have backup, though; she and Ms. Trinity caught up pretty quick. I wasn't expecting them to offer me a place to stay, though."

She took a sip of her drink before continuing. "I had just gotten so used to running from everyone; those Daedalus creeps and the police, it was weird that they weren't mad after I'd just tried to rob them."

Gidget walks up to the girl and hangs her head. Her hand canon reverts to it's base state as she sadly says in a hushed tone, "I told you not to fight...I'm sorry it had to come to this."

She picks up and gingerly cradles the unconscious teen in her arms. She takes a quick scan on the area and looks for the bio-signature of Ako and the other two girls. She finds a few blocks away and takes flight.

Gidget lands behind the girls, boxing them in between Ako and herself. She pleads with them, "Girls, please stop this. I don't want to fight you, but your sister left me little choice. She's unconscious, and the Daedalus troops will be here any moment. I promise you that no further harm will come to any of you if you just give me a chance to show you that this isn't the way you want to use your power."

The creature watches Trinity walk away and follows Kerana to wherever it is she is leading him. Suddenly the powers of Alec kick in. The thing had been toying with it before Kerana arrived, but this time it was clear as day. The boy could see multiple outcomes of the future within a twelve hour limit. What he saw almost made him giddy.

Three teens, the eldest, angry at the machine, wanting retribution. Perhaps they could be of use. Further use than his present company. Plus they would be easier to persuade. He hopes this is the future that happens.

Focus, cancel out the wind resistance.Make turning easier. Gradually increase speed to catch up.....Go

Kali paused when Gigdet arrived with her elder sister in her arms. her eyes widened, but barely. Alarm flashed for nearly half a second. She was about to ready herself for another attack when Liadan placed a hand on her sister's shoulder.

"She's alive Kali. She's just sleeping." Liadan's voice was soft. She wasn't sure what the woman had done to her, but at least she wasn't hurt badly.

Kali nodded and let her stance relax.

"We'll go with you." Liadan said softly. She felt defeated... and she knew that Jeze wouldn't be happy when she awoke, but it was better then getting them all killed.

Gidget sighs unnecessarily. For now she doesn't want Ako to know that she doesn't have a fleshy body anymore.

"Thank you, I promise to make this up to all of you. I'm going to guess that guys would prefer not to be separated. I can arrange that."

During the flight following the confrontation with Jezebel, Gidget had radioed in a "company" multiple passenger vehicle. It was specially made so that it could support Gidget's now relatively immense weight, and still maintain a low profile. Anyone looking from the outside in wouldn't see Gidget the machine, they would see Agatha Morris the inventor.

The van pulls around the corner and halts beside the five meta-humans. The doors slide open to reveal no driver, but rather a computer not unlike K.I.T.T. from Knight Rider.

Gidget's audio sensors pick up radio traffic from Daedalus. She motions the girls into the van. "Quickly, they are almost here. Ako are you coming?"

"I'm sorry." Justine sighed softly. She had no idea how bad the whole situation was for these Meta-humans. All she knew was that she needed to help them. "It horrible that we live in a worldthat fears and shuns those who are special. How they try to put all in the same category. I know I can't really do much to help, I wish I could..." She swallowed hard as she ate a slice of watermelon. "The police force is truely horrible when it comes to people like us. I've seen it. They believe everything they are told and don't look at each case sepertally." She sighed again. "There was a time we protected the innocent, but their ideas of Justice is wrong." she frowned as she twirled the spagehtti around her fork.

Angel froze mid-air. Something was wrong. She didn't know why she didn't feel it before.... Her eyes darted around until they saw smoke. Fire. Sirens. Hospitals. Needels. Drugs. Blood..... Death. Tears streamed down Tansy's face as she staired at the smoke. Sparks flying everywhere. As suddenly as she stoped, she took off again, shooting toasted the smoke. She had to help. She had do save them.

Seeing Angel like that all of the sudden spooked him. He too had noticed the smoke but didn't care about at first.
s**t....this can't be good.
Just as he had thought that she had shot off.
"Angel! Wait! What's gotten into you!?" He yelled after her as he shot off flying after her trying to catch up to her.

Kali and Lia both enter the van and quickly take two of the seats. Worry spread across Lia's face as she clung onto her sister's arm.
Kali kept the same overly clam composer as her sister clung to her. She made no motion to sooth her, nor to push her away. Instead, her eyes followed wherever Jezebel was at. Ready at a moments notice to attack whoever would try to dare hurt her.

"WE HAVE TO HELP THOSE PEOPLE!" She screamed back at him as she flew as frantically as she could. With each beat of her wings, memories flashed before her eyes. Her heart was pounding so hard she could hear it over her ragged breaths. The fire. the building. The cameras. Gigdet, Annie, Garret... Ako. Her friends. She had left them. Just up and left when they needed her the most because she couldn't handle the pressure. She had been so lost in her own world this whole time to see what she really needed. "I have to find them!"

Ahh s**t
Theonis calmed himself down and made that same burst of speed he did before. This time he managed to control it.
"Calm down! You're not making any sense! That's their territory! You might be captured if you fly in there! And who do you need to find?! If they are Meta's they might not even be there!!" Theonis yelled back as he caught up. Talking made it hard while flying at these speeds.

Ako visibly relaxed when the girls surrendered. His words hadn't just been negotiation, he really didn't feel like fighting. He'd been on the road for days. He watched as the van rolled up and the girls got in, and turned to Gidget when she spoke to him. "I'll follow, but I've got my own ride." He said, going back to his bike.

He hefted the bike back to it's wheels and glanced over the damage. It wasn't much, just a few new dings and scratches. He sat down on the seat and decided he would have to have it repainted at the next opportunity. "Lead the way, I'll be right behind you."

Tansy stopped again. "What did you say?" her eyes were wide and wild as she looked at Theonis. "How can you say something like that?! They have-" She gasped for air and tried hard to swallow the lump in her throat. He could have been right. The others wouldn't have stayed long... Tear formed in her eyes, but she held them back as she nodded to him. "You're right..." She panted softly. "I'm sorry..." She looked away from him as she shut her eyes, the tears streamed down her face silently as they hovered in the air right about the city limits.

She nods to Ako and turns toward the Van. Gidget gently lays Jeze across the three person seat behind her sisters. She looks up at them before closing the door. "Keep an eye on your sister. The seat belts wont hold her very well laying down."

She goes around the van and hops into the driver's seat. She places her hand on the console, starting the van and alerting Valhala of three new arrivals. She casually pulls out into the street and drives toward the college campus.

"Alright, it's going to be about ten minutes until we arrive at the college. First and foremost, you can call me Gidget. Secondly, do your parents know where you are?"
