His breath sent visable goosebumps up Nimia's arms. Crap. she thought as she noticed them. But she smiled. "Yes, I do. Thank you so much."

Nimia deposited her things in her room and headed outside. She was in too good of a mood, for the first time she saw hope of actually passing her math class. Now all it would take was luck. Nimia sat down in the grass, and decided to test her concentration. Five or so fire birds appeared, flying in diffrent directions. Then fireballs danced around her in a circle. She looked at the ground, and set single blades of grass on fire.

All fire disappeared, the grass showing no damage from being set on fire. Nimia hugged her knees to her chest and sighed, looking up at the star-sparkled sky. A slight breeze blew, blowing flyaway hairs into her face. How much longer would she be able to enjoy any ounce of peace that would come her way? She had yet to hear of a precise date for the ball, and after that...Kazuya would be gone. She was sure of that.
