More Meteor Showers Bring Even Stranger Powers. (O/A)

"Hey hey, it's ok." Theonis replied as he hovered over to her slowly. Again he felt helpless as he watched her cry silently.
"Ahh screw it." he whispered to himself. With that he hugged her gently.
"I don't know your past but....I think it's okay let it out. If it makes you feel better you can tell me if you want to. No need to carry it all by yourself..." Theonis softly told her as he held her.

Kali scoffed and rolled her eyes.

"No." Liadan said softly. "They never know where we are.. They spend most of their time out of the country..." She stared at her lap as she looped her fingers around each other. "We pretty much live by ourselves."

Gidget would've smirked at the show of emotion from Kali. Their story is not uncommon though. Many of the younger meta-humans she takes in are runaways, have been thrown out, or are just plain ignored. From what she can tell, these three girls have grown up privileged. That doesn't necessarily mean happy though.

Gidget knows that the more they reveal about each other, the better a bridge can be built between these wayward children and herself. "It looks like taking care of yourselves has built one helluva bond between you three. My brother and I used to have that. It's a great thing to have. Don't let go of that whatever you do."

Trinity continued to watch Kerana and Alec as they entered th Dining Hall so that Alec would have something. She watched as Kerana got the nervous feeling that someone was watching them. She looked around and shrugged it off.

Trinity suspected the biomatter was Alec, because he seemed to be the only one to see him and knew where he was going. While she was on stake out, she sent a text to confirm with the captain of security to see if they were doing security checks about what happen earlier. She suspected not because this was not standard procedure. Then again it's not everyday the alarm goes off.

"We won't." Liadan smiled sadly at Gigdet, but just for a moment. There had been a time when the sisters barely spent any time with each other. But even thought she knew this to be true, she couldn't really think of a time that they had been apart for some reason. She shook it off as a soft moan escaped from Jezebel's lips.

The eldest twitched slightly, her head rolling to the side. But after that, no movement came except the even rising and falling of her stomach as she breathed.

Kali turned when she heard her sister's soft moan. When it seemed that she was still unconscious, the middle child returned to looking forwards out the wind shield silently once more.

Gidget glances at the rear-view mirror when she hears Jeze stirring. After having a chance to observe the other two girls, she has an idea of what may have transpired before the intersection incident.

"I'm really sorry that I had to do that to her. She'll wake back up in the next thirty minutes or so. If you don't mind my asking: whose idea was it to throw that intersection into utter chaos?"

The captain responds to Trinity's text.

I didn't establish a detail for a post alarm bed-check. North did contact me shortly after the incident and asked if he could do one. I figured after what he had been through it would be an easy task for him. No one else was assigned to that detail.

The red eye opened to an empty room, the silence rather disturbing, the longer he sat the more he realized that he was alone. When and where Apollo had gone to he didn't know, the very thought causing a sense of fear and anxiety to rush through his mind. "Tch.. That kid should know better." Orion had already jumped to his feet and was racing out the door to find the youngster, the door being left wide open as his mind not function very well without his eyes on him. His eyes canned amongst other meta-humans as he charged around the underground sanctum, not daring to shout the others name to draw attention to him, to Orion this was already chaotic atmosphere. The rather thin hands went to his ears to attempt to block out the amplified noise, his eyebrow twitching at the unpleasant situation..

"Apollo you rat..." Orion muttered to himself, Apollo could be in danger right now! What..What if he's dead!? He shook his head to try to relax himself, there is no way Apollo would die in here.. Was there?


He sat at a table, the short legs swinging gently as he chewed his foot, his hands placed under his bottom. Humming a childlike tune the dark eyes looked around, for some reason he felt as if he had been here before, the thought of Orion coming into this room was just too unbelievable for him to see. "This place is too noisy for him!" Apollo spoke rather cheerfully as he shrugged his shoulders, the thought of his brother searching frantically for him not even cross his mind. Though he knew his brother would disapprove being somewhere so crowded without him, that thought did cross his mind, but made him only frown.

It was strange to flutter there, just above the city limits as Theonis hugged her. It was like, suddenly, she became numb inside. Her eyes opened, but they seemed as if they were void of life. Her body hung loosely and limp in the man's arms, yet she made no action to move away from him. She simply was. No smile graced her lips, nor a frown to wrinkle her face. She just stared into the sky, breathing deep and evenly. She lifted her arms and placed her hands in his shoulders before she pushed herself out of his embrace. "You wouldn't understand." She swallowed back her tears as she turned and continued to fly towards the smoke.  

[Tatsoi]

"It was all of us really." Liadan shrugged nonchalantly. "We were bored, and it was entertaining." She looked to Kali, who shrugged back in response. "It gave us something to do I guess..."

"Y'know, there are far less destructive things you could do with your time. Ah, we're here."

Gidget pulls the van into the parking complex of the college campus. Something that most campuses don't have, but considering what exists underneath it she considers it a necessary expenditure. She stops in front of a concrete wall and waves her hand over the center console of the van. The wall slides in and to the side to reveal a long winding downward ramp.

"I trust you girls to be smart enough to know not to cause any trouble here. This place isn't a prison, it is a place to grow and learn. However, if you are considered a threat to the public, you will not be allowed topside. There's a person here who can make solid objects explosive just by touching them, but he's on his way to becoming one hell of a violinist. He even has a concert lined up in New York next week.

What makes you a threat are your actions. It doesn't matter how dangerous your powers are, they are only a danger to humanity if you make them so. That being said I waved the usual security escort that comes with this sort of situation. There is a medical team standing by to help take your sister to your dorm. I've arranged a 3 bedroom dorm for you guys. Feel free to tear into the wardrobe when you settle in. I'll be there to see how you are doing after I change."

Gidget parks the car and exits. The side door slides open and a 2 man team approaches the sisters with what looks like a hovering stretcher.

"Please step aside. We wont hurt her."

Yeah...too soon. He thought to himself. Perhaps it was best to leave Angel alone for now but then again...Daedelus might be one the move. And seeing as it is pretty obvious that she is a Meta they would come for her right away. He couldn't just leave her be right now.

"Maybe I don't understand but try me. The death of around 20 or more people are on my name. Every single day I have this little voice in the back of my head saying that I killed those people."

Tansy shook her head as ignored him and drove down towards the smoke. She paused only for a second at what she saw. She could feel the death in the air. She pushed through the fear that bubbled inside her and landed close by. Some people were climbing out of cars, some just laying there, trapped and screaming for help, but most were gone. without an more hesitation, she got to work pull the cars apart as gently as she could.

Kali scoffed silently at Gigdet's words. The woman didn't know them from a hole in the wall, and yet here she was bringing them to... wherever. She already she that the suited woman had her sister. Although Jes would change that the moment she awakened. Her only real concern had been solved as well at the statement of they would not be separated.She nodded slowly in understanding.


Liadan listened to Gigdet with interest. Most of what she said sounded amazing. She had know that there were others out there, but from the sounds of it, most of them were here, and she was excited to meet them all. When the medical team arrived, she looked at the stretcher wide eyed. "WOW!"

Kali grabbed Liadan aside and spoke to her softly.

"Kali wants you to let us know the moment she wakes up. She'll be likely to lash out if she doesn't see that we're with her. And she wouldn't believe you if you just told her were safe. Seeing is believing you know!"

The men carefully remove Jes from the car and place her on the stretcher. After a few seconds the cot beeps and bends in accordance with where her joints are, putting her in a reclined position resembling an EZ chair as opposed to supine. A hologram appears before the lead medic. He reads it over and looks to the girls.

"It looks like there will be no need to alert you. She is just fine. The affects of Ms. Morris' stun shot should wear off in the next ten to fifteen minutes. We will be taking her to your dorm. You will be there when she wakes up."

A gentle push on the cot and it floats along the corridor to the dormitory. A few minutes later they arrive at their room. The lead medic slides a key card into the door handle and pushes it open before bringing the cot it. They float her over to the closest bedroom and place her gently on the bed. The cot returns to it's flattened state and the junior medic pushes it out.

The senior medic looks to the girls. "There is a map of the facility in each of your nightstands. Areas marked in red are off limits, meals are served at all hours, and if you need anything there is a phone with separate lines in each of your rooms. The once you open the door with your bare hands it will recognize your imprints and open for you without the use of a key card. Welcome to Valhalla ladies."

The lead medic takes his leave and closes the door behind him, activating the print reader for the girls.

Gidget stands on the other side of the car and waits for Ako's arrival. She deliberated telling him about her condition, but decides not to do that just yet. He just got back, and he shouldn't have to worry about her.

The red eye widened slightly as he saw a new convey size group seemed to suddenly show up, he noticed Gidget, but that was about it, though something about the people she was assisting gave him a bad vibe. He'd need to find the younger one quick, before he completely lost in. "Tch..Where's that runt?" Orion cursed angrily under his breath as his head throbbed unpleasantly, abruptly the right hand covered the eyepatched eye as it suddenly stung. "I'm looking for him.. Relax." Orion seem to be speaking more to an entity than himself, though there was no one around.

His eye remained on the patched eye firmly as he caught a glimpse of the other through an opened door, his teeth gritting in aggitation as the room seemed to be as crowded as a stripper bar on Friday night. Not that he had ever been to one..It was just, too crowded to his liking. Taking a deep breath through his clenched teeth Orion just stared at the other, his face slowly but surely calming as he noticed how cheerful the other one seemed to look.. "Tch.." Orion wasn't as angry as he had been before, the look on the other's face causing a small yet noticable smile cross his own face, as long if he watched him, he should be fine..it was nice to know his brother felt as if he fit in, and was overall calm, he wouldn't mind suffering for a few minutes to keep that look on his brothers face for a moment longer.
